If I could give a zero for customer service I would. Don't waste your time. Home depot is right next door where they have way better customer service. I would not spend a dollar here. And if you do for God sake keep your receipts or you will have nightmares. Recently fired the manager and the pro desk employees I assume for theft as they are highly over sensitive at the moment about returning anything. Used to be a good place to shop. Not anymore

Great store, nice people and service. They offer a 10% discount to all veterans. It's definitely one of the better big box stores.

Got my washer online, went to pick it up, ALL those who worked there were exceptional kind, helpful, curtious and so helpful, I was surprised how quick, pleasant and easy it was! I actually wanted to just wonder around the store more and check everything out, I had lots of extra time to spare.

I ordered 3 appliances on November 12 to be delivered on November 28 with a window of 12:30 to 4:30. Took the day off from work emptied out the refrigerator, unplugged the stove and microwave and no one shows up. I was home all day. Their driver said he called me and I looked through my phone and their was no voice mail or text on it. At 4:00 I get a message they are running late. As of 8 no delivery. Called Lowe's and spoke with an assistant manager that said their delivery people had gone home and I requested to speak to the delivery people so she transferred me and I am on hold for 20 minutes and no one picks up. To say I am a little upset is mild, I make my own dog food and 930 at night I have to plug in the refrigerator and stove so I can make it which if they had delivered when they were supposed to it would have been done by 6 but instead it is done at 10:30. I am calling them today and some how they had better make this right or my shopping there ever again will come to an end.

Terrible deliver experience. If you are ordering online do not depend on the date it says it will be delivered. They scheduled mine two days later, have me a 4 hour delivery window from 10:20-2:30 and it showed up at 4:30. They also canceled items off my order that I needed with out telling me. Went to start my project and I am missing lumber. Had to travel to store to get the canceled lumber. Revised 11/9/23, after completing my projects they shorted me a sheet of plywood and sent Kiln dried lumber instead of pressure treated. I did get refunded for the short but had to travel to the store and swap the other lumber. Defeats the purpose of getting it delivered. Very disappointing.

There's usually someone at the self checkout, I think he's a veteran, who always lifts those 5 gallon jugs into my cart for me. Always a good customer service experience.

Our experience buying a gas range was excellent. Sharon Bolduc was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the model we wanted. Delivery was as scheduled and the two gentlemen were very polite, efficient and helpful. Wish I had gotten their names so I could mention them personally. We will be back again!

The products are fine. What I have a major issue with is the checkout situation.Got a discount code or something? Gotta get an associate to sign into the kiosk first. Something have a clearance price? Gotta get an associate to sign in. The scan gun gets finicky because and won't seat properly? Gotta get an associate sign in.Waited 15 minutes in total just so the associate could mozy on by and sign in each time.There were 5 associates at the customer service desk and the checkout lanes were closed except the self checkout WHICH ONLY ACCEPT CARDS ONLY.I'm annoyed. I hope it changes soon cause this is silly.

There was a good selection of washing machines the evening I was there and a knowledgeable, helpful salesman ( no-one at HD). I wasn't told to buy a hose set as the installers expected, nor was I told that for appliances over $600, delivery was included! The salesman said delivery would be in a week or two, but it occurred in 3 days, an hour away in VT! "Adapter kits", 2 small sheet steel clips to secure the dryer atop the washer, were priced at $40-80!

Needed some bark mulch, and it was on sale 3/ 10.00. Picked up 6 bags and on our way. Would have appreciated a lift with it but everyone was busy.

I visited on the 25th of August I was helped by Chris, Christina, Kennedy, and Jeff near the Pro desk early in the morning, they were absolutely amazing and really made the experience pleasant I could not have asked for more, they were all so friendly and helpful it was absolutely amazing. On the 26th of August I was helped by Robert over in power tools, he was incredibly helpful and amazing as well. Honestly the one two punch of always having amazing associates helping me has made the Littleton Lowes my go to when I'm up in New Hampshire. There's no question in my mind that I'll be back here and it's all because of these employees. And if they end up reading this, THANKS!

Not much of a Lowe’s fan, they just don’t stock some of what I need. But this weekend I needed shower grout, and they were the only place in town that had our color in stock. Staff is always friendly and plenty of parking.

I will start off my saying I completely understand being short staffed. I called saturday to see if I could purchase a washer and dryer. I had the model number for both washer and dryer and just wanted to pay over the phone so it could be picked up by my dad and boyfriend who would be down that way in 2 hours. I called and reached a guy named Daniel "Danny". I confirmed they were there and asked if I could pick them up today in about 2 hours. He confirmed that would be fine. I asked if I could pay over the phone. He told me he had a bunch of people around him and didnt have time to deal with a payment right now. Which I understand, he could have been the only one in that department at that moment. I said no worries, they wont be there for 2 hours. Just give me a call back before then, and I will pay over the phone. An hour and a half goes by, still no call back. I called back and got a different guy, who normally doesnt work in that department, he said he would have them call back.... no one ever called me back. My dad and boyfriend were already on their way. They stopped there, daniel denied ever even talking to me, then told them they didnt have them. So they left. unfortunately with very limited stores and already having to drive an hour to lowes, it leaves us very limited options so today I went back... not because it was my first choice, kind of because it was my only option. I dealt with a woman named sharon I believe. Luckily she was very helpful and very kind. I purchased both a washer and dryer. Another two hours of driving. Bring it home and the washer makes this awful grinding noise. Not that it is lowes fault that I recieved a defective one. But now having to drive back down tomorrow to exchange for another one.... just a terrible experience. And if it wasnt for sharon, I probably wouldnt have gave them even one star.

Anthony was the employee that helped me from start to finish tonight. He made sure I got the best product for the most reasonable price, an extended warranty and even carried my items outside and placed them all in my car.5 Stars for Anthony & LowesI would like to see more Handicapped scooters for shoppers with disabilities to use in store.His smile and professionalism really enhanced my shopping experience. Staff is not friendly at all...this has always been the case and makes your visit off-putting from the start. Decent selection. Home depot is right next door with their super friendly staff. I would go there instead unless there is something Lowes has that they don't.

Lowe’s has great selection and the Littleton, NH store is the closest one to our cabin. So we venture across the Connecticut River and into the White Mountains (kinda?) to get our construction shop on …This time we got tile for the kitchen floor. Danny and supervisor Josh were really helpful.

Went there to buy a craftsman 4 cycle trimmer, no more mixing oil and gas, went to the isle it said it was and just the demo there looked for 15min nothing, then I found the associate working in that section, I wish I could remember her name but God bless her we looked for 27min, yes I timed it cause I was getting peeved! I gave it five stars not because of the store but because of the 40+ year old associate who would not quit, she found all 7 on a end cap by the freaking window shades???? Sometimes it's not the associates fault, it's the lazy managers, or the corporate big wigs who never built a thing in there lives but thought it was a good idea to put trimmers next to window and door shades, I need to get some barn door hinges soon maybe I should look near lightning department 😉
