I’ve hesitated writing this, but it’s been quite the struggle to find a daycare where people actually take good care of the dogs and love what they do.The first place I used crated for most of the day, so I was excited when I found out this place did not crate at all.However, they have these enclosed cubby things, which I’m not a huge fan of and when I picked up my dog, he was “resting” in one.The very first visit we had for his evaluation, he pulled back and wanted to leave, which is very unlike him. He’s a super loving and friendly dog. He loved his last daycare and all the people..I brushed it off and brought him for two additional days, in which he acted the same way.I loved the idea of the cameras, but you could definitely see the look of frustration of the owner’s daughter, who is not very friendly whatsoever.His first day I called asking how I could see him on the cameras, and in a very dry tone and little direction where to go, said when he’s checked in, you’ll be able to see…I was like okay.. and eventually figured out where to go on the app.I read reviews about them spraying them water for redirection, and wasn’t a fan of that, so I asked if it was in their face, and she said no, butt and feet.I wasn’t exactly thrilled but hoped it was minimal, except both days he came come pretty wet on his back end…Lastly, the place smells horrific of ammonia, and I understand there’s only so much you can do, but it’s much worse than any others I stepped into.I decided this was not the place for him based on all of those reasons above and I’m happy I did. I found a place he loves, everyone is incredibly friendly, you can tell they love dogs and my dog is exited to be there.

I’m sorry to say I did not find this place fitting for my dog. There is not much in Manchester other than places with mixed reviews or one with exorbitant prices. While the intake process seemed good and the woman knowledgeable, I would watch the cameras and the staff seemed to not want anything to do with the dogs. They would frequently shove the dogs off of themselves in an annoyed manner and spray them with what is hopefully water, just to walk through them and clear them. The spraying was frequent. I do not like the spraying at all. I treat my innocent, sweet pup kindly. Whenever you watch dogs on camera at a dog daycare, the dogs follow the people in a mass like they just want attention. Here, though, they didn’t seem to want much to do with the dogs. And to get dogs off of each other while playing they seemed to grab them roughly. I also know someone else who took their two dogs here and said they caught a staff member on camera shoving and holding their dog down to the ground. My dog dragged her feet going in and it was just a no for me. I have since continued driving 15 or 20+ minutes away to a place my dog loves, and another backup daycare. It is a shame since this place is close by and open late, but it’s not worth my dog’s safety and happiness. I wish I could have worked out.

We have tried several facilities in the Manchester area and Bark City has been the best with engaged and thoughtful staff, transparent and proactive communication, and the overall quality we have been looking for. Our boys come home clean, happy, tired, and are excited to go back.The staff take the time to get to know the dogs, and they truly care about the animals in their care. The reservation system is easy to use, we have webcam access during each stay, and we get daily report cards which include pictures and what friends they are making! Pricing is also very competitive with discounts for multiple dogs, and multiple day bundles.The facility is smaller which means they do not split the dogs up into groups by size, but that has never been an issue for our boys (7 and 22 lbs) as the staff is careful about screening dogs during the evaluation visit to ensure new dogs will be comfortable, and they are always in with the dogs to monitor the play.The wait list is very long. It took ~4 months for a slot to open up for us, but I am very glad we were patient and am thrilled with the experience so far.

We love bark city! My loud energetic little boy gets to blow all his energy while he’s in daycare. Their long and flexible hours and half day rates make it super easy for our needs to be met. He had his first groom with them recently as well (he’s short hair so nothing crazy), I am always satisfied with their nail trims and he came home soft and smelling nice. They treat him like he is their own and I couldn’t ask for better! Thank you Ashley Donna and all the other wonderful people who work there 😄

Great doggie daycare! I love the open play areas and the live webcams (I admit to watching my dog play way more than I should when I'm supposed to be working). And there's always a staff person or two with the dogs, sitting on the bench or walking around. Super clean. Worth the wait and the slightly higher cost (buy a package and the cost comes down).

We are extremely satisfied with Bark City! We were using a different daycare for months. When my wife would pick up our pup he would be sitting up front being fed treats and posing for Instagram photos. Our pup would come home full of energy, not what we were hoping. Now that we have been using Bark City he is exhausted after daycare, which allows us to relax and enjoy our evening. Bonus we can check in on him with live webcams and the daily report card is a nice touch with our little goofball. Keep up the great work! So happy we gave Bark City a try.

We took our dog there for the first time, for grooming. Corinne did a great job with him, he's never looked better! The dogs in daycare looked like they were having a great time, too! We'll definitely be back!

This place is amazing. The day care is clean and I get to watch my dog play while I am at work. Staff is friendly and they treat your dog like family. I have tried many doggy daycare centers in the area and Bark City is the best daycare facility by far! They even give your pup a report card at the end of the day!

I’m so glad this place is back open! Best doggy day care in the area. I love getting to check in on my dog all day at work via the webcams- seeing him play and seeing him cuddling with the people there. I also really appreciate the report cards I get everyday with a couple of cute photos- you can’t get that really anywhere else.

The staff was very friendly and the groomer made sure we were satisfied with her cut work for our Pomeranian. She also did a good job on our other pup for a simple bath and nail trim. Good price for what you get.

We have been bringing our four-legged baby, Wally, to Bark CIty for a year, and have had a wonderful experience with the staff and facility. Wally is visibly excited each day when we walk in; he can't wait to play with the other dogs and see his human friends.We love that their cameras are available on-line any day he is there. When he is checked out each day, we receive an e-mailed report card and a few pictures of Wally and friends taken that day. The staff - Ashleigh, Donna, Madison, Corinne, etc., make us feel that Wally is part of their Bark CIty family. We are grateful to have such caring folk watching Wally.

I love bark city (and bonus points because my dog does too)! My dog is always excited when we walk through the doors and always so exhausted when we leave. The team there is informative, interactive with dogs, and super friendly. I love that they take photos and give a report card at the end of the day. I love the live cameras too - it’s reassuring and eases my mind to know that my dog is having fun while I’m at work.

I love Bark City and my dog Cairo LOVES it even more than I do! I had tried a few other places locally before trying bark city and can’t even begin to explain how great they are. They care about the dogs, know they’re names and personality!I love being able to look at the cameras and see how my dogs doing throughout the day. The other best part is they send you home with a report card letting you know how they did and some pictures!Another bonus is that while I have him there for daycare they also do services such as grooming or trimming they’re nails. Which I end up doing a lot since he’s already there.I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Lucy had her first groom at Bark City today, she's elderly so I was worried about unnecessary stressors. The groomer Chloe did a fantastic job and when I was called to pick her up I could see her relaxing in the grooming area. Lu is not great with other dogs so I was relieved to know that they could accommodate her needs amidst and active doggy daycare. Lucy's haircut was adorable and her nails were nicely trimmed. The scheduling process was very easy and overall it was a great experience.

Very disappointed with this place. Brought our 5 month old Goldendoodle there for a couple trial runs. They do not give new puppies a chance. Complaining that she barked all day and didn’t socialize with the other dogs. Yet all the times I checked their live feed my dog was either running around with the other dogs ( by the way they were all barking the times my wife and I were there as well) or hanging out on top of the slide area. First of all, Every puppy barks. Also my wife picked up our puppy the second day to hear one of the staff screaming at the dogs. My puppy can home withdrawn and sad. I should have listened to a few friends who said this place had gone down hill since the old owner left. I don’t recommend bringing a puppy to this place.

Bark City is by far the best daycare we have used! The staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is always clean. Our sheepadoodle, Basil, loves to romp around the indoor play area equipment and run around the outdoor area for fresh air while we are at work. He especially loves being able to interact with all kinds of dogs, even the little guys! Being able to check in on him throughout the day on the live camera is a huge plus, too! When we are a few blocks away, Basil knows he is going to play all day with his friends and can't get out of the car fast enough! Bark City staff, we truly appreciate your amazing care and attention of Basil!

Bark City is amazing! My dog, Oliver, has a blast every time he goes! The staff is amazing, and they even take pictures and write daily report cards! No where else can your dog do what they want when they want! Bark city gives the dogs so much freedom. I would recommend this place to any dog owner! I wouldn’t want Oliver going anywhere else!

Absolutely the best dog daycare in the area. The owner truely cares about dogs. The facility is beautiful and there are no cages for “nap time” so your dog actually goes home tired and is happy to return. It’s like going to the dog park everyday! This place is a true gem. They even have a webcam you can watch your dog playing throughout the day. There is professional safe grooming of all breeds offered too. I haven’t seen a daycare like this for some time. The staff is super energetic and upbeat. The owner even sells quality Fromm dog food, bakery treats for your dogs, quality beds and toys. This is truly a dogs paradise with a multi level playing area and loads of tennis balls. You can always stop in for a visit because the facility is completely open with glass windows to see all the action unlike most places that hide what is really going on. Bravo bark city!

My pup had an awesome time, the staff were professional and seemed to really care. They provide a little report card with pictures at the end of the day which was adorable. The live video stream is amazing and very high quality which makes it easy to check in on your pup during the day. I certainly will be bringing my dog back.

This daycare came highly recommended by multiple colleagues of mine and Bark City certainly lived up to those. First off the hours and accomodations for healthcare workers is simply phenomenal. We haven't been able to find a daycare that was as flexible or available for the hours needed when working 13 hour shifts at the hospital. Secondly, the staff have been amazing. When you walk in the facility, you can't tell you're walking into a daycare and the aroma is delightful (a nice crisp clean smell), not that it matters to me since as a nurse, my nares have smelt plenty, but it's a nice bonus. And finally, we absolutely love that we can see our pup play through out the day and we get a report and pictures of her day. This sincerely warms my heart and brings me joy and a smile after a very long shift. It also gives me nice breaks to see her while I'm at work. Thank you Bark City for providing the hours and service you are doing.

We brought our 5 month old poodle puppy to Bark City after our trainer told us she need to spend more time with other dogs. She came to us delayed in her socialization and very shy. John and his staff were amazing with her! The photos, videos, and daily report cards gave us peace of mind. Within a week she went from running away from them to asking for attention and pets. She now drags my husband into Bark City - so excited to spend the day. Highly recommend!!

Avoid Bark City Doggy Day Care at all costs. If you want your dog not monitored correctly and not be called when your dog is injured or involved in a dog fight. Bring them here, you will be told upon picking up your Pup about the incident then. Beware of this business it is not managed well and you may be picking up a injured pup or dead one. My Pup was injured 3 times here and was not told till I picked him up. I gave this place 3 chances and they failed all 3 times. The owner does not care for you Pup or well being, his staff are too busy on their personal cell phones during the day so they don't monitor your Pup's fully. Please beware and find another safe Doggy Day Care for your Pup. The Owner deleted footage of my Pup being attacked by the dog, not sure why that is. Gave me excuses that the IT guy couldn't get the footage, as I already saw the live footage and have a copy of it showing the video being edited out. As the video feeds are made public and people can pull the footage I had pulled and watch that entire day and again the time where my Pup was attacked was edited out. Wow Talk about being shady I already have a BBB report out on the business and also he hasn't responded back to them. I guess he will get a bad grade there. I would stay clear of this business, if you don't I wish you all the luck that your Pup isn't hurt or other. Also found out that the dog that injured my Pup is still allowed at this business for services. Why would you allow that? This place is sketchy

Our dog had specail needs. Due to stress from another groomer. We were told about Bark City. Grooming service and daycare I gave them a call and was comfortable from the first phone call and knew this place what's going to be perfect for my dog and his special needs. 2 days later we brought him in they gave us the option to stay and watch he was treated gently and with respect he made it through his grooming you look great was still a little stressed out but that was him they are absolutely caring loving and did a fabulous job the facilities is clean all the dogs there are running around a giant Park area you can watch all the dogs on live video the place is absolutely fantastic five stars all the way give them a chance look them up.We are now customers and friends.....😍🐶

We LOVE Bark City for our 3 dogs!- I love that I can look in at them any time I want and see what they are up to... I also love the grooming department! 2 of our dogs are poodles- and they do a fantastic job! We get compliments all the time!!!What more can I say!

We have only brought our dog here one time so far, but we had a great experience! After requesting to schedule our initial temperament consultation, they got back to us right away to schedule a time for our dog to come in. The staff was very friendly and receptive to all of our questions. The price is a little more than other places he has been, but I think it’s well worth the extra few dollars a day! We will definitely be bringing our dog back here!

Bark City is simply awesome! My dog goes about 2 days a week. He plays all day long and comes home exhausted and happy. The staff is very friendly and cares very much for the dogs.
