Fireside just installed our new pellet stove today. 10/10 on all fronts - from the showroom visit a few months back where they patiently walked us through options and answered all of our questions, to answering emailed questions about install and hearth size, to scheduling the install, and the install itself. I received an automated text on the day of install (this morning), and then another one when they were headed my way with a picture of the lead tech to know who to expect, and then another text confirming they had finished up. I checked in with the installers a few times while they were here, but they brought exactly what they needed, asked the right questions, cleaned up, showed me how to run the equipment and answered my questions, and headed out. Very professional and a good value for the money - thank you!

Jason, Ethan and Austin removed our old zero clearance wood burning fireplace and installed our new one in less than 5 hours! They were professional, polite and very tidy with their work space. We can not use it until the rest of the chase and cap and surround are finished so we’ll keep you updated as soon as we are able to light it! Mike and Ethan did an excellent job! They cleaned my pellet stove, moved the stove to check the chimney connection, moved the stove back, and checked the chimney flue from the ground floor up . The entire crew was very professional, took care of the fireplaces and my house during the installation and made sure I received what I wanted. I know they're part of a company and the company's interests come first but the crew had my interests as well well performing the install.My GC was impressed with their knowledge and how they cut the openings for venting. The GC had expected to do all venting cuts because usually fireplace installers worry him - but not Fireside Hearth & Leisure.

They had not installed the WiFi as planned Dave Is all over It and back next week.Just waiting on the outside to be completed tomorrow by our Rock installer.
