I checked online before some freezing rain that they had roof snow rakes in stock. Went to the store and asked customer service where they were since I didn't see any on display. Customer service was very nice and found out a shipment just came in and was still sitting on the delivery trailer to be unloaded the next morning. Two associates didn't mind going outside looking in there to get one for me. It really made my day they went the extra mile for me.
