We were very happy and pleasantly surprised by Pemi Cabins. We stayed in Cabin 3 and had only booked here because it was a cheap nightly rate compared to other places in the region during the 2024 eclipse. The cabin was clean and well equipped. They’re all right on the river which looks very appealing to wade into (it was too cold). This is also right off I93 so it’s a good base camp for day trips. What started as a pick because it was the cheapest option turned into a treat. We will be back with our kid and our dog for sure!

Very Nice! We spent 2 nights! Next time will have to do 4/5. Definitely upgrading to the full kitchen! Love the indoor fireplace and the porches over looking the river.Could use more kindling wood or smaller split wood for indoor fireplace. It takes a bit to get going,it is well seasoned just really dense. The staff is great there! We had to move our original reservation from Feb to April. It worked out great! For those looking to do some sight seeing, The Kangamangus Highway is beautiful!

A wonderful rustic spot to stay in New Hampshire. Plenty of nice hiking spots around. The room has a chimney and fireplace, which was totally worth using. The balcony behind our cabin, hanging above the Pemigewasset river was wonderful. We had the balcony door open the whole night to better hear the current of the river. Definitely worth visiting again and probably in every season!

The cabins are all so cute and rustic and if you want for anything, the management is onsite every day and very helpful. We moved cabins as we needed to get our fearful dog away from people, and left a pair of earrings behind. We thought the earrings had just gotten tossed in something during the move and we would find them once we got home.Thankfully, they found them and made sure to get them to us as we were leaving.

Hubs and I needed a get away and decided to just go away for a weekend. We had an absolutely fantastic stay!We had no issues and the owners were so nice, and had excellent communication throughout our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need for a comfortable weekend away. The location couldn't have been better! We weren't far from the town, but also felt like we were the only ones there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning with the kids as theres so much we could! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home!

Stayed over the weekend at Pemi Cabin #3 with my 50lb pit mix. It was a very nice cabin! Updated and very clean. We stayed in December and it was very warm inside without the fireplace (electric) turning on too much. Even though I was there alone, I felt completely safe. I loved how you could hear the river in the backyard. I loved the look and feel of the cabin too. My only issue was the lights for the paths (which I used multiple times in the middle of the night for potty breaks for my dog, so they were useful) came into my windows and I like to sleep in complete darkness which wasn't possible. That's the worst of it I think! I didn't hear the traffic from the road, water pressure was great, hot water came on fast and lasted. I knocked a star for location due to the other cabins being close and I would have liked it to have been more in the woods and secluded but the location was clearly noted and it wasn't a surprise to me or anything. Great stay with my baby girl!

What a lovely experience! My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway that offered both relaxation & adventure - Pemi Cabins did not disappoint! During the day, we were able to hike, explore the area, and visit the Ice Castles. At night, the Pemi River, which you could hear from the cabin, put us right to sleep. Cabins were clean, staff was very friendly, & we loved the fireplace!

We loved our stay at the Pemi Cabins!! We really enjoyed heating our cabin with the electric fire place, loved the river view from our window, and we utilized the full kitchen. The location is great- right outside of Lincoln and close to plenty of trailheads. The cabin is the perfect size for a couple and had all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely cabins in a lovely location. The sound of the river is soothing and getting to wake up in the morning and greeted by the mountain air is always refreshing. The cabins are lacking certain amenities. Make sure you bring your own mugs because they charge 20 USD a piece. Bring your own coffee or tea. They do have a fridge so that's a plus. And you can get the wood needed for the fireplace for much cheaper at the local gas station, 5 mins down the road.Gastronomically speaking, there is not a lot going on in winter.

Had a cabin with a kitchen. It made meals easy. They also provided grill utensils so which was great. Bring your own charcoal 😁 Checkout is an hour earlier than most places. I think that was the only down side . But overall a great place to stay!Rooms: Extremely clean, romantic and cozyNearby activities: In the midst of the White Mountains. Beautiful area. Lots of hiking spots. Downtown Lincoln and Woodstock are a very very short drive. Good eats around there tooNoteworthy details: Sits right on the Pemigewasset river... really pretty.

This place was adorable! It would have been a 4 or 5 star review if not for the weirdest bathroom ever and the booking issues we had. We booked it on Travelocity for 1 nite as we had Ice Castle tickets, and these guys refused to honor the reservation - they said they require a 2-nite minimum even tho that's not how it was listed, so after a big headache, they discounted the second night (which ended up being serendipitous, even tho we originally didn't want to go up there for 2 nites, as we hit the Alpine Adventures zip lines and they were awesome). The employees were super nice and helpful, the cottage was really cute, and the location was great. It had a working fireplace, cable, and mini-fridge/microwave. The furniture was in pretty rough shape and the beds weren't comfy, but that wasn't surprising in a rustic cabin. We stayed at the Bears Den (cabin 1) which has 2 bedrooms, a small bathroom, and a lovely little screen porch that overlooked the river - both bedrooms opened onto it, which I thought was neat. There was only 1 heater in the living room, but as long as we kept the bedroom doors open, that was fine! The only real issues were with the bathroom. The toilet is placed so close to the wall that the wood molding at the corner touches the bowl where it curves in at the back of the seat, so you can't actually sit on the toilet (you have to lean forward really far, otherwise the corner jabs into your kidneys - I don't know if someone overweight could use the toilet here). The shower sprayed all over the floor no matter where you turned the head. And there was no cold water - both the hot and cold taps came out hot. The only light in the bathroom had a ~3" pull string that touched the mirror, but the mirror wasn't well anchored to the wall, so it would shake and seem like it was going to fall every time you went to turn the light on. They have a soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower, but no conditioner. There is no hair dryer, and the night light was broken (which made things difficult at night, because we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open for heat, so we couldn't turn the bathroom light on before closing the door without waking the kid up - we had to fumble around the shaky mirror in the dark to find the pull chain and hope it didn't fall off). If some maintenance were done in the bathroom, this place would have been awesome! Maybe next time, we'll try for a different cabin.

I had the pleasure of staying at a cabin in Lincoln, New Hampshire, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the natural beauty that surrounded this rustic haven. Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains, this cabin provided a perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and adventure. The cabin itself was a picture-perfect escape. It exuded charm and coziness, with its rustic wooden exterior and a welcoming front porch adorned with rocking chairs. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm embrace of a crackling fire in the stone fireplace, and the scent of freshly cut wood. The decor was a harmonious fusion of modern amenities and a nostalgic, rustic charm, offering all the conveniences of home in the heart of the wilderness. One of the most enchanting features of this cabin was the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the Pemigewasset River. I found myself drawn to the large windows, where I could gaze out at the ever-changing landscape. Sunrises and sunsets were particularly magical, casting a palette of colors across the sky that seemed almost too vivid to be real.Rooms: But what truly made this cabin special was the sense of serenity it offered. The tranquil surroundings, coupled with the gentle hum of the river, allowed me to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was the ideal place to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with nature and oneself. The nights were equally enchanting, with the cabin's remote location allowing for unrivaled stargazing. The celestial display was nothing short of awe-inspiring.

We have been staying at Pemi since the late 70’s. Being greeted by “family” every time was a wonderful feeling. Now that it’s sold the personal touch is gone. If Cindy, one of the originals wasn't there, our stay would be nothing like before. Kim and Rick never let anything get run down, they were always there to help. Our toilet was rickety, no hot water to shower, hole in porch screen, parking horrible with awful snow plowing. If this is how the new owners will run the Pemi, as ghost hosts, they will certainly lose long time guests.

We stayed in Pemi's cabins 3 times. First time we loved it, second time was ok but after the third time we are not coming back. We did book very last minute, so we paid almost 300$ for 2 rooms cabin. But, what we found wasn't worth the monay. Cabin was not cleaned properly. We found used dishes in the cabinets, coffee machine used and not cleaned, towels hanging in on of the rooms, bathroom door doesn't even close properly. We understand it's not a luxory resort but for the price we paid we expected it to be clean at least.

Cabin was clean and didn't smell like a pet friendly place, that was a plus. We didn't get to meet staff as the office was closed when we arrived. We were able to have a fire in our room and that kept the cabin warm as it was chilly. There are stairs down to the river behind the cabins so we could explore. The property is well kept and quiet. We can't wait to visit again.

This is our second time here and it didn't disappoint, we got a different cabin this time, with the kitchen on the porch, awesome listening to the river eating breakfast and having coffee, the location is great, took a ride to Conway one day and Franconia another, we will definitely be coming back!Nearby activities: Although we went in November, for those going in summer or early fall, so many attractions to go to that are right there

Pemi has always been magical for us.My girlfriend suprised me for our 1 year anniversary and she did .Pemi had always been our favorite place to go for our anniversary’s and other times as wellUnfortunately I have recently learned that it’s under new ownership,Ok I guess that’s how it goes sometimes which I could have adjusted to but have also learned pricing has increased way to much imo and all the cabins now have new names 😕 it honestly saddens me to know thisI wish the new owners nothing but good fortune and luck but also some wisdom I feel , if you buy a home ok do what you wish your the one going to be living in it for good and bad , but when you buy a vacation cabins rental business at least let the customers whom most of are REPEAT customers meet you and get to maybe know you a little bit before you make sudden price increases and renaming cabins , changing interior decorationsSome of us if not I’m betting most of us are probably going to be a bit upset as I am with thisTo the point where I guess last year was our last year ! Sad I always thought it would be our tradition to spend time at pemi on our anniversary, unfortunately these changes have turned me awayWhen you have a Good Thing LEAVE IT BE !Also just learned NEW OWNERS ARE LIERS you most certainly did up your prices maybe you should be honest instead of lyingespecially of NOT IN THE FUTURE RETURNS ON DEPOSITS you have ruined a great thinghope to see NEW HAPPY HONEST OWNERSS O O N

My husband and I very much enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Cascade Falls Room, which i thought was just adorable. It was overall pretty clean, aside from some hidden trash under the bed, which was comfortable but on the small and squeaky side, just something to consider if you are a larger/taller person. There was a nice space heater in the room that kept the temperature enjoyable for us, since it was chilly for the majority of our stay. There was also an AC in the window that would be helpful in the warmer months. The kitchen set up was convenient and we were able to make all our breakfasts, including coffee with the 3 cup coffee maker. There was a decent size mini fridge that suited us fine for some essentials and our leftovers. There is no microwave, but the oven heats up very fast and worked for reheating just fine. The kitchen included most pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils, towels and salt/pepper.. the only missing item was potholders, but the towels work ok if you're very careful. The bathroom was decently clean and was stocked with plenty of towels for the 2 of us and shampoo and soap in dispensers in the shower as well as 2 rolls of toilet paper. The water pressure was great and we had no issues with hot water. We would probably stay here again if visiting the area because the accommodations are a steal for the price.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay! The cabins do not have AC, but the temps were comfortable and very cool at night. I slept great and so did my doggie. The river runs behind the property and can bring your dog down to the water. Waking up to the white noise of the river is simply amazing. The owner Rick and office manager Cindy are friendly and professional. I hope I get to stay again before I trek home to Texas.
