Absolutely appalling experience with Home Depot!Last year Home Depot installed PlyGem defective windows in my condo, damaged my property, and after 6 MONTHS and 2 more failed attempts to replace these windows, they refuse to give me a full refund.I find it outrageous and unacceptable that Home Depot continues to give PlyGem chance after chance to correct their poor quality products at the customer’s expense!How many attempts does this company need to make before it becomes laughable? At what point does the number of tries become an admission of incompetence rather than a genuine attempt to fix the problem?PlyGem should not be allowed to manufacture windows, and Home Depot should be ashamed for selling such garbage to customers.There has been persistent condensation between the glass panes since installation, which comes as no surprise.These windows are resembling a DIY project constructed by a child using superglue in an unsupervised setting, rather than a professional installation by a reputable company!Obviously Home Depot management doesn’t feel any shred of embarrassment or shame for profiting off of something so clearly defective! They are simply focused on making a quick buck without regard for the consequences! Their lack of accountability and integrity is truly disturbing.Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow me to upload photos to support my review, which would serve as evidence of Home Depot and PlyGem's incompetence and help protect future customers from similar fiascos.However, I have sent these photos through text and email to 4 of the managers involved in this process, so hopefully someone with more authority can review the evidence and take necessary action.And to the managers that couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my last email: ignoring your customers is unacceptable and unprofessional!Your lack of response speaks volumes about your company’s values! You’re perpetuating the very reason why I lost trust in Home Depot! Shameful!

Love this Home Depot! It is always well staffed with pleasant helpful people. Just recently I needed a motion light but the last one left was stuck WAAAY in the back of the shelf and hard to reach. Zach, very nicely offered to get it for me. Great experience 👍

This Home Depot is the same in appearance and has a good quantity of supplies and tools. I didn't explore the entire store due to the availability of time, but, I did find what I was looking for quickly, especially with the assistance of a floor associate.Speaking 🗣️ of which, the staff were "Fantastic!", if I can quote the Eccleston Doctor Who! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Great customer service! 👍!The customers seemed friendly as well.There is a locker for online orders at entrance next to the garden center.I would say give this Home Depot a try and see what you think 🤔.

I bought a new washer at Home Depot last week. After waiting nearly a week. It was delivered yesterday but I refused delivery because it was severely dented in the front. Too bad I can't post the picture. I cancelled the order and went to Lowe's.Lowe's was able to deliver and install the washer.

I went to Londonderry Home Depot to get some paint and some painting essentials. The gentleman in the paint department (I think his name is Angus) was very helpful! This is not the first time this same employee has helped me with my painting projects. I feel confident going to this store for all my painting needs because I know that I will get a quality paint and an excellent service and guidance.

I have been going to the Home Depot in Londonderry since we moved to Derry several years ago. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store over many others that I have gone to. I wanted to say thank you so much to Shannon who is one of the managers there that helped me out last week with an issue I had. Shannon was friendly, attentive, helpful, and understanding. Thank you to the cashier, Mary too! Their online customer service is incredible and very friendly as well.

The service is okay , but the prices have gone through the roof. I checked a order for a small project and on under 3000 they were 500 more than the local lumber yard.They no longer match or beat competitors prices as they did in the past. Super expensive on 95%of all items.Its tough to use them as a contractor. Deep cuts into today's tight margins.

Picked up a window fan. Checked inventory online before so I knew exactly where it was. Boxes were open and damaged so asked someone to take out so I could inspect. No issue with that, woman in that department was friendly and helpful. Fan works great too!

I bought paint about 1 month ago. The 3 women at the paint department are extremely wonderful. There names are Sharon, Kelly and Caitlin. They are very helpful and polite. They are honest. I will continue to buy paint at the home depot in Londonderry as long as those 3 women are there. Because of them, I won't go anywhere else. They are fantastic. Please let them know that they are well appreciated

May 15 - In with sister-in law to purchase a garage door, once home, found it damaged. Stephanie and others in the customer service section Monday went above and beyond to help us out in the return/re-buy process and the transportation of the replacement garage door.This customer service department is better than any I've dealt with, better than my hometown (NC) store.Thank you

I bought a 10 pack of 3-1/2 x12’ baseboard trim and only ended up using 7 out of the 10 so I went to return the leftover 3 boards and they wouldn’t take them, said they had to be returned as a 10 pack.Seems ridiculous to me seeing how they sell those exact boards as individuals and sell by the foot!

Today 5/25/22, we were assisted by a young man in the plumbing department. It was probably around 1 pm. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He saved us so much time going to a few aisles to get us what was needed. He was also very patient. I wish I got his name. I bring my son to the monthly free kids workshops and the staff are super kind and friendly. He is always looking forward to the first Saturday and seeing what he gets to build. So fun for the kids to create, learn and make something on their own.

Although there was self checkout, which I hate, there was an employee who did all the scanning and screen pushing, ask I had to do was insert my card. Yes! Thank you!

Usually never have a bad experience until this last visit, already scanning items at "self" checkout when employee ask to scan our items, I let her know it was "self" checkout and we could handle it. After we finished scanning and were about to pay, she comes back over and accuses us of not scanning all items, after checking she agreed we did! she did not apologize. Why bother with self checkout!

Terrible customer service. Employees not trained properly. I waited 30 minutes for someone in the appliance department. When I finally got help, they couldn't answer any questions because she said that she's only been working there for 2 days.
