Even considering ongoing renovations, this particular Hannaford is so customer focused staff go out of their way to help me find my sometimes obscure grocery needs. The gang behind the Deli, the managers I've encountered, the H2G team are on the ball and most of them, fun...there's a real joy going on there, as well as at the check out. Everyone is approachable and kind, and these days, that's almost as important as the good deals that surface from time to time.

This is my go to grocery store, always has great cuts of meat and every taste of inspiration line is delicious. I will say they got rid of their brand brownie vanilla ice cream which is VERY disappointing and they often don’t have frozen strawberries in stock lately but other than that phenomenal place to feed the family!

As always a great place to shop, they are really reasonable with their prices. The store is always very clean and the associates have helped me a couple times finding a product, & they’ve gone above and beyond to assist me and always with a smile. It is hands-down, my favorite place to shop, and the only Place I shop for groceries now.

It is good for their app, seafood, and some sale items. That's about it. They do have better hours than some places. The store layout is OK,but things can sometimes be tough to find still.

Update: Grocery prices are going up everywhere, but this Hannaford does a great job of offering sale items and a mix of inventory that can really work for a lot of different budgets. They have the nicest and most professional staff I have run across in any grocery store. I feel lucky to have this store in my orbit.It is not the closest grocery store to me, but I am happy to drive to it -- very clean and well-stocked store, and the staff is so hardworking. (Employees seem to STAY here, which tells me something...) Hannaford is not the cheapest option for some items, but the customer service and selection makes it worth the difference. The store-brand items are all quite good as well.

Same set up as the other Manchester Hannaford's. Huge! Delicatessen, bakery, pharmacy, meat department, large produce section, Orders to go and curbside pickup, Coinstar, RedBOX BOXES, which are by the exit outside, water jugs for water coolers and self checkout. RedBOX BOXES are inside at the other Hannaford's. Bathroom was in decent shape though vandalized by graffiti. Plenty of parking. Wifi available.Prices are higher than and limited produce selection compared to Market Basket. It's a good store though.Food pantry drop off at exit. Entrance and exit are separated.

It's weird that the non-dairy milks aren't with the dairy milks, but the non-dairy creamers and non-dairy cheeses are. It's super weird that the non-dairy milk was put with the fine dairy cheese too - if we can't drink cow milk, we probably can't eat cow cheese either, folks.

*PHARMACY REVIEW*They are terrible at communicating! I have been a customer there over 20 years. And lately it Is terrible. They don't call you When medications are back ordered until the day you go to pick them up Even though 2 days prior they told you The prescription would be ready the next day. And never once told you there was an issue with a back ordered medication. And then they're responses Oh, yes, somebody should have called you. If I could have given a zero star review I would!

Hampton NH's supermarket. Very convenient from home, good promotions, great helpful people. The chance pickup is most excellent. We like to select our own meats, vegetables and fruits, but during COVID-19 tried ordering and were very impressed with the quality of selections. Now about half our trips are traditional - we go into the store, the other half we order online and do curbside pickup. Excellent service.

Hannaford has a lot of good produce, food, organic things. A fine baked good selection. The organic may be high depending on what you choose to buy, but it might just be worth it too. If you live close by I would definitely recommend shopping here for your groceries.

Hannaford's is one of my favorite stores these days. Their fruits and vegetables are the best.. fresh, and with a large variety. Always clean, helpful staff, good bakery, decent prices and they have some things I can't find anywhere else

Its a good store. Very clean. Good products. People are generally very helpful. Prices are high. My only alternative is In what I consider a dangerous neighborhood. So here I am. By the way, there is ample parking and a decent yet pricey salad bar. Judging by the price, I had no idea they had gourmet road salt.

Always go here because it's alot quieter than the other supermarkets in the area. The prices are a little more than others but if u r a part of their rewards program that also has some great coupons through out the month. For example I just had a really good one which was $17.00 off a total of $80.00. Though that is not the norm it is nice when u open the app and see it

Employees always seem less than thrilled to be working. Expect to wait up to 10 minutes at the deli or seafood counter while the employees behind the counter take their time cleaning the machines and doing other tasks, pretending not to notice several customers waiting to be served. It starts to feel really awkward after a few minutes of standing there and not one person looks up or acknowledges you. Cashiers and service desk staff are not friendly, either.On a positive note, this is a big Hannaford, so there is a lot of selection in all departments. The store is always incredibly clean and visually appealing.

Hannafords has been my go to grocery store for 20+ years. There are 3 stores in the city of Manchester, all easy to find with Google Maps. The ladies in the bakery at the Bicentennial Drive location are awesome. Especially Tammy, she makes the best Italian bread! 🍞😊

The meat department is excellent. The store is clean. When they have sales, you can get some great deals. The 4 star rating comes because of the pricing. The products in general, I find, are more expensive there, on the same items from other stores. Sometimes by a very large margin.

I was visiting from out of state and wanted to purchase alcohol. It took 10 minutes to checkout because they suspected our ID was fake. It simply was not handled very well and was very accusatory. The overall atmosphere of this store was just not friendly. I won't be back when I'm in the area next.
