Large pharmacy with big convenience store section. Ample free parking. They helped me with an emergency out-of-state prescription for my dog, plus covid test kits through my insurance. Pharmacists seem overloaded so call ahead or be prepared to wait. Staff is friendly and most know where to find anything I couldn't.

Visiting area and needed a few things. Used their app and with the help of a clerk was able to use some online coupons. Store was very clean and well laid out, I found things I needed way easier than I do in my CVS that I shop in every week.

Most incompetent bunch of pharmacy employees there are! Have to have a script sent multiple times cause they never get them. Then when I ask the pharmacist to put hands on a medication before I waste my time, put me on hold then tells me he has it in stock. To then be told they don’t have it in stock. I ask to speak to the person who told me it was there and they had hands on it to be told I’m not allowed to because she didn’t want confrontation. When I just wanted to clarify with the person I originally spoke to what happened. They are literally a joke and will be taking my families business across the street where they actually know what they are doing.

They hired some new staff.. still a lil shorthanded but the woman who helped me was amazing. Her name is Melissa.She quickly navigated the customers while inputting my new insurance and saved me money. It’s a literally the best experience I have ever had in that store. Never thought I would be saying that but she definitely kicks butt at her job.

Jackie, a pharmacy associate at Rite Aide in Meredith NH was sohelpful when I asked to speak with the Pharmacist. The pharmacist was able to recommend a product to me that helped my condition. Jackie is always so pleasant and efficient.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!Pharmacy staff is not only very rude but unable and unwilling to help. Was on hold twice for over 11 minutes and the system disconnected. After 2 days of waiting, I still do not have my meds because they were unable to re-run the prescriptions using my new insurance card. Told me my insurance is invalid (it is not), refused to call my insurance provider to verify it. Took my prescriptions elsewhere.

Absolutely miserable experience dealing with their pharmacy, I’ve been trying for over an hour to figure out if my prescription is ready, I’ve been on hold the entire time, I use the automated system to enter my prescription number and it doesn’t work either. They put you on hold and leave you here listening to the black eyed peas on repeat for 45 minutes and I genuinely have never been so irrationally aggravated with such a simple transaction in my entire life

Apparently the pharmacist here thinks it is appropriate to mistreat their customers. I was informed that the person whose prescription I was going to pick up hadn't been filled because they thought the customer was rude. When you refuse to fill a sick person's prescription when they need it to feel well they may get upset at you. That is not the customers fault but the pharmacist for having zero sense of compassion and or understanding apparently. Thanks for filling the last prescription we will ever send you.

I moved to Moultonborough August 1st. I have to take several medications. I thought Rite Aides are good places to get prescriptions filled, after transferring the prescriptions. This Rite Aide in Meredith is a nightmare. The Pharmacy intake woman was nearly useless, devoid of any semblance of empathy for an aged, 77 year old customer. Nary a smile or a good morning only her telling me she can't find the prescriptions my former pharmacy faxed. As soon as I get a new primary care physician I will get new RXs and dump this Rite Aide.

Terrible service! My husband ordered two prescriptions to be refilled on September 1st. On September 3rd, my husband received a text stating both meds were out of stock and had been ordered. So it took 2 days to inform him the meds were out of stock.The Labor Day weekend came and went. We tried calling the pharmacy on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday. No answer, just the endless loop of a message.Finally my husband called the corporate office and spoke to a customer care representative. She stated that the District Manager, Brendan, would call my husband. It is now Wednesday and no call. Please don't send me your standard reply. We already tried customer care to no avail.Husband received a text stating Rx has been filled. The text never says which one. So I drove to the pharmacy and they only had one out of the two Rx filled. I had to wait for the second one. They had one week to fill order and it wasn't done! Just wow!

Never thought I'd write a review for a Rite Aid, as all convenience stores are supposed to be pretty interchangeable, but this location has repeatedly shown little care for their customers. Here are two instances that particularly stood out although I have many more stories:I went to get a drive covid test at 11:30, and when I pulled to the window, the pharmacist pretended not to notice me for 25 full minutes. Clearly they were busy, but there was no "hi, we're very busy, we'll get to you as soon as we can", just pretending like I wasn't there (they would accidentally make eye contact and immediately look down). And then when they got to the test, the pharmacist (or tech, not sure his title) just acted annoyed that someone would even want a test. Not to mention the fact the results came 6 days later, so they were little help.Then just last week I called to transfer a prescription here that I needed to pick up and the guy on the phone literally asked me to fill it across the street at Hannafords because he "was too busy and didn't have a time estimate for how long it would take." The fact they are literally turning away business and in using a blatantly annoyed voice is mind boggling.Anyway, I would recommend going anywhere else. I actually ended up using the Hannaford's pharmacy across the street and it was worlds better.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has some of the RUDEST staff including the manager.Usually customer service makes up for the high prices I have to pay but not here.I went to the register with all my things, the cashier never said a single word to me. My mom asked me if I wanted to use her rewards or whatever they use there to get membership deals. I said sure! I didn't realize it had to be put in the beginning of the transaction. I don't go to Rite Aid often, usually I go to Walgreen that's down the street from me where I can put my number in the key pad at any time. This time I was out of town. Anyways, I ask the cashier to use my mom's membership and the cashier never said a word. Instead, she gets angry, takes my whole bag of items and dumps the bag out on the counter using the bottom corners of the bag. Childish? YEAH. So I feel discriminated against and embarrassed as the line grows behind my mom and I. So she starts to do the order again, I ask for no bag as apparently I didn't deserve one in the first place. So she cashes me out, I didn't take the receipt because I just wanted to dash out of there but of course my mother is watching all this. The cashier asks my mom how she is and does she want a bag. Total 180 degree attitude. I couldn't believe it. At the end of her transaction the manager came out and watched my mother 'yell' at her ''the way you treated my daughter was very uncalled for''. I put 'yell' because that's what the manager said when we called and reported the incident to him. The manager was VERY RUDE on the phone and wasn't willing to listen to our side of the story as he wasn't there to judge the situation. I wouldn't be surprised if they were involved with each other because he was sticking up for her and basically said we were in the wrong. Which yeah, my mom shouldn't have said something to her about it but it's okay for the cashier to treat me that way? I don't think it would be okay for her to treat anyone that way. It seems like she doesn't need the job and the manager was in the wrong. I'll remember that for a long time and I'll probably never go there again. Hope others have a better experience.

Ive been using this pharmacy for since Sept 2020. And by far, the majority of the pharmacy people are so rude. Especially the young pharmacist, im not sure her name, but I believe therez 2 guys and 1 girl. She has no customer service assets. You get this impression as if she is judgemental in her mind, and thinks she can be rude, cuz shes the pharmacist. Unpleasant, you ask questions, its as if shes being bothered, by the tone/response she provides.

They never answer the phone, whenever you try to get through to speak to someone you’re stuck in a constant loop of the phone system, no matter what time of day you call. The employees in the front of the store are rude and unprofessional as well. I tried calling the front of the store to see if they could explain why the pharmacy wasn’t answering despite me trying different times over the course of 4 hours and was told “they’re too busy to help you” and that I should “just deal with it” because they’re understaffed. I was told my only options were to keep trying to get through, as if I had time to spend my entire day trying to get them on the phone, or drive to the pharmacy and HOPE they weren’t too busy to help me, as if we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic and I shouldn’t have to drive 20 minutes to the pharmacy to have them do something that would take 2 minutes over the phone if they actually did their job and answeredUpdate: finally got through and the person in the pharmacy I spoke to was rude and condescending, after I finished with what I needed I simply asked if they were open on Monday or if they would be closed for Labor Day and she nastily said “the only day we’re closed is Christmas Day” and hung up on me before I could say anything else. Extremely unprofessional staff!!

Needed a refill on a rx. Leaving this area for a couple of months. Rite Aid would not fill the order although their call in refill service said it would be refilled. I was half way thru the existing rx but as I would be out of the area I wanted to refill. Rather than calling my health insurers to get the authorization to refill they charged me for the entire Rx. Very poor service and a bad attitude from the pharmacy people. Need to do business at Hannafords across the street.

We went to Riteaid in Meredith store number 10289 to get the booster shot for Covid. The people in the pharmacy were wonderful! Caitlin and Jackie are so friendly and helpful. The pharmacy in Meredith is well run organised and just a very welcoming place to be!

Very rude to my grandmother when she was on the phone with the pharmacy. Not one but two people giving her attitude, a female. When it was uncalled for. I really suggest that they should look into themself and think back on how rude they were. I also think they need an attitude check because being rude to an senior citizen is frown apound where I come from. If it was their grandmother or grandfather our any family member they wouldn't be giving that member attitude like they did with my mine. Wish it allowed me to give them 0 stars cause I dont even think the deserve 1 star. And I've been getting my grandmother, sisters and mine prescriptions filled here and im starting to think I should change where I go to get our pills filled.

I came in early on a Saturday morning in need of help as I was having a allergic reaction on my face/eyes. I didnt even have to walk all the way to the pharmacy before a nice pharmacist Dennis came right out to help me get what I needed right away and the things he recommended worked perfectly! Thanks very much!

Always check prices! Leftover Valentine's candy supposed to be 50 percent off was actually higher than this week's sail flyer. Checkout person didn't care in the last about it. We usually avoid this store.

This place continues to set the standard for terrible customer service. The culture seems to allow an overall acceptance of being rude to customers. You see it at the counter, from the manager and at the pharmacy. Steer clear of this place.

I realize the staff has to card people they think aren't old enough to buy cigarettes, and beer etc. But if someone is obviously old enough then please have some common sense. I'm sure its company policy but there should be some leeway.
