Great selection at affordable prices. Steven was very helpful as well as knowledgable. He suggested switching to a different dry dog food that was better for my dogs and more cost-effective for me so it was a win-win! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. A++

Pets Choice has a wide variety of doggie treats and accessories. Depending on the person, you can get exceptional advice and service as well. The first time I came there a lady helped me decide on some items for my pet to wear over the winter and some treats appropriate for him. Since then, my experience has been a lot less suggestions or on the floor assistance. Regardless, I fully support the store and recommend them for your pets needs.

I’ve been purchasing cat food here for about a year now and it’s the best local pet store I’ve been to. High quality products and extremely friendly and helpful staff! Came on a day they were closed but the owner was outside and had the kindness to let me in and grab what I needed. Highly recommend!

We have been customers pretty much since the store opened. It was a small food and pet essentials place but grew into a larger store that offers grooming, self grooming station. The store got bigger but Theresa and Joe are still the same wonderful people.they always were. The staff is so friendly and professional and greet every customer like a friend. We brought our new 12 week old cream retreivers and he was so welcomed in the store. He gave cuddles to everyone. I give them 5 stars but wish i could give them ten.Maggie Sewade

My husband and I became dog owners for the first time when we fell head over heels for our rescue mutt, Rufus. We had recently moved to Merrimack and one day when running errands with the pooch I stooped in here simply because it was a store into which I could bring my pet.I will never go anywhere else!! From my first visit, the staff (who is always the same, by the way, meaning low employee turnover which = quality work environment) went out of their way to welcome us and to get to know my puppy; to this day, many of them still greet him by name! Not being super-knowledgeable dog owners, they have been great about offering tips and suggestions. Their items are quality, their prices are competitive with the super chains and above all, the staff is outstanding. The store is always clean, organized and well-stocked. They always have great seasonal items and fun novelty gifts. Since our first visit, we've added a second pup to the family, who also loves his visits to the store. I've only had one experience with their grooming department when I took my long-haired cat, but the groomer was gentle and had great advice for tips to help manage her fur at home.I can't say enough great things about Pets Choice. It's definitely this Dog/Cat Mom's Choice, too!

Fantastic local gem! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, always ready to help to offer suggestions when needed. They carry higher end pet foods and have a large selection for both dogs and cats. Dog wash stations are kept impeccable and offer plenty of space for larger dogs as well as different height tubs!

Phenomenal shop. Absolutely every food or treat one could want or need for dogs and cats, plus toys, self-serve bathing station, full service grooming, nail trims; soup to nuts. Frozen and fresh food and treats, dairy products, etc. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and super experienced. Absolutely could not take such good care of our three dogs without Pets Choice!

Great store!! Staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Our dog goes for grooming every 6 weeks or so and we have always been very happy with the results. The grooming staff is very understanding and considerate as our dog can be difficult. They have a great variety of toys, treats and food that is very reasonably priced.

My Kitty is going through cancer treatment and stopped eating. The staff was so incredibly kind and helped me find some options to try when I felt like I had none left. My kitty ate a couple of the suggestions right up and I cannot thank them enough or shout loud enough how caring and compassionate the staff was helping me find a solution.

I do not recommend this place for grooming. We've taken our dog there twice. Both times, his skin and coat feel greasy and like they didn't get all of the product off of him. When he's gone to other groomers, he's come home fluffy and soft. Not from Pet's Choice. We won't be back for their grooming services, though we have used the self wash before and that's OK.The store itself is nice and they have great products. This is why I gave them a 3 overall. The staff seems nice and helpful as well. I just don't trust the groomers.

Our dog took a swim in the river and the smell was less than appealing. One quick stop to use the self wash tubs at Pets Choice that are clean and convenient and we were on our way home with a great smelling pup!Great service Thank You!

I brought my dog here for 5 years of her 14 years of life. They were also prompt, great to communicate with, followed my grooming instructions, and they get 5 stars from me. Their prices are great, including their supplies like dog food etc. They are really helpful in making recommendations based on your dog's needs and your preference. Please give them a try.

Really enjoyed it. They have many items for dogs, unfortunately, I didn't check for other animals. The staff there is exceptional. My dog urinated and the girl was more than happy to help me, wouldn't let me clean it up. She claimed that was part of her duties, exceptional! Their bathing facilities (inexpensive) very well equipped to handle literally any sized animal. Well worth the Fifty-five minute drive to Merrimack. They earn high opinions.

Great non corporate pet store owned by local residents! The prices on food are competitive with the big stores and they have speciality foods you can't get at petco. The in house groomer does a great job with my dog's nails and doesn't upcharge for buffing like the big store groomers. Overall I'm very happy to have them in my home town.

Love this place! My dog is allergic to a ton of things and the staff here helped me find treats and food that won’t break my bank and my dog can eat. She went the extra mile for me and my experience was nothing but pleasant the customer service is on top of it and I never hesitate to ask them questions because I know that they always do their best to help me out. I also found my pet rats food here for much less than the food at Petsmart. Great atmosphere and sociable employees. Good bye petsmart hello pets choice. Will no longer be visiting petsmart now that I’ve found this place. Overall very good experience.
