Everytime I come in, I am always greeted by Brian from the beauty department! It is a great joy to see him! His experience in the beauty industry is such a gift to this store. I really hope they know what a gifted individual they have! If anyone is looking for make up and beauty advice, Brian is the one you want to go to.

Littleton Rite Aid has knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly associates. I was greeted as I entered the store and asked if I needed help. The associate showed me where the items where that I was looking for and took the time to explain and answer my questions.

I offer this review only for the store, as I have not had meds filled here. I came in sick as a dog, not knowing where anything was and barely knowing what year it was. (Bad respiratory virus.) The gentleman who assisted me to find nasal saline solution (I know not his name, silver hair and beard) was very helpful and empathetic to my plight. The store is quite neat, clean and well rounded. Thank you.

I don't know who that manager was this morning at Littleton rite aid but she was the rudest person ever I will never step one foot in that rite aid store again because I was one minute before 8:00 The door was open and I went in and she yelled at me I will never go back there again

The pharmacist and staff always go above and beyond for all of their customers. They always have a smile ready and a kind word. Greet people by name and a friendly smile. I used to go to a different pharmacy but I will only go to Rite Aid in Littleton now.

They didn't call to let me know my medication wasn't in stock. They didn't even call to let me know when another medication was unavailable! There's no excuse for such poor customer service. Note to the owner regarding his reply: Dear Mr. So and So; You replied to my review, but hadn't left your name, hadn't introduced yourself yet thought it was o.k. to address me as Jesse. Let me tell you something. You'd be smart to address customers as Mr. ____, Mrs. ____ or Ms. ____. It shows respect for your customers. Lastly there's a thick bush in the prescription drive-through that sticks-out. You have to drive around the bush or the thick branches will put some scratches on your car. Not cool.

Erika and rhe girls in the pharmacy are awesome. They do everything they can to accommodate you. I've never seen a pharmacy run so well and if they have problems going on they try to make sure it doesn't affect you. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. My husband Frank Gleason has been getting his prescriptions filled here for over 2 years and we've never had an issue.

Rite aid has always been very very good to customers. I only switched because of my new insurance . I came back because of less than ideal service at a large competitor ! I will not switch again. Rite aid is a great store and the associates have always been the best ! The store is very nice and modern and easy to find items i need when looking. We have Walgreens , Walmart ,and Osco drug ,all within a mile of Rite Aid, but they are not as good service wise . I recommend Rite Aid to everyone !

Very nice store. Recently remodeled and is very elegant and modern. They don't have a large quantity of each product out on the shelves, but they must constantly replenish because they don't run out. Amazing selection in the personal care/beauty section and they have a very knowledgeable gentleman working in that department who is very helpful.

The Pharmacy Supervisor by the name of Erica (store number 04182) called me at (Magellan RX) to get assistance on how to process a claim. I was tying to explain to her that she is billing the claim incorrectly, I advised the correct info she needed to put in the id qualifier spot. She said there isn't a place to change it, I advised she could also look at the previous paid claim for a visual of where it should go. She said it was processed at a different store so she cant. I said if she cant figure out where to put the id qualifier, she can contact her software vendor. She said "Well, I changed the group number and it worked next time tell pharmacies its the group number that needs to be changed and hung up". However, if she did it correctly, the claim would have paid and it wasn't. Therefore the client would be stuck with a copay and THATS not fair to the client so I called back to let her know its still rejecting on my end and she hung up on me AGAIN. For Ericka to be a supervisor she is very rude and disrespectful. I did not deserve to be hung up on when I was only trying to help her. Please educate your worker, its not about her its about the customers that comes in and out of that store. Thanks

Great staff at this Rite Aid — love the remodel.LOATHE the new rewards program. The former (wellness+) program allowed us to shop at this location with pricing competitive w/the bigger boxes down the street. Now we get timed coupons for future shopping trips.It's gonna be a no from me dawg, we'll order our sundries online from someone else.

In a world of cynical people, I would like to shed some light! I unfortunately have to go to the pharmacy a lot in the last couple years due to health issues. I have had many unpleasant visits with Pharmacists/pharmacies in the area. RITE AID in Littleton has always been an extremely helpful and happy/courteous experience! unfortunately they don't see fit to put out a sign to let customers know that the second drive through lane (furthest from the building) cannot be used for medicine pick up. Caused unnecessary inconvenience

I love Rite Aid and this one is awesome. I was a little freaked out by the redo but it seems like it's still good. The pharmacy people are great and it's just super convenient that they are open late. I needed last minute Christmas candy and a man, maybe the manager I think, went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Very nice guy.

Worst experience with this Right Aid. My mother was feeling motion sickness and purchased tablets from this store and asked if they have motion sickness bags and right aid person said we don’t have any so I requested if he can give me few more plastic store bags bags in which they ga ve me medicine while guy was so adamant and blunt that I don’t have any extra bags. I requested it’s for my mom who’s sick but the guy’s attitude was I don’t care…. This is worst experience I had with Right Aid

Two days ago my fiance was experiencing significant difficulty with her MS and as a result was admitted to Littleton Regional Hospital. It was discovered that a new lesion had showed itself on her spinal cord. It was a distressing exhausting day to say the least. To make matters all the more difficult she was having problems getting her medication which is delivered through the mail. She was unable to get the help she needed from another pharmacy in the area. However, upon contacting "Craig" at Rite Aid in Littleton she was able to get her prescriptions until her regular medicines arrived via mail.
