Rodgers has always been the best shop in Lincoln and they know how to treat their customers right. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, and they will get you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you. (Also for those who need rentals - they will cost you half the price of what they would at the mountain.) Proud to support the best shop around!…And they have an 11/10 dog on staff.

I cannot recommend this store enough! I am brand new to snowboarding and took a very used board/bindings to get adjusted and needed to buy new boots and a helmet. Jerry in the snowboarding department was helpful, knowledgable, kind and funny! Even though he was the only employee in the department at the time, and there were several people looking for help, he still facilitated a fantastic experience and was encouraging and helpful which was exactly what i needed as a newbie. I got everything i needed and he even fixed a broken piece of one of my bindings that i didn’t realize was broken. Really went above and beyond and I was all set with boots, corrected bindings, and a helmet (all for great prices, comparable to anything you could find online) and was on the slopes the same day! So grateful to Jerry and the rodgers crew for their great work!

The widest selection of ski and snowboard gear I've seen so far. Finally a store that stocks the full line of Yes. Boards!Jim helped my brother a ton with getting his online boots to fit just right. Check them out if you are ever in the Lincoln area!

Came in to look for Backcountry skis. The staff member who helped us was very arrogant. He said they have every backcountry biding so I told them I have the standard AT pin biding. He then responded they don't have any... Thought it must have been a misunderstanding so I asked what they have, he responded only 1 type of binding. So I moved onto skis he asked what weight I wanted. I told him I'm more concerned about the width. He said that's not how you buy skis and went to get skis he would recommend came back with skis that were far too large to use. Found it a very odd experience. Would not recommend for anyone who Backcountry skis.

Went in shopping Snowboard gear, Jared and older guy upstairs couldnt have been more helpful. They even helped me concocting up a story so my son who was with me wouldn't get wise to what was being purchased. They even met me at back door with the new board while Jared kept my son busy....just above and beyond what most would do!!! Thanks again Customer for life as far as I'm concerned

You can't return anything, so make sure it's something you're willing to spend a bunch of money on. I bought ski pants for my son that I thought would fit but ended up being tight around his waist and didn't realize there are no returns until I read the bottom of the receipt. You can get store credit, but the kids' selection was small.

Love going there when in Lincoln NH they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought ski boots last year. Bought new goggles and helmet this. Great place to go

Will not shop here. I called pricing rear cassettes and the guy on the phone didn't know and I should come in tomorrow. Then he pretty much just hung up in my ear.Hey man, maybe take a thirty second walk around that shop and grab a price tag for me instead of being rude? I'm looking for parts not attitude.You lost my business before you even had it. Could've made an easy $500 from me next weekOh well, off to Plymouth I go.

Absolutely amazing people. They were full of smiles and local advice on which mountains to go ski on. Their prices were the best compared to other local companies. Plus they have dogs in the shop.

Had a great experience. Bought some clothes for my son and I and the employees were extremely helpful in getting us to the right products. ALSO, the boot fitters helped adjust one of my boots free of charge. Excellent selection and wonderful team. Highly recommend!

5 stars for Salesperson, Ivan. I needed new boots and waited for the end of the season for a dealio. We were at Loon so stopped in to Rodgers. Wow, what an amazing experience. With kindness, professionalism and an easy going attitude, Ivan selected the perfect boot for me. We had to connect again re: a question and Ivan joined a zoom meeting to go over some points about the boot. The sales support was unsurpassed.

Would love to give the older man upstairs who helped us pick out skis and boots upstairs 5 stars, unfortunately when we went to purchase the skis we were met with a very hostile younger man who ruined the sale. Seems to be a recurring review. Would have given all my business to the older gentleman but the cashier ruined the whole experience and we left.

I would have given the staff member that helped me look at skis more stars for his knowledge and patience, but we encountered two other staff members that were giving us micro-aggression, to say the least.One of the staff followed the non-white members in our group around the shop and out of no where told us the bathrooms were locked if we were looking for them. We were not, we were just browsing the clothing gears. Maybe we were reading too much into this, but the other staff was very rude: when we asked if they would offer a 5-10% discount to match prices we saw at other retailers (they were charging $50 more), she said "why don't you buy the shop and you can get these skis for free."We were considering buying from them given how nice the old man was helping us pick out the ski, and we were ok with physical stores charging slightly more had they been nice about it. In the end we did not buy from them because we don't need to spend hundreds of dollars getting gaslit by mean staff ladies.

Absolutely great. Was with my son looking to buy skis and boots and Craig took so much time to listen to what his needs would be and help select equipment not based on price but on the right fit. We purchased virtually new skis and bindings at half price and after trying on at least 6 or 7 boots Craig decided with us that maybe waiting until they get some more stock in would be best for finding the perfect boot. There was no pressure just an eagerness to help and educate and ensure we made the right purchase. I very highly recommend!

Really good selection and very knowledgeable staff. Helped my husband and I pick out our first set of touring skis. Unfortunately they are kind of pushy once they know you're going to buy something, then walk you to the counter and make you purchase the skis even if you know you're planning to make another purchase and want to keep it on one transaction. I know then just want the skis paid for before they mount the bindings, and want their sales commission, but they should learn to offer the suggestion of paying now if you want bindings mounted sooner. It left a sour taste when I should have just had excitement over my new skis

Right now (July 21’) they have a tent set up with some great leftover deals. Worth a stop for sure if youare looking for a new setup. Shop also gives an awesome ski time

Seeing that Rogers has a long, standing history and what had seem to be a good reputation. This all caught me by surprise. In my opinion I will never be giving them business or even walking through those doors again. I had such a horrible experience the last two times I’ve been in. The first was because they said that they were very short staffed and needed some new workers and as a student and someone who has worked in a ski shop and loves skiing I jumped on the idea.I had told them I would be working as a ski patroller at their neighbor mountain when the owner and his wife proceeded to insult me and the job that I do at Loon. I didn’t appreciate it at all seeing as I came interested in working for their establishment.Seeing as they are still a privately owned business, running on the idea of a mom and pop shop. This is not one I would suggest you check out. There are plenty better ones within a 10 mile radius, so take your business elsewhere.

Back of house sales staff were helpful and nice. The two retrievers in front are also cool. Good variety of quality products. Crotchety woman who didn't thank me for my $300 purchase or make eye contact was more than disappointing though

This ski shop is incredible. Service was friendly, patient, and made sure I got the equipment that was right for me. They answered all of questions in detail and helped me understand what I was purchasing. The prices are very good, and the selection here is enormous. Choose Rodgers for your next ski purchase or tune-up, you will not regret it!

The staff at this shop were so welcoming a friendly last Saturday when I went in to finally purchase a helmet after not wearing one for 30 plus years. They were super friendly and took the time to ensure the proper fit even with my goggles. Highly recommend going there.

Had a great experience today. Worked with Nick who fit me for boots and knew exactly what I needed for my oddly shaped ankles. He assured me that he wouldn't stop until he got me in a boot that I felt perfectly comfortable in. He was never pushy and never tried to sell me the "higher priced" items. I am also very excited to demo a new pair of skis from them tomorrow! Also got to spend time with two amazing golden retrievers which makes any day better 👍😊

WOW what amazing Customer Service. John S. in the Ski Department was knowledgeable and kind. He helped me find skis that would be right for me and greeted me upon arrival into the store. Holly was kind and patient as she completed my transaction. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience. Can't wait to ski this year.

This place is flat out, the best. They stand behind their product, have incredibly knowledgeable and nice staff, and always put the customer first; for those reasons alone, I’d be a customer for life. The fact that they also sell the best quality products out there at highly competitive prices is the icing on the cake. Can’t recommend enough.
