Concerned about our older dog - no app’t but we were able to drop him off and Dr. Billi saw him between her regularly appointments. So appreciative that the office was able to do this and calm Mom and Dad down. We brought our pup home with meds and will be able to celebrate his 12th birthday with him on Thursday. Our Paws is a rescue dog whose least favorite place is the Vet. He has reacted badly in the past, but Dr. Billie worked with us to sedate him for the extensive shots etc. he needed. Becky, the tech, is so good with him which keeps him more calm than he would otherwise be. Dr. Billie made a potential diagnosis of an autoimmune problem and made it easy to order the medication he will need to take. They made sure he had all the shots and meds he will need, and he came out of it as if nothing had happened. He is a rescue dog from Alabama, so we don't know his history, so having such good care is important to us. Dr. Billie and Becky make a great team. We have been with this vet for many years and have always been well satisfied.

I recently moved here and Dr. Eva Goetz has been so helpful with treating and caring for my cat. She is so knowledgeable and I feel like I can really trust her. I knew my cat was in good hands, the technician was so so nice and helpful when I brought her (sheet I took home says Molly so if that was her she is great!) I'm sad that my cat is sick but I'm relieved I have a great place I can trust. Any time I've called reception was always friendly and helpful as well.

If the earliest you can make an appointment isn't until 6 months, I would not consider that "accepting new patients". Not being able to answer a couple questions or even offer to have a vet call me before I put down a $75 deposit makes me feel the money is a little more important to them then costumer service. Horrible first impression.

Brought my dog in due to stomach issues. Dr. Eva Goetz was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and takes the time with your pet and explains things to you so you can understand it. My dog loves her too! The technician, Julia, was great too and seemed very knowledgeable as well. I only gave them a 4 because they didn't take my dog in when he was quilled, but it could have been due to timing as the were closing in approximately 20 minutes and my dog needed to be sedated to remove the quills. Parking is also an issue, but that seems to be the case with all the vet's in the area.

As always, we had another fabulous experience at Companion Pet Care! Our cat, Cali, was spayed. I knew she was in good hands, so I was able to relax knowing that she would be loved and well-cared for. From the front desk people to the techs to the doctor, everyone was pleasant, courteous, and professional. Cali's post-op instructions were clear and precise, and as a result, she is quickly healing!
