We absolutely love John and his wife, they take exceptional care of our boy Sully when he is there! We cannot mention "Daycare" to him when at home or he goes nuts because he wants to go back. He goes every Wednesday, he would be going more if we had a way to get him there more but we both work before there open. Highly recommend!!

We dropped our dog and cat at this facility for the duration of a trip we took.They are wonderful and loved our little pom-chi and thought he was adorable. They were not so kind about our cat which surprised us as we knew her to be a very friendly cat. Of note is the fact that she has never been left at a kennel before. We were kind of worried about how she would behave after having brought her home. Once we got her home she was fine. So we had to conclude that her bad behavior was due to her being in strange surroundings. So the kennel scored very well with us.

Littleton Pet Center provided great daycare for our doggy while we were visiting the area for several weeks. Gerry loved going to play with friends and we always felt like he was in great hands there. They love him just as we do. Highly recommend them for your pups.

John and his staff take excellent care of Gracie. She loves going to doggie daycare. They groom her on a regular basis and she looks beautiful. John goes beyond to help with kenneling and answering new puppy questions. The entire staff is friendly creating a welcoming environment for pets and "parents."

We really liked this place until COVID hit. We had given them a few hundred dollars toward future daycare visits right before. It understandably closed for a while. In July and August, we tried several times to reach them by phone and left messages. When that didn't work, we wrote an email.Their response was a bit dismissive considering all the money I had paid in advance. I understand where they're coming from about only taking their regulars, but we are Littleton locals, not COVIDIOT tourists. I respectfully asked for a refund so we could take our girls elsewhere. We need a place for them to play with other dogs for a couple hours while we work. We haven't heard back in 9 days.I just want people to know that this could happen to them because not everyone can afford to lose this kind of money during these difficult times.

This place is as people friendly as it is "pet friendly". Everyone I met was as pleasant as possible and everyone seemed to go out of their way to assure me my "Minnie" would be taken care of. While anyone can say a pet will be ok; these people did exactly what they said. I think they all know every pet by name. This is customer service for the pet AND the pet owner.

I drop my dog off for service before I went to a meeting to be groomed, the service was very rude right off, as I came back from my meeting I pulled up and notice my dog out in a pen with other dogs and my dog being attacked and the staff was listening to music oblivious till I went in and freaked!!! out and my dog was covered in bite marks and needed stitches i was devastated as I brought my dog to the vet all they had to say was she was late for a shot and were all concerned about that instead of the well being of my dog, this place needs to be shut down
