I was making a "Happy Return" today. I hadn't made one before. Desera (name tag) made it easy. She then helped me shred my documents. The shredder was hidden behind UPS returns so she climbed over them and shred them for me. This was at the Littleton, NH store. I don't think I've spelled her name correct but it's similar.I was very impressed with her. Susan P.

I was sending out a Christmas package and they were very helpful in selecting the right box, peanuts to fill the empty space to protect the package and boxed it up and shipped it for me.

Apparently, there is no dress code to work here anymore. It would be nice if the staff all were identifiable and didn't blend in. Staff don't seem to know if something is in stock or not and it takes them forever to figure it out. On multiple occasions I have gone in to pickup something that is said online to be in stock, but the employees tell me its out of stock only for me to go find it myself on the shelf. Overall a lack luster store.

I was in the market for a new laptop and the employee Christian who was from the North Conway store was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about computers. We had a nice chat and he directed me to a laptop that would suit my needs. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they had one at another store. i would've loved to buy from him. Christian is a great employee.

Employees harass you to buy ridiculously priced warranties for everything because the company doesn’t make money on the actual product. Employees NEVER look happy. I almost gave 2 stars because Alex at the tech desk is amazing every time I go in there. However, I can’t get past how awful the other managers are and how badly this company seems to treat their employees as a whole.

Old review: They had the wrong prices on products, sales person wasn't knowledgeable about products on display and wouldn't even try to sell me a computer. I asked what was in stock and he wouldn't even give me answers. Also computers that the website said were available in store apparently were not.Update: After recent visits problems with pricing still exist. Issues were fixed promptly and I also had a good experience with the in store pickup. Sales were also good.

Went to the store on meadow st. In Littleton NH to make a return to Amazon. Amazon was great and even posted a pic of the sign for UPS shipping stations! Staples has this sign! I was turned away as “we don’t do that”!! Makes me wonder if I would get the same answer for a Staples warranty!

Last time I was there, one guy was running the whole show on a Monday morning . He was saying he could make more at McDs and be less swamped. Folks are not trained on every part of the store. If you come at the wrong time grown people can’t use certain systems. Hopefully, corporate will cross train and offer some hiring incentives.

I drop off packages here for UPS. Very seldom have to wait. Staff is always kind and helpful, but are usually busy. I am glad this store is available in this area. Thank-you Staples.

Awful customer service- rude - and lazy and they lied about services they offered. Frankly North Conway is a better store on top of there A game and was willing to Offer prompt service. Unlike Littleton store. they had Attitudes & eyes rolls. Employees have to be replaced - Or evaluated.

THEY BOXED and shipped these items for us with NO packing material! They knew there was a lap top because we told them so and they put a lithium battery warning sticker on the box.Upon arrival at the destination our lap top screen was cracked and ruined! UPS refused the claim due to poor packaging! Staples said they would NOT COVER THE DAMAGE due to no insurance purchased!!!! SERIOUSLY PEOPLE.....STAPLES PACKAGED THESEITEMS FOR US! They did NOT COVER their own work and boxing!We paid more than 50$ for this boxing and shipping and that did NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE when you have THEM DO THE PACKAGING!!!!BEWARE! This is negligence and BAD BUSINESS!!! They are incompetent!

I brought my iPhone 5s to have the screen replaced and they damaged the front camera. It's been exactly a month later and, after a phone call and three visits in person to the store, it still isn't fixed. I was told to come in on a specific day and time and the manager would fix it - but he was tied up in interviews and would not stop to fix the phone. Tech service and customer service - not really!

If it's a product that is not on the floor and you're supposed to bring the empty box to the counter, it's like they do not have it in stock. Can't tell you how many times I have seen them go in the back only to come our and say, "we don't have it in stock". Frustrating. Save yourself the trip and just order online.
