This has been consistently a good store for for pet owners with an extensive warehouse for lots of bulk items. Clean and well run. Not much like the old musty dusty feed stores I grew up visiting. The benefits of having an account are pretty good (eg - free bag of dog food every 10 or so similar purchases).

This is my first visit here. I was very impressed with the wide selection of all sorts of toys for animals but also the batting the food varieties the various collars and attachments that you can have for the various animals . There's a quite a variety.I think the only suggestion I would have would be to have a person that's on the floor itself to answer questions and to help guide people into buying whatever it is they need.I definitely could see the huge variety in various buildings of what this unique feed store has for all sorts of sizes of animals.Definitely check it out.

I go here for the Clean Paws service. Over the years there have been a few groomers I really liked that ended up moving on to other things. The groomers are great, they really love dogs. My dog always looks and smells great after his bath and trim. Love the updated store front and that you can finally pay at the front desk! Have not used the self serve dog wash, my boy is a little big for that! They are very friendly, personally I think my dog secretly loves going there.

I continue to remain un impressed with this store. Certainly there are no bargains as I find items at a lower cost elsewhere. They do however have a fairly good selection of supplies. The store, shelves, checkout and general layout (especially if crowded) always seems to make me leave sooner rather than later. I have tried, but this is not one of my favorite stores.

This place sells Lebanon trash tickets to anyone that comes in but failed to mention that you need to file for and buy a permit in addition to buying tickets. After going to the transfer station and speaking with the attendant, he told me "they should know better". I returned to Lebanon feed and supply where they would not take the tickets and return my money (2 hours later) and we're less than friendly. So much for small town American teamwork.

This place was really cool. I was in town for a wedding and we were picking up hay from here but they had an awesome selection of dog toys, treats and more. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I also noticed you sold the hemp honey sticks by the registers which I LOVE! Lots of great products. I wish I was a local for this store alone.

Great selection of pet products and some life stock supplies, for the size of the store they pack a lot into it. The store had an easy and logical flow. The owner is super friendly and forward thinking. You know its a well managed store because the employees stay. Which gives you a chance to be more personable than at one of the big department stores. Prices are pretty much on point, but you might have to pay an extra 15 or twenty cents to support local, wah. Great store!

When I had dogs, I used to frequent this store more often. It is a great place to buy pet products (food, toys, shampoo, leashes, etc). Now, I go in for gardening and canning equipment (grass seed and feed, hoses, sprinklers, bird feeders, etc). You can order chicks here in the spring. They carry Perfect Storm boots, which are my favorite winter/spring boot for my kids. They also have a nice selection of Western Chief rain boots. And I'm sure they carry things I don't even know about as I think people order things. This store is an all around gem with staff who are very nice and always happy to help. I've never had anything but a positive experience. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Great store with even better staff. We went in looking for winter boots and were greeted by an associate and also the owner of the store, Curt. He showed us what he had in the way of boots and was able to give us a lot of information on them. After talking a bit he found out we had a dog and were looking for dog food and he showed us to the back of the store where he had over 20 options to choose from. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. West Lebanon feed and supply has a great store to offer.

great local store. I buy all my dog food here. But they also have a ton of other products. I even outfitted the whole family with all new perfect storm boots for the winter. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And my kids love to grab a bag of their free popcorn. The only thing I’d like to see them address for a better experience is the check out lines. They make no sense at all. You never know where to stand. People cut in-front if you in other lines. And you can wait some time to get to the register. I’m never in much of a hurry but It can be frustrating at times.

This is one of Rosie's (our dog) favorite stores, and mine too! The staff are friendly and love animals. When we first got our dog, the staff took the time to tell us about different dog food brands and made recommendations for Rosie. I'm so grateful for the guidance and knowledge they shared with us. During the holidays they have "pictures with Santa" for the dogs as a fundraiser for the human society. I love West Lebanon Feed & Supply--we're so fortunate to have such a wonderful store in Upper Valley!

I love this place, I only wish I was wealthy enough to shop here frequently! They sell high-end pet foods, so obviously the prices are higher. This is true for other products too, like dog toys -- they stock only the best names in the business, therefore, higher prices, again. But oh how I love going here. And I always find something for my dog, regardless of cost. But on the flip side, West Leb Feed & Supply has really good prices on farm & wildlife supplies, like chicken feed & black oil sunflower seeds. And they load it into your car for you!!! Also their baby chickens are an excellent choice. So it's really nothing that they do, it's not like they jack up the price of things --- they just sell very high quality stuff that is expensive no matter where you buy it. It's a fun place to browse & shop. I only reserve giving 5 stars because I think there's room for improvement in every business, but I'd like to express that if I could give 4.5 🌟, I absolutely would!

The service and selection is great. I appreciate that they always ask me if I need help carrying large bags of dog food to my car. This was my first stop on the day I got my puppy and they gave me a free engraved dog tag and a discount on all my supplies. Would absolutely recommend this store.

Great feed store. Pet friendly. You can take your dogs into the store. Everything is easy to find. If you do a lot of shopping for feed or pet food, it's highly recommended you get the store discount card. Staff is awesome. And it's a local business and not a chain store.

Great local pet supply store, has everything you need. They even do custom dog tags. There is a groomer connected which, usually they are quick with walk ins, we usually go here for nail trims. Great selection here and prices are often better than Amazon, plus you're supporting a great local business.

We come here all the time with our dog for dog food, toys, and bird seed. They have a ton of other stuff, but those are our common items. They have a large selection of dog food and have been happy to order anything they didn't have for us that we were looking for. They carry high quality items. I even bought a bbq grill there once (and it is awesome!).
