Have been using Eastern Stats Compounding for years without an issue-none. Service has been excellent and special Rx's, not available at local outlets, arrive in a timely manner. Staff have been great to deal with and I consider myself fortunate to be one of their customers.

My doctor used Eastern States for some of my prescriptions several years ago at this point. I was always happy with how responsive they were and never had any issues. I am no longer taking those medications, but had a compounding question recently. I reached out to a local compounding pharmacy, who was not very helpful, so I decided to reach out to Eastern States. Even though I am not currently a customer, Daniel responded to my email immediately. He was polite and professional. He let me know that he might have additional information about my question at some point in time. To be honest, I didn't expect to hear back from him, but the very next day he emailed me with some additional information. I highly recommend Eastern States!!

I have been using Eastern States for several years and I find it to be an excellent pharmacy. They are prompt and efficient in their delivery of my prescription and If I have occasion to call, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I switched to Eastern States Compounding Pharmacy, in New Hampshire because they know what they are doing! The FDA inserted themselves into the care of my thyroid needs,suggesting compounded thyroid could harm me.No, what harmed my body & put me at risk was Levothyroxine & Synthroid. I have never had an issue with my body now that Eastern States has my back.I am so greatful to them.

Poor communication. After I ordered a compound, I called the pharmacy back asking if they had compounded my prescription yet and was told that it wasn’t. I asked the tech not to fill the prescription for a few hours until I had a chance to reconnect with the doctor because I was given a few treatment options and I wasn’t sure this compound was going to be right for me and it was over $200. Even though I was clear in my request and explained my situation, she misinterpreted my request to be that I wanted to wait on shipping the compound not wait on having the compound made. I understand miscommunication can happen. I found out about the miscommunication when I called back about 4 hours later to say that still didn’t get to connect with my doctor and was told that the compound was already made.The second person, I talked to, to her credit, said I could take it or not, but that solution didn’t work for me either because I might have needed the medication and we were coming up on a shipping window because they don’t ship after Thursdays at 2:30 so I wouldn’t be able to get it for another 5 days. At the same time, this employee was saying once you pay, you can’t make a change, so it wasn’t as simple as we made a mistake, and we’ll work with you. I wanted to work out another solution and we were both speaking calmly and then she said, “I’m done with this conversation, I’m hanging up now.”I called back and spoke with a manager saying I wasn’t happy about being hung up on. She said I could take the compound or not, but they may not fill another prescription for me if I don’t take it. I felt this wasn’t fully taking responsibility for the miscommunication on their end. I wanted another solution and expressed it to her but that’s all she was willing to talk about. I wasn’t sure if I needed it and I may need another prescription in the future, so I took it. Of course as luck would have it, my doctor got back to me shortly after saying I didn’t need to fill that and could go with the other option so I was out $200.My issue wasn’t with the fact that a mistake in communication was made, it was how it was handled afterwards. I was treated rudely by being hung up on and I was given one option that wasn’t optimal instead of trying to work with me for a better solution.

Eastern states compounding pharmacy has been providing a compounded medication for my cat for quite some time. Recently my cat passed away and the following day I noticed that eastern states had, as requested, put through an automatic payment for her medication which was being sent out. I promptly called them however was only able to leave a voicemail. I related that my cat had died, my appreciation for them and requesting to be refunded the money for the medication. I received a phone call later on in the day from a courteous and kind woman who said that my request would be fulfilled. A week later I received a note in the mail from Eastern States sending their sympathy on the passing of my cat. This is never happened with any company ever before. I was amazed and heartened. I have been a customer/client of this pharmacy for over 13 years. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff of ESCP. They are thorough and their attention to detail is fantastic. Their facility, which has moved to a more accessible location is impecable - the owner/pharmacist himself gave me a guided tour of the place and truly has a passion for helping people find creative solutions to their pharmacy needs. He has kept his equipment and methods state of the art despite our remote location in the state. I truly appreciate these people - they work hard to make sure their products are the best that they can be.

Awful. Awful!!! Bad customer service, and just like another reviewer on here said, the owner, Rochefort, said I was told to go somewhere else:"Thank you for the feedback. I will certainly review it with my staff.We have prepared your prescription today and it shipped for Tuesday delivery.This will be the last order that we fill for you as we are choosing to no longer do business with you.Please note that we will not be refilling your prescription again. Given your statements it is probably best if you had your prescription filled somewhere else."My statements were that his staff was rude and they had terrible customer service.Do not trust your medical care to these people.

How can you take a medicine for a child? Leave a family the choice of feeding their family of 6 or get the medicine that makes it so their child doesn't stop breathing 20 to 30 times a day with Laryngo spasms? How do you sleep at night doing this to people. My daughter is in tear because she over heard me making frantic phone calls and is now crying because she is scared of not having her meds and going back to choking and not being able to breathe. Waiting until the medicine is needed to let a family know so they have 4 days to figure out what to do is not right. I hope you sleep well at night knowing a 6 year old will struggle to breathe if her mom can't fix this in 4 days time.

I currently have one compound that I have ordered repeatedly from Eastern. I had to call them in an emergency as I left my medication in a different city and they were immediately responsive and got me a new refill the following day. I appreciate the customer service and the range of products.

I had been a customer of the pharmacy for more than 8yrs. Through that time there were some small discrepancies with despencing the prescriptions. Lately the problem was getting worse. Today I voiced my concerns to an employee about being out of my prescription for days because it was not filled properly. The onwer gets on the phone and instead of apologizing, he tells me with a very RUDE tone "I will be sending you a free tube and go somewere else for your prescriptions". He was not interested in talking, explaining or trying to make things right.It is obvious that he does not know the basics of customer service. I do not recomend this pharmacy to anyone.All is good untill you have a problem and then you get the " royal treatment".

Don't bother with this compounding pharmacy. They gave us the wrong medication format (chew instead of a capsule) for a pet that is in stage 4 kidney failure. Of course our pet wouldn't take it, which is exactly why we didn't order a chew because our cat has nausea and anything like that would likely be difficult to administer. This was their mistake, not ours, and instead of rectifiying the situation,, they wanted to charge us another $60 for a new prescription and blamed the veterinarian. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, find another compounding pharmacy. Very unprofessional place with exorbitant prices
