My first ever visit inside!! I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady who helped me find my baby chick supplies. She was amazing!! It might have been Mandy? She walked me around and got everything I needed plus gave me a ton of great advice. She was so funny, engaging, and pleasant. I will absolutely be visiting this location in the future for my pet needs.

Just got an earful from hateful lady. Because I chose bags of pellets that weren't open or wet. Never buy pellets that have condensation on the inside, or are open falling on the floor. This lady needs a week learning customer service. "There's only two of us" has nothing to do with me searching for dry bags. I'll leave it there, won't complain about an old bag...of pellets.

Went to go get ice melt. Not a huge selection, only 2 options and my local hardware store carries a larger variety. However, it was close. The customer service was great. Walked in and was greeted by a very nice employee. Checked out and she answered a question I had and even gave me a recommendation of where I can get pet-safe ice melt. She was extremely nice and I wish I had caught her name. Usually most stores like this are a forgettable experience, but she was so nice I'd definitely return. I wish I had caught her name but she was working around 5:30 pm on Thursday 1/19.

Called up with a few questions about renting a trailer and Greg helped me out and absolutely saved the day I’m 110% going back to this store every time I need anything from feed for my animals to a pair of socks. This Trip was by far the best experience I’ve had with a retail store in a very long time I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a great all in one shop.

Last 3 times I bought dog food it was charged $2.00 more than posted price. You don't even check price You just credit it back! Only go back because convenient! People make sure your check receipt!

Went there tonight to buy an item that was supposed to be in stock. After looking in all the logical places to no avail, I approached the cashier to inquire. His response was verbal directions to the department it should be in. After looking there again and carefully, I returned to the register and he had disappeared. After looking around for him for a few minutes as the line behind me formed, he reappeared and I followed up. His response was that they didn't have it. I pointed out that the web site said they do. He was clearly uninterested in checking for himself or looking in their stockroom. He just shrugged and claimed it's not uncommon for the website to be wrong. Hmm, I thought chain stores had a real time inventory that updates back to their mothership. As I was leaving in a huff, rightfully as I had made an unproductive special trip, he said "thank you for understanding," extra loud so everyone could hear. Gee, sorry to be a bother, I was there to spend some money. This was my first visit and definitely my last. There's plenty of competition in the area with staff that isn't so surly.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. I've found prices to be better than most other places and often comparable to Amazon. It's my Go-To for livestock feed, supplies, and fencing. And if they don't have it available in-store, editing online is easy as pie!

I come here to make delivery their space is not for semi trucks with sleeper. And the receiving guys are rude and zero help. I don’t advise new drivers here. Be very careful. There is space for overnight parking .

The customer service is awesome everytime I've needed help someone was there to assist me. They are also always down for a good conversation about your animals or a yard project your working on. This store is out of my way but totally worth it.

Great place to shop if you work outdoors like I do. Also, if you need things for around the yard, this is the place to go. Quality products at competitive prices with a decent selection to choose from.My go-to store for my outdoor needs.

Mix of hardware and farming gear. Get propane tanks filled here. It's a great little place plus it's very much dog friendly and you often get a treat for your four-legged friend they don't have everything a hardware store has but they have a lot of what you need.

I go regularly.great place for hardware ( nuts bolts washers ect.) By the pound not per piece easier at the check out. Knowledgable staff seem to greet you at the door Everytime you walk in. Propane fill available.

Always a great place to stop in and check-out. The clearance bin is always Chuck full and the customer service is always spot on. They are very willing to give advice to an urban farmer such as myself without laughing at how ridiculous my questions may be

I love Tractor Supply. There is always great stuff to find here. When I have a project at home, and need a bolt or some wire or something, I go to Tractor Supply. They have everything from cleaning supplies, to baby ducklings, to cowboy hats or tire patch kits. The folks here are very friendly, and are always happy to help out.

There are lots of unusual gifts that you won't find elsewhere.... A lot of rustic, farmhouse finds. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great dog food selection.

Great variety of items not only for tractors or the farm. All though, did have a solenoid for an MF 35. Paint, all types of oils, hardware, nuts and bolts by the pound! Clothes, boots, gloves, cold weather gear. Often our close to home, open weekend, go to place. Orange and root beer soda are great. Tools if all sorts. Propane. Grass seed. Stop by for "chick days."

I've bought my Redstone fire-blocks there for years, for my wood burning stove, but was very disappointed this year. The TSC website offers/advertises Redstone, but this Merrimack TSC carries 'Graf' brand, which burns nearly 1.5 to 2x as fast. Which means my money is burning 1.5 to 2x as fast.And to compound my annoyance this year, after years of making the same purchase each fall, I was told they will no longer provide the 1 ton+ discount, on the $3.49 sale price. So I was hit twice this season - suddenly didn't get the 1-ton discount, and I'm burning twice as much, as they're selling an inferior product that doesn't match the advertised brand.Next year I'm going to try buying it online, to see if I get the Redstone brand again, since going to the store to get the 1-ton discount is now just a waste of gas. Or, I'll just buy my winter wood elsewhere.I tried to post this review on the TSC website, but they told me it was 'too vague'.

Called about chicks and the staff was not very informed on what they had, ended up on hold and then disconnected. If you're going to sell chicks, your staff should be more informed. I will take my business elsewhere.
