Went into the store to by drinks. The bathrooms were “closed”. Then when we went to cash out and there was a sign said “occupied please use self checkout” when the employee was sitting behind the counter playing on there phone. If I could give this store a 0 rating I would.

Stopped I'm Sunday night for drinks and gas.We pull up to the pump and pay with card, start pumping and nothing happens. Kept trying and trying and nothing is happening. Ask the clerk to start the pump and he says they only have premium gas.So we had been attempting to pump gas for 5 minutes and the guy couldn't be bothered to come tell us it was out of gas?? No signs up, nothing.The shelves were also empty and the trashes were over full.There are plenty of other gas stations in the area.. stay away from this one.

BEWARE... I stopped at this BP gas/ 7 Eleven to check my tire pressure (due to the cold) as it was a bit under. The air machine ACTUALLY GAVE ME A FLAT TIRE (and charged me $1.50 to do it). I was not the first, second, or third person this had happened to, and yet when I contacted the air machine company via the phone number on the machine, they have never received any requests for service to the machine. The clerk was not allowed for fear of losing their job to give me the name of the manager/owner. Through the grace of a passerby who let me use a hand held pump he had in his car, I would have been stuck there. It gave me enough air to make it across the street to the Mobile station air machine.

I have no idea. I never got the experience because it was the middle of the day on a saturday and the place was closed indoors So everyone was leaving and we had to go to riteaid.

Clean, was well stocked and had the s’more ingredients we were looking for. Read reviews before we left so we called to make sure they had the items we were looking for. The woman that answered the phone was more than pleasant. We had a good experience. Recommend.

The last two times I was in this 7-Eleven everything went very smoothly. The cashiers, both times, asked me if I'd like them to make something for me. They were quite friendly and professional. One time, however, there was a redhead cashier and she was like WOW grumpy! She was not a happy camper! I quickly put my white gloves on, walked on the egg shells and treated her with utmost respect to avoid starting trouble or anything. No worries here.

Says it’s a 7/24 hour convince stir but it’d not at all shows up at 12am thing is close, if your on a road semi late at night don’t go here it says 24/7 open but it’s not

I came here to get a replacement propane gas tank for my grill. The woman charged me for the exhange tank ($20) and told me she would be right out to get me a full one. I have been waiting now for 20 minutes to get a new tank as she completes purchases for everyone else who walked in after me. At least inform me how long of a wait it would be to get a tank; I'd go elsewhere.

zero starsI'm am semi new to the area and to 7 elevens in general I guess but I've seen 2 managers in there so far hope to see another soon but so far as far as I can tell 7 eleven has SERIOUS PROBLEMS finding a manager whos worth anythingthey actual reason for my post is most of they employees I've seen in the year of being in the area are friendly and helpful and the place has looked fairly decent lately my problem is the way I heard the manager speak to I'd call him a senior citizen this week its been several incidents where I have heard her speak to employees in a way that no on should tolerate but this time she was mean disrespectful and unnecessarily rude and that was the last time I'll go there until that unpleasant lazy lady is gone she is very lucky anyone works there someone needs to take a look into the way she treats people

It just took us an hour to get gas told the lady it wasn't working after she tried over and over they left us sitting at the pump for another 20 minutes before finally switching us to a different pump. Terrible customer service.

Very dirty and cluttered. The woman's bathroom door was stuck open, so my girls had to rely on the privacy of the stall door, about 4 feet in from the bathroom door. The men's room was disgusting. The floor was a mess and product was spread all over the place.

Rude is an understatement! The cashier bluntly told me it was a waste of cash back because I used a few dollars to buy a scratch ticket! He rolled his eyes at me because he had to stop gathering the outside trash to come in and wait on me. I will never return as a customer!

I was standing in line and they repeatedly harassed a gentleman with a service dog. They didn’t believe that it was a real service dog and made the dog leave. The guy had a collar and paperwork to prove it. The general attitude at this gas station is miserable and negative.

The people that work there deserve an award.I have gone in there many times when it was very busy an under staffed .they work their butts off .they are always friendly and willing to have a nice conversation .even when they are stressed .

Went to pick up one of the workers and the manager was a hour and half late this is a constant thing with her and she need to lead by example if I was her manager she be gone in a heart beat it's not right have your worker work.3- 9 then take a few hour brake and have her come back at 8 to work again until 3:30 in the morning she need to be reviewed hopefully

I don't hate it,it's a great 7-Eleven. Google maps needs to update the address. 7-11 bought out Tedeschi food stores at least 2 years ago.

I went in tonight at 11:10 and was told by the cashier that he was told to lock up the beer at 11. State law says 11:30. When I got home I called and asked when they stop selling beer and he said 11:30. So obviously he lied.
