The staff is extremely friendly and more than willing to go out of the way to help u in any way they can. Breakfast is great. The best scrambled eggs I have ever had in a hotel like this. Large clean pool.rooms are large and kept up. Gas station and convenience store just steps away. Major shopping n restaurants within 1 to 2 miles away. Very quiet location and again the staff really make this place wonderful. I highly recommend you give it a try. Well worth the money.

Horrible workers except for one the lady at the desk in the evenings. Got kicked out and not allowed back bc left some trash in room bc they rushed us out and locked us out while trying to get our families bags out. Really rude and not understanding towards kids with disabilities.. not allowed to have anyone in rooms at all. Never had any maid come ask if we needed anything in the morning during a 4 day stay.. won't ever spend the amount again there.Rooms: Beds are definitely comfy but make sure u check under the sheets b4 hand.

Hotel was terrible. The bed was hard as a board terrible sleeping. The room stunk so bad couldn’t make out the smell mixture of septic and fumes of paint thinner.Breakfast was the worst we have had on our entire trip from Maine to Buffalo. Front staff making the breakfast in side closet. Handling utilities with bare hands on the forks and spoons. No salt or pepper. Eggs like synthetic feeling scrambled eggs. Sausage and ham nasty looking. Etc. Staff not friendly at all. The hotel is tired. On the inside of the room they had a sign saying use the dead bolt and security lock. That was the first time I read that in a hotel.

Internet says the room is 92.00 we're in the middle of a power outage I was just quoted $199 for that room that is price gouging especially for the condition of this hotel

It's one of the cleanest Quality Inns I've seen in a while. Although the breakfast area needed some help. No regular coffee was available, and the eggs were cold.

For one reason or another in the last month I have stayed in many hotels. Many were a higher barad name but this one was by far the nicest one I stayed in. The room was clean, the rugs decent. the bed and pillows were excellent. the shower well equipped and towels very nice. The people were nice in check in and they had a breakfast with a nice variety of food that the others (that claimed to offer breakfast) couldn't seem to manage. The pool was sparkling and the prefect temp. I could just go in when I wanted and didn't need to make a reservation. This hotel was worth every penny from beginning to end. The only potential issue is no elevator.

Do not recommend. They do not have an elevator. Our room was on the second floor . We had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The main stairway has carpet & was clean, compared to the stairwells that go outside. They were dirty & smelled foul. We never saw cleaning crew, which would explain room condition . The only workers we saw was the man who checked us in & one lady at breakfast. The location being close to the speedway was the only positive .

First off I want to say the Check in staff and cleaning crew were amazing. We needed extra towels and got them super fast.I will say that this hotel is very outdated. I requested a room where pets are not allowed. The bed was horrible, old, worn down not comfortable. I tossed and turned all night. I didn't request another room as they are a pet friendly hotel, didn't want to get another room where pets may have been, and most importantly wanted to minimize my interaction due to COVID.The pool was clean, though the stairs were very slippery getting in.The SHOWER and WATER!!!! was brown, we used bottle water that we had. When I checked out and mentioned to the front staff they were aware of the issue. So why no provide guests with bottle water to brush their teeth at the very least?Lastly our hair dryer was broken and the room was very dusty. My little ones loved the sleep over, mom's back didn't. We literally checked in late, slept, used the pool, and left.I hope they change the beds sooner than later. I would not recommend this hotel as I did not sleep well/much. BUT will say the linens were clean and for an older room, it smelled great!

Our insulation installers forgot to tell us that we and our pets had to be out of the house for 24 hours after they sprayed the insulation. We found out when they were about to start the job. My daughter who was working from home and myself had to find a place to stay. The catch, we have 4 golden retrievers. Quality Inn was amazing at accommodating us. We booked 2 rooms. They made sure they were adjoining rooms. Price was reasonable. Everything was clean. Super polite . Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

All of the staff were friendly and funny. Both times we met Max, we commented on how good he is at his job (front desk). The breakfast was great, with the mini waffle makers and the coffee was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked great. There was an issue of not enough parking, so we had to park on the grass. Overall, good stay.

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Jacuzzi bath tub wasn't very clean, there was soap scum around the top. The breakfast wasn't very good the sausages looked like they had freezer burn, the eggs weren't good. Only thing that looked appealing was the packaged muffins. Didn't appreciate a phone call from the front desk reminding us we needed to check out and then 3 minutes later staff was knocking on the door. That made us feel uncomfortable.

This hotel was ok for my stay. They are pet friendly and the prices are reasonable. They do have a nice hot breakfast in the morning. There is a pool on site that was open, but I didn't use it. This isn't a bad place, my only negative remark is that there seems to be a lot of long term residents there, and they seem to loiter around the building and in the common areas. I was a little uncomfortable with that vision. I would stay here again if the other hotel in the area is not available.

This place was very welcoming, reception was courteous. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. But, walls where dingy, tub was clogged after one shower, still clogged 3 hours later just was not draining. Breakfast was put out and I emphasize (put out) not served. Surprisingly enough the eggs were not soggy, the sausage patties VERY dry and if you like your coffee strong well I'll leave it that. From what I could make out no elevator to the second floor. But hey what do you want for $89 plus tax per night.

We stayed here because it was the halfway point between Mt Washington and our home. The room was comfortable for us, the beds cozy. The front desk staff was super helpful, even pointing us in the direction of some restaurants that would be open late at night. Although we could hear an occasional door closing in the hall, we could not hear anything from our neighboring rooms. The pool looked inviting but sadly we didn't get to use it. Breakfast in the am was good. We would stay here again if we're up in the Loudon area in the future.

Upon reading the reviews online about this hotel, we almost didn't stay here. Having no other affordable options we booked the room. Upon arrival the staff was more than courteous and helpful, the room was clean and up to date. It looked like it was recently painted with fresh carpet. Everything worked (A/C WiFi) and the breakfast buffet the next day was probably one of the best I've had in years. The woman there was constantly cleaning and restocking items. There is also a gas station/convenience store right next door for anything you may need and good restaurants close by. We would most definitely stay here again the future.

Everything about the place is fine except for the outrageous price they charge for nascar weekend, it's absolutely ridiculous! They could still make money charging half what they do ! Price gouging at it's best ....

They need to specify what "pet friendly " means. A DOGS ONLY hotel. The night shift front desk person was rude unwelcoming and even though my husband had already checked in he gave us the third degree after verifying our ID s??? After all that unnecessary grilling he proceeded to call the room and ask my husband if it was ok for us to go in??we were all registered beforehand so that was very unsettling..also the so-called manager was too busy flirting with the women in the exercise room to be bothered with anything else. He was extremely rude and arrogant. Also there are quite a few long-term residents staying at this hotel and they are up walking around all throughout the night and early morning hours. All other staff members were really nice. I don't recommend this place to anyone even on an overnight trip 😒

This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn. It's since been renovated and made into a Quality Inn. The renovation definitely has left room for improvements. I was never in the motel when it was a Red Roof Inn, but for being newly renovated it feels very old and low quality. The beds were comfortable, front desk was friendly and the room was marginally clean. The value was definitely not there, however yield management at its best, this was the only place that had rooms available in the Concord NH area and they were charging $219 for a room. In my opinion this should have been $99 room, but they were able to charge what they did due to lack of supply. I would only stay here in the future if I am in the same situation and this is the only place with rooms. There's plenty of nicer hotels with better value 10-15 min down the street in Concord, NH.

Fantastic remodel! Stayed here in February when it was a Red Roof Inn, and it was what you'd expect for the price. The brand new lobby and breakfast area are beautiful, and this morning there was bacon, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs on the buffet. Also of note if you have kids who want their own waffle but can't eat a whole Belgian waffle, their waffle iron makes 4 small ones instead. Very handy. Very impressed with the changes and upgrades here!

This is an Excellent Hotel. It is clean and quiet, has friendly and responsive staff, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Much of the fixtures, carpets and furniture seems to be new. At least it looks new.The Business Center, Exercise Area, Pool, Breakfast Area, Lobby, Hallways and outside are all maintained very well. I have read some of the negative reviews and to me it seems those people stayed at another hotel but left their feedback here - my 2 experiences at the Loudin Quality Inn was that different. My wife and I have been traveling for many years. This is a very good hotel.

Wouldn't stay there again. When I checked in the woman was too busy watching the video monitors to really interact with me. Made me wonder if they either have a problem with crime or just like to spy on the guests. Then, when I filled up the bathtub, the water was brown. Best thing about this hotel was the convenient location and free breakfast. Glad I only stayed one night.
