While I have driven by many in my travels in rural America, this was apparently my first visit. I was surprised by the large variety of merchandise. I wouldn't consider it in the same category as a "dollar store" despite its naming. It is more like the general store of yore or maybe a mini supermarket in a rural town where you go for just about anything. It had a surprisingly large selection - from foods to office, hardware to crafts, toys to gardening. Hard to judge the quality by inspection, but seemed to have some pretty good items at good prices. Definitely worth a stop to avoid the drive to a bigger store. The smaller size means that it is easy to navigate and get in and out rapidly. So don't let the name distract you, they might just have what you need.

Open til 10pm.Everything from grocery to tube Sox, etc...Cashier's r helpful & friendly. I'm new to area & had to use the bathroom w/ no worries at all just key from nice cashier. Yes glad to call this home. Luv NH!

I love being able to pop into the Dollar General Store in Milford NH, they always have something that I need or don't need either why, Janet and Heather are friendly and pleasant ever time I go there and you can't beat how convenient they are from where I live .Keep up the good work 💯

Steadily busy on a Saturday with plenty of merchandise available at good prices.Found a few unique items that were a great value and left with more than I expected. Pleasant and helpful staff each time I went through checkout.Flat parkinglot with accessible parking and current features.

A large number of isles were completely full of merchandise in boxes. Completely full. Totally blocked. They need a huge amount of help to get this store to a manageable state. I'm bummed because I love that this store is close to me and I can swing by and check out what you've got. I took several pictures.

Between the mgt. Change it became very negative for some reason. I can not understand why. I asked another person to go because of rude comments to myself and #employees. Reply, "I see what you mean." If understaffed begins there is no excuse not to ask district manager if someone would be willing to help from another location for the interm. Most reviews are accurate below 👇. But if there is a tech error and asked to keep coming back, it is not a stressful day if it is mgr and every visit. Otherwise there are new employees now in the last 4-5 months. I have been to other stores in area cities and towns I hope they will with the newly hired people make it inviting for all. Most are decent at the location. They will help customers. One or two times okay maybe mgr wasn't having a good day. Months of jabs same woman pretty done with the store for now I don't need more negativity more than you. I saw after last stop on way home there is an improvement. I still will say that other comments below are about 90% accurate. #If I worked there used the #comments made to me I would #not have a job. Respect to anyone in any customer service. The new employees will hopefully make it a nice place again. Not sure if I wish to find out. Please be kind to each other.

Good selection of items at very reasonable prices, especially the “2 for $x” ones. It’s a treasure trove of things you never realized you needed before! Many well known brands at great prices, too. The product range goes from chilled and frozen item, grocery goods, pet stuff, home decor items, pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, etc.

This place sucks. The staff are nice but I hate when they make their own hours. They close when they want and open late when they want. Definitely inconvenient and they have more stuff on their carts in the way of the aisles than on the shelf. It's a shame they are understaffed

As I went to enter the store I was greeted by an employee who told me that unfortunately they were closed as the building was unsafe for the public to enter. Don't know if this is a regular thing or just happened to be a fluke, but from stories that I am being told, definitely wont be going there again!

This place is listed as a FedEx pickup location. Since I knew I wouldn’t be home to sign for a package, I tried to have it sent here so I could pick it up after work. Instead, this location refused the delivery and now my parcel is being returned to sender without me having a say in the matter. Thanks for the frustration and lost time.

I love the items dollar general stocks. I occasionally find things I want for far less expensive than the same items close to my home. Would have rated a 5 but I always have a hard time finding prices and the items on sale never seem to be where they are listed on sale. Weird.

There are 3 people who are worth thier wieght. The other gal. Refused a refund on a reciept she never handed me. And i was liteerally home and back with the same defective headset less then 10 minutes later. She refused to give the balance back in any other way but card. Nowvim out 10 bucks in gas and the card is gone..... so im just ripped off the 10 bucks altogether. And no headset. No good.
