Very impressed with the grooming service. They take the time to work with the dogs, and really listen to the preference I had for my dogs cut. Maggie was a little nervous, and Deysia did an AWESOME job. She came right out, and greeted Maggie, and made her as comfortable as possible. The cut looked great too!!

This review is totally on Kirsten Singleton who claims to be a salon leader but pretty obvious was not able to lead with quality of service, passion and care. My dog is old, fad a lot of skin issues for last 5 years, constantly have wounds and open scars that are going through medical treatments… we use this salon every 5 weeks to groom my pet pet doctors recommendations to keep it short as possible, that would help healing faster. This morning, first time ever Kristen refused to provide care to my dog Per Policy… remind you, he always had open wounds and never before was declined to receive a service.When I ask for copy of policy it took Salon Management about 29 minutes to find and print.. I found this way unprofessional… in policy it does say if open wound Should Not be accepted but it Does Not say- decline as it says on other lines… she could make a recommendation and explain potential consequences. Or change your policy and provide consistent experience from visit to visit. Train your staff do not use word Policy…, not customer oriented and shows lack of empathy and compassion

Got lots of deals and was able to collect enough perks points to use during my purchase. I really wish though when they didn't have something in stock or just don't carry. I wish they had a ship to store option so I could get the right product. They just don't carry a certain something (neither do the other ones) anymore and they use to, I use to buy all the time clean the shelf, but just stopped carrying it and is online only, other than that it is a good pet store to visit with or without your pet.

Charged $166 for an incomplete grooming. I had to bring my dog home and trim around her face and trim her nails myself because they refused. They claimed it was too difficult for them and then charged me an extra $60 in handling fees. I've never seen somone charge extra for an incomplete service.Go to a professional location, it's not worth the hassle.

I highly recommend the grooming services here! I brought my cat, Mimi, for grooming today. The groomer, Tiffany, was amazing, so gentle and patient with Mimi. She did a fantastic job! Thank You!

I went to petsmart in Manchester to do an exchange on treats the cashier was so nice and helpful. I think her was Essie or something with an E or A. She helped me find the treats I was looking for, she was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place good good customer service skills there.

So I DO like petsmart. I just wouldn't buy there lasers for cats. Literally paid almost $6 for one of the buttons to go through the whole where I couldn't press it to play with my cat. But I do petsmart otherwise. Just don't buy the lasers for your cats. Waist of money if there going to just break like that.

Wanted to buy one chinchilla but was forced to buy two if any, I did plenty of research and know many people who housed one and made sure it was socialized, they are not an animal that HAS TO be in pairs but petsmart forced such, various research shows that as long as someone who is home often and present is willing to socialize it (which we are) I’m a SAHM and my husband only works 4 days a week they can do just fine alone.

My 18 yr.old grumpy cat Maggie got groomed today. Tiffany was incredible with her. It was Maggie's first grooming outside of some vet shavings. I was amazed. Thank you, Tiffany. She's still mad at me but even she thinks she's pretty! 👍

I’m not usually one to complain but…this is absolutely disgusting. I purchased a carton of nightcrawlers AN HOUR AGO and just opened them up to find this. This is a massive oversight on the staffs part, completely unsanitary and just negligent. These worms have clearly been dead for WEEKS. The few times I’ve come here for worms I usually don’t have any issues, maybe one dead one after a week or so in the fridge. But I’ve never bought THIS. I legitimately got sick when I opened it. Now my poor axolotls won’t get to have dinner tonight. Very disappointed 🤢

My 9 Year Old daughter Olivia lost a good friend today her pet hamster Fluffy. It’s amazing how close a family can get to something even if it was something as small as a hamster. This hamster was handled and loved by all the family. She was born May 12th 2020 she was 7 months old. Her life was cut short with what appears to be a unsafe cage that was purchased from Petsmart at the same time as we bought the hamster. It was a tiny tales living castle. It would appear that fluffy chewed threw one of the plastic tyrants and swallowed a plastic piece and she got sick from it. She had pushed the one of the castle turrants away and appeared to bend the metal cage spokes and got her head stuck. I did not know about the problem with the cages until I did some research and found a class action lawsuit against PetSmart about these particular cages that they sell. I cannot believe they were still in the stores after reading up on how they chew thru the plastic parts swallow them and die or they chew thru and escape and something bad happens to them. I went down to the Petsmart where I purchased the hampster at 8:00 am this morning with all my documentation from the class action law suit along with pictures of what happened to the cage. The answer I received from the manager there was this was a corporate issue and there was nothing she could do for me. Nothing that she could do my 9 year old daughter and our entire family head and coarsest this poor innocent fun loving little guy. I had receipts of $120 that we spent to purchase this guy all I wanted was another hampster and a safe cage for it so my daughter could attempt to move on from this awful experience and I received nothing other than this is a corporate matter what the heck kind of a manager says this to someone who has been a patron of their establishment for the past 10 yrs and this what I get. She suffered for a grueling 6 hrs. before taking her last breath at 4:20 pm on Saturday. Meanwhile my daughter, wife and rest of my children could do nothing other than try to her comfortable.Fluffy was a good hamster that came when you called her name was playful and never bit. We all hard a hard day today surprisingly even though it was a hamster but one we had all grown close too in such a short time. Lori held her and stroke her coat until she passed at 4:20. RIP Fluffy you will be missed and you were loved

This store doesn’t even deserve a star from me right now, the Petsmart on S. Willow St. for the past two years that we’ve moved to Manchest and bringing our pets there to get haircuts and baths has been a headache and has been a hassle. They have either butchered our dogs not read their paperwork on file of what to do with the dogs. We have to take days off from work to turn around and bring the dogs back to get a re-haircut and professional today I brought my puppy in to get a bath and a haircut in the same way. I brought my dog in the same way I went and picked up my dog and they want to charge me almost $80 for a bath and a detangling that I never asked for and it was supposed to be a haircut . Let’s just say how unprofessional the managers of Petsmart one of the managers name is sky don’t know what the other guys name is and I don’t care he was very rude. Not understanding I’m gonna tell me well I’m giving you 20% off for his next haircut. Now I’m supposed to go back and spent another $56 to get my dogs haircut , the grooming department. They need Jesus right now because there’s none in that store that manager and sky is going to talk to me like I was a literate and that I was beneath them at this point I would rather take my dogs and bring my business to Petco.

I am highly disabled need a cane to walk, have brain deficiencies from an injury which lead to me missreading my pick-up details in my email and showed up before my order was ready, and the employee I spoke to explained how everything worked and took steps to expedite my order. I left and came back and was due completely to myself ended up having to call and ask if I showed up three minutes after close if someone could be there to just hand me my order as it was all paid for and just needed to be taken. Not only did they go above and beyond granting me that couple minutes but the employee even went so far as to load my bag into my car rather then make me struggle with a heavy bag and a walking cane. I was completely blown away by the professionalism and treatment I would genuinely recommend not going anywhere else for your pet needs.

So i have some major health issues and my dogs are my everything,i needed harnesses, i walked in and had an employee down on here hand and knees with me trying to fit my big guy snoop lil cash wasnt an issue ,i had a health scare with my diabetes and had to run out to my car and get my medication,an employee came out and checked on me ,,too wow! So i go back in after i was feeling better,we fitted and final adjusted their new harnesses and i walked them up and down the isles like they were just trained ,unreal service helped me in everyway!i had a goal to be able to walk my dogs more this summer just soo hard after surgery, Thank you guys soo much,id love to connect with you and what i told you about my new friend at KONG shoutout for helping me when i needed help. I would like to toss some ideas around with your manager. Please leave me a comment or contact via phone. Im a diabetic and physically verry weak from a major surgery TPAIT tryin to live a life i never existed,and PETSMART made ME feel special ,and took great care of us godbless snoop and cash say the you. It is very convenient and the store we regularly frequent, but the prices are very high. On the weekends, the lines are very long. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and have great advice, especially in the fish department. The fish seem very healthy too!

Awful service. Waited 25 min to get fish. Never got asked if I needed assistance by the store associate who helped everyone but us. I guess that must be a blessing tho because there was dead fish in almost every tank. Probably saved me money.

Everything you may need for your furry or scaley friend(s)! Posted a pic of a demo that was shown to me regarding my dog's old kibble and what it looks like in his gut. It was pretty gross. I changed dog foods on the spot, and my little guy has never been happier with his food!
