The younger guy that helped my friend and I was amazing! We walked in with just 10 minutes before closing and he was still very welcoming and super helpful! We will be returning to buy more fish simply because of how great he treated us!

This place itself is gross if you look in the fish tanks it looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months with a bunch of fish feeding on other dead fish. As well as the other animals are all just sad looking. as for the employees, the lady was googling everything as I was asking her questions and the teenage boy the owner, seems like he has no idea what he’s doing. (p.s) they will not hesitate to sell sick animals. DO BETTER!

Their beta fish are great! Full of energy and attitude. I prefer to get my fish here. Their containers are always clean and the fish healthy. The guys there are always friendly and make sure I want for nothing.

i visited this pet shop and bought two female fancy mice. i have had multiple pet mice in the past. 10 minutes after bringing them home, i realized one had a bothered squinty and slightly swollen eye, and the other had a small bald spot.one of them also seemed to have issues breathing and a very apparent heartbeat. in the past i had a pet mouse that had upper respiratory disease (very common) and i could tell this was the issue.i called the pet shop and they explained they didn’t have much advice but that i could bring them back. i brought them back and was thankful the guy behind the counter refunded me even though i didn’t keep my receipt - but was disappointed to see him put both of the sick mice back in the same tank as the rest of them!to know that the pets you are selling are sick and to not separate the animals is poor practice. this shows me the employees need better training. mice were also enclosed in way too small a space.overall the people were nice, but animals not properly cared for. therefore, i cannot support this business.

Over the past couple years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars here only to be treated with complete disrespect. Today was the last straw. Both kids behind the counter were rude, not a single thank you or you're welcome, even after repeating myself. I always feel like it's a problem for them to answer questions or get fish for me.I will never shop there again!

Bought a heater for a betta tank only to realize after I opened it (instruction sheet was in package) heater only heated 4-6°. Inquired when I bought betta and was told to bring it back. Refused to take it back and insisted bettas are not tropical and don't need heat. Totally wrong, do some research. Never going back. Poor customer service, rude, unknowageable.

A down-to-earth, local owned pet store. Staffed with knowledgeable employees who engage customers with a variety of pets, aquarium fish, birds and reptiles. A great assortment of pet foods, aquarium kits, lux aquarium setup, aquarium decorations, Aquarium plants (live), guppies, betas, turtles, lizards, hissing cockroaches, a friendly lady and her Marine counter-part with a colorful choice of expletives that cracked a few grins and giggles among my group. This store helps the considerate pet owners to realize that a pet is not a one time purchase and they will find themselves repeat customers. Enjoy the almost extinct atmosphere of the traditional pet store not the big box pet stores that dot our cities, shopping destinations and leave me craving good old fashioned service.

Alex was very knowledgeable. 32 year marine. Great guy!. I had a new fish tank in which after 3 to 4 days started to get cloudy. Probably hi ammonia.Alex cleaned that up within 48hrs. Just with live plant's and soaking my filter in his water. Plus other advice.Thanks Alex!

Not a good experience, my fish died after 12 hrs of bringing it home, it was expensive. I did all my research for it’s tank to make sure it would have a good home. I called the shop was told I was speaking to a marine biologist that was also the owner, he claimed my research was as wrong, the employee I bought the fish from was a customer. And he had doubts of giving me another one because I killed the first one!

100% Recommend coming here! Super friendly staff and owner! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We found this place while we were on vacation. When we decided to get Degu, Luke helped with a setup for them and a carrier so they would be comfortable coming home. The owner also helped a lot and gave us a great deal on a cage and included some treats for them. The ride home went well thanks to the carrier they gave us. We've had them for a couple months now and they are healthy, happy, and loving the setup. Very glad we came to a pet shop like this instead of somewhere like PetSmart.

We went there to get fish for our tank at home and they were great! The staff was super helpful and very kind and knew what they were talking about and they had a great selection of fish to choose from and they had everything you need to take care of them. Also so many other critters to look at! My only complaint was that there tank decorations were pretty expensive even for just a piece of drift wood it was $20 but other then that I would definitely recommend anybody looking for pets or supplies for them to go visit this place!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I would rate a 0 if i could. Not only is the customer service disgusting and embarrassing the way they treat they’re animals is absolutely shameful they are not fed properly what so ever. In fact the two and only animals i have gotten from them were so malnourished they barely survived. They also sold a friend of mine a pregnant rat with no idea. When confronted about the mistreatment got EXTREMELY rude and defensive. The mangers whatever his name is told us multiple times how he had a “PHD” and “knew what he was doing” although his actions speak otherwise. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

Lots of pet things at really good prices. Decided to treat my Betta fish to an early birthday and bought her new food, conditioner, two toys, and a giant and pretty plant for her to play in. Everything looked really nice and she loved it! All the gifts only came to about $30 unlike at Petco or a similar place where you'd pay about $50. Also, they've got a super friendly dog that plays around in the store and he is so cute! I think his name is Rocky, he's really sweet.

My daughter and her boyfriend bought 2 rabbits from here. They were told that they were friendly and liked to be held this however is not the case. This also happened with a hampster that we got from there. These people know nothing about the animals they sell!!

HORRIBLE CARE FOR ANIMALS AND CUSTOMERS. They’re guinea pigs especially are very cute however the employees take little to no care for them. There is never any hay available, and when confronted, and I quote “you’re a know it all with no degree. go study and then we’ll talk.” I will insult your integrity when animals are not in a safe environment where they are being treated properly. This is absolutely disgusting. Do NOT support this business.

I went yesterday, every tank was full of dead fish, cluttering up the filters with other fish feeding on them. The staff was not knowledgeable. I've gone in the past, and they were far better. Not sure if the store changed hands or hired indifferent help.

I loved it here I went there to fill out an application and he showed me around he let me hold one of the chinchillas and a Guinea pig . Very nice staff and animals . Highly recommend this place over any of the pet shops around .

Do not buy animals from here especially from Jessica since she thinks that she runs the business and can be rude to people on hang up on them all the animals are abused an undomesticated I've had a bunny for 2 months that has done nothing but try to attack people since it matured

This is a great pet store. I had a 9 week old kitten that wasn't drinking water. I was frantic. The store has kitten formula and a bottle. The kitten would drink from the bottle and out of a saucer. I was so relieved. The lady there was very helpful and informed about my situation.

Their animals are very friendly! Have a bunch of cute little creatures. Animals are very well taken care of and in great shape. And their workers are very nice and talk to you right when u walk through the door. I recommend going and checking it out!

They have gotten much better with the handling of their aquatic section. Thankfully they got a volunteer that knows fish and wants to help them out. If things keep improving I see them being a big name in the aquatics of the area.

Animals looked clean and happy, except for a few of the mice. Looks like they may have scuffled because a couple of them had sore eyes. There must be a bully in the cage (I breed mice and females can be aggressive some times). Other than that cute little pet shop.

We bought 2 guinea pigs and not knowing much about them we relied on the employee to set us up with a good cage. Well we have learned a lot more about Guinea pigs since and we had to buy a bigger cage for the little guys. I wish pet stores would be more knowledgeable about the animals they sell to the public, it would be beneficial to all parties including the poor little critters. I'll chalk it up to lessons learned.

I have visited Noah's Ark over the years for cat supplies, fish, and now that I own a dog, dog supplies too. Everyone is always smiling and more than happy to assist. Two weeks ago my dog Indy had an emergency surgery to her leg and I forgot to get a collar. They were very supportive in helping me to find the correct one. To make a long story short, they went above and beyond to make a sale and keep this customer happy. I will always call or stop in everytime I am heading to Littleton for their professional support.
