Very unfriendly service prices are very high dirty wouldn't recommend them . I asked a question they couldn't answer it at least went to PETCO they answered right away saved my my pet get sick worst maybe was best they didn't answer it the Medical part at Petco knew they saved my pet

There's a whole lot of supplies packed into this store for all kinds of pets. So the initial walk-in experience can feel overwhelming. That said you will certainly find everything you need here and the customer service is first rate. My personal experience is that their prices beat most online stores. It's the only place we get our work supplies now

Not from the area. Came here once just to get some stuff for my pets. The staff were cheerful and knowledgeable about animals. The animals on the shelves looked very well taken care of and happy to be there. They had a wide selection of everything from animals to products. I only bought 2 things but when I am in the area again I definitely will be stopping by!

I’ve been coming to this pet store since I was a little girl and first started fish keeping. All staff is incredibly knowledgeable and affable; I love to come to this store to interact with the staff and learn. I board my Quaker Parrot here whenever I am away and every time am thoroughly pleased at the care and affection staff members have for him (even though he is a moody Quaker). I will always recommend this store due to exceptional staff, a wide array of unique and diverse products that can’t be found at any department store, and the sense of ease and trust I have when boarding my bird.

This is a smaller store with tall aisles so it feels cramped. They are very well stocked with assorted pet supplies. Many fish for sale here and a couple of birds. The prices were just a bit high so we left.

I happened to be in this plaza for errands and decided to stop in to look for fiber powder or supplements for my cat. After scoping the shelves, I decided to try online instead and was thinking of heading out. I was lucky to be stopped by a young lady who asked if I needed help, so I let her know what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier I did. She asked all the right questions, listened to the issue, and had a ton of options I had completely overlooked. She definitely knew her stuff, and I'm so happy she helped me out. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

I’m a new nervous puppy Mom and because of the service the associates provide I will drive well out of my way to go here versus other pet stores. Samantha (and the others I have spoken with) was so helpful and knowledgeable with each and every question or concern I had. This place is my favorite local pet store. I have many fish tanks and never have any issue buying my fish here, they all are happy and healthy. Such a variety of fish as well! Every employee is always so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I always have fun stopping in to see all the animals and grab some new fishy’s while I’m at it! 😊

A manager named Diane was very very helpful and very knowledgeable pleasure doing business with her.on another review I gave pets. Plus plus a 1 ⭐ rating it should have been a 5 ⭐ rating. This was the best pet shop I've ever been to. Most pet shops don't provide the proper requirements and their animals are unhealthy, whereas Pets Plus had perfectly healthy animals and great tank setups. The tanks and terrariums set up to house their pets were so amazingly done. They had the proper heat and humidity, had the proper substrate, had plenty of enrichment for the animals, and they even provided vitamins and supplements for their reptiles. Many, many pet stores don't do this and it can lead to many diseases. All of the animals were bright, agile, alert, and the target weight and I was so impressed with the quality of this store. Thanks for such an awesome experience!

Staff was so nice and unbelievably kind.I had told them I had a house fire and how we had lost everything even Diesels collar and leash; also how my dog woke my husband up and saved the whole house. They did so much to accommodate us and sent him off with so many prizes. I will be forever grateful to the staff at pets plus thank-you so much.

The store is very well maintained and the selection is great and the prices are too. You are bound to get a great customer experience everytime you go, weather you're buying or browsing. I cannot thank Diane at Pets Plus enough! She has helped me not stop as I figured out what was going on with my dog. She listened to everything I said, educated me on different foods, treats and helped me create a plan to keep him healthy. Whenever I go she’s there ready to help me and she knows her products! I won’t go in if Diane isn’t there…. And I live an hour and half away. She is so kind, patient, helpful, and well educated about her store. If your having dog or any animal problems or just want to know more I so so so recommend talking to Diane!!! Thank Diane for all the help you have given me and Echo!

This place has a giant selection of fish, and items to choose from overall! I was disappointed however with the condition of the birds. They had 2 african grey parrots in cages that were far too small. They also had 6 or more budgies in a cage that was just too small. African grey parrots need a lot of room, for they are big birds! The birds are also restricted from human interaction- even though birds are birds, and if you want them to be friendlier its best you adapt them as best as possible to people! Very rarely are avian shops worried about birds acquiring illnesses unless either you are sick, or you are exposing them to your saliva/bodily fluids. Their other pets were in good conditions though, and were in suitable temperatures/terrariums. The birds are really my main concern, but other than that this place is really nice!

You won't find a better staff, anywhere! Wide variety of products for every possible pet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and it's apparent it comes from a love of animals. I liked the fact they suggested a specific puppy food and it was middle road priced not the most expensive. The critter tanks and bird cages are always clean. Talk about care...They hand raise some of their birds. As you can tell, I'm a big fan. It's not the most inexpensive place but it's worth it.
