Cute little road side stop. Perfect for a quick lunch and some homemade ice cream. We had a hot dog, fries, a small ice cream and strawberry milkshake. All were delicious and served by 2 very friendly ladies.

I just went there for the first time there was amazing service very nice but the food was not good. my hot dogs were not cooked and the fries are dry and no taste, it was very cheep and i thought it was gonna be my new place to go to im disappointed.

Good ice cream, but service needs work.You receive a seemingly random amount of ice cream based on who is serving you. Ordered a large and got less ice cream than people in my party that ordered a small.

I like Dudley's ice cream. Smooth, rich and creamy lots of taste. Decent prices for the size and room to sit and eat at the covered tables.

Your ice cream is good, but we got 1/2 of a scoop of ice cream in both our our sundaes. It's the last time we go here. You should consider training your staff a little better. It was very expensive for a small amount of ice cream. The girl that was serving us did not give even close to the correct amount of ice cream.

Stopped there for ice cream for the first time today, and it was so good ! I had the maple ice cream made with local maple syrup, and it was scrumptious....real maple syrup flavor. My husband had coconut cream ice cream and loved that also. Both were very creamy and tasty. The young man who waited on us was also great...very personable and polite. We will go out of our way to go there again.

I had their meatball sub, it's amazing. The meatballs are a bit big so I used a knife to slice them in half to make it fit in the sub roll better but that doesn't affect the taste though and they have really good ice cream too!

It was pretty busy when I visited this place and perhaps that is why I didn't have the best 1st experience , but I don't think I'll be going back because of it . My boyfriend , his father , my daughter and I stopped to get some Ice Cream on the way home one day and while the ice cream was good the service was not very good at all . The woman in the window didn't really wait to listen to what we were trying to say at all just instantly turned around after she heard " 2 ice creams " and " chocolate swirl " and started making them .. which turned out okay because thats what my boyfriend & his father wanted .. But then I said I wanted to add another ice cream to our order and she instantly turned back round again , made another chocolate swirl and shoved it out the window to me while asking for money .. I don't like chocolate ice cream and that is not what I intended to order , but I felt obligated because she had already made & handed it to me , so I just paid and went about my day . Everyone else enjoyed their ice cream though .

Will not return here. Service was slow and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Got a peanut butter sundae the peanut butter tasted like they burnt it in the microwave An by the time I got it the sundae was half melted. Girlfriend asked for sprinkles on her soft serve an did not get them...

My ice cream was very good and so was my husband's, except that his was supposed to be soft serve coffee and it was vanilla with a thin coffee swirl in it. Also, the girl who helped us was a bit rude.

In my opinion Dudley's Ice Cream is the best in the area. Portions are very generous and flavors are really true to name. My favorite is Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Fast service, reasonable prices and large variety of flavors, both soft and hard ice cream. The 2 scoops I ordered, buttercrunch and peanut butter, were both very flavorful, and the chunks of peanut butter were incredible! No waiting lines whenever I've driven by; face masks are required for ordering. Check it out, just south of Loudon Speedway. 🍦🍨🍦🍨

Sorry to say I had a bad experience here. Went last week during the heat wave in the middle of the afternoon when there were few customers. We stood well back from the window trying to make our decision. A rude, older woman pulled the window open and mumbled something like, "hurry up, I can't leave the window open because it's hot in here." NO ONE asked her too. We said we needed some time, and that's why we didn't approach until we were ready. I have worked in the ice cream business for many years, so I get the sometimes horrible conditions, but that shouldn't be passed on to the customers. The quality of the ice cream was also subpar. We ordered soft ice cream, creamsicle flavor. It was basically vanilla ice cream with some sort of flavored orange gel on the outside. And the ice cream, which should be creamy, was granular. A few miles down the road we dumped the ice cream. Will not return.

We have been going to Dudleys for years.Always loved the ice cream and food.This year they're very different. My wife and I went for first time this summer. Ordered the sausage and peppers for me,and my wife ordered 1 hotdog, and a bag of chips.Got our food paid and went to our truck to eat.I opened my box and found one tiny piece of an onion and no peppers. My wife found 2 hotdogs and a tiny handful of chips. She only wanted 1 hotdog.we went back to let them know of the order being wrong. They put 1 little piece of pepper on my sausage and gave it back. Told my wife that if she wanted chips with her hotdogs, she had to pay for 2 hotdogs. We ask for the manager. The person told us she was the manager, and nothing she could do! Will never go back!!!

WORST SERVICE AND PORTIONS EVER!! CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER EVEN WORST EVER! She told us that what we got was the way they serve it, point blank with NO APOLOGY or expression! We will not return even though we were regulars for 4 year's, ordering the same favorite items! Wouldn't change the order even when THEY SCREWED IT UP! Don't order a sausage and pepper sub, you won't be able to find the peppers, she serves it that way 😡

Yummy purple cow, kahula ice cream was horrible. It crumbled when you try to eat it. Tasted freezer burnt. Took one bite and told them it didn't taste right. All they said was in the future ask for a sample.

Holy smokes! I got a large “Purple Cow” in a waffle cone. In the rain, temp was about 55 (on July 3rd) and I legit think I might drive up from Rhode Island to get it again some day...

I do not why everyone waits in line at Jordan’s in Belmont when Dudley’s In Loudon is just as good, or maybe better with no lines. Excellent ice cream and service.

Excellent ice cream.Im a jordans fan which is further north.We went to jordans first but they were only putting ice cream in bowls and giving you a cone on the side.So we came here and im very happy we did.we all had soft serve cones and it was awesome.Very creamy and tasty ice cream.Big portions and the ice cream is homemade.They also serve some food items also which i thought was nice.Iam very happy we got to try this place.We will definitely be back for sure.Keep up the good work Dudleys.

The only thing that they're good at is ice cream and they're barely good at that. Don't order food unless you like disappointment. They can't even make a proper hot dog
