This store is a mess. Rude team members constantly complaining about their work load and/or mentioning how many more hours they have to be there, making customers move out of the way so they can drag their pallets into the isles, and not showing any interest in helping customers. Having four team members stand around watching everyone, while the line is backed up to the greeting cards is ridiculous.I once visited the store looking for a cable of which there were apparently eight of in the store. They weren't where they were supposed to be and the female electronics LEAD said "Oh, I don't what to tell ya." refused to help me look for them or even check if they were in stock.Today I didn't appreciate being yelled at by the blue-haired goblin running the self-check out either. I simply asked if the service desk was open as I had a return and got blasted with a loud, condescending answer. The customers in front of me also felt the same way.Sorry the company YOU CHOSE to work for is under-staffing and overworking you. That is NOT the customers fault. Without us you don't have a job.

I have a love-hate relationship with Walmart. It provides access to affordable items. It's a little less expensive than the grocery store at times. I wish everything wasn't from Asia. I truly want to support Made in the USA. But we're really good at shooting ourselves on the foot. Local made is so much more than imports. I want to give the biggest complaint with the self-checkout system. When I use one, I feel I'm putting someone out of work. Most, if not all, stores have 10+ aisles with 1 or 2 cashiers. And a line at the self-checkouts. So people who are qualified for these jobs are out there, but no one is attracted to part-time, no benefit jobs. All in the name of saving money. This truly is a sad state.

This is not a super-center Walmart but they still have plenty of options. The staff I interacted with were all very knowledgeable and had great senses of humor. Went to get a fishing license a great place to get one. If you need good service in the upper valley region this is where you can come and get it. There is a super charger nearby.

Well stocked in basic groceries and merchandise. Frozen and refrigerated goods limited. I didn't notice any breakfast items except yogurt, and that selection was limited. Plenty of parking 🅿️.A hybrid 🚗 vehicle charging station is being built.Only Walmart I have seen lately with a mandatory face mask policy. Even if your vaccinated, you have to wear a face mask. A lot of people were ignoring it. They need to update their face mask policy.RedBOX and a coin conversion machine available.

The store closes at 11pm. I went in around 1045 pm to buy a soda. No other stores were open in West Lebanon. The clerks who stand around and do nothing at the self check outs yelled at me for coming in the store at 1045pm. They told me they were closing soon. I bought my soda. I went through the self checkout and left the store at 1055. 5 minutes before they close. I also told them they shouldn't speak to people like that.

Store was not well stocked, also trying to find an employee for assistance was nearly impossible. Trying to cash out you are expected to use thier self check-out as they almost never have employees running a register. Honestly recomend finding a different grocery store to do your shopping.

Sometimes I enjoy going to Walmart then other times no because some staff was rude but seems to be new people as well the check out line is always out of control. Either I will get lucky then other times be in line waiting for almost an hour.

This Walmart is always well stocked with the items I need. I would recommend providing front end customer service staff with some additional training. Todays as I waited in line they wete grumbling about customers “asking for assiatance”

Come on workers put stuff in the right place will ya... bicycle seats go in bikes ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. Not in chain saws. Toys go in the back by the bicycles NOT by clearance unless clearanced. Neither of these items is clearanced so they dont belong bt clearance.

This store needs to be upgraded it’s old and outdated and doesn’t have fruit and vegetables section. It’s lacking a lot compared to other locations.

Nope I did not visit but Google thinks I did. I tried to get a CHADeMo charge. Terrible EV location. Everybody was a VW and they all use the CCS and blocked the CHADeMO charger and were rude.

Lily did more than Excellent job in answering our questions, paging us a clerk for dept, ran to cut our yardage needs in Fabrics and then lo behold, she was our checkout clerk...Always cheerful, kind, smiling.Stephen in electronics, Very helpful, knowledgeable printing off photos. Very kind and cheerful.Great Selection of items we needed.

This Walmart is not up to par. What are is going on. Seems under staff and I personally didn’t have a good experience. I was in line for about 15 minutes trying to check out with 5 people before me then when I got there it was another 15 minutes to checkout. Crazy

Hearing the management team make fun of employees while they're on the sales floor and trying to ask employees a question but getting ignored because they're to busy arguing with one another makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience. There are a few employees who genuinely seem like they want to help people, but not many.

I ordered tires a week ago then found them cheaper somewhere else. They wouldn't price match them, as they say they do. I'm sure it's because of the wonderful Male Manager that gives everyone a hard time and has had over 77 compliants against him for the way he treats people. But he shows up to work so they let him run half the town out of the store and take the loss..... Anyways finally after days I have received my refund in 4 instalments and $18.00 short. Enjoy Walmart you should be ashamed 😞

ZERO cashiers today. ABSOLUTELY NONE. And only FOUR self-checkouts in the store. The line for these FOUR self-checkouts gets HORRENDOUS! People sometimes just leave their full carts and walk out! This is NUTS! SERIOUSLY, if you're NOT going to have cashiers, GET MORE SELF-CHECKOUTS!!! Well, there were actually some cashiers today!

Located in west Lebanon New Hampshire. We have never been so happy to see a Walmart . It was the closest thing to civilization that we found in the green mountain area. It was clean organized and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I was the last person checking out @ 11pmI had an issue with my debit card. The associate working in the Self Checkout was extremely helpful- he even stayed 20 minutes past close just to make sure I got what I came there for left a happy customer. He could tell how frustrated and embarrassed I was so he made sure to keep the mood light. He made me feel like I was a valued customer, not something you feel at any Walmart these days...kudos to him!

West Leb Wal-Mart very poorly managed. Seldom more than one cashier open. Cashiers act like zombies. Checkout lines backed up into clothing section blocking incoming traffic. Stockers blocking aisles everywhere. Very frustrating shopping experience.Edit: Feb. 2024, Nothing has changed in the past four years!

I went to pick up a few items, there was one customer service person, one self checking person and a line of 15 people waiting to check themselves out of the store. Why have 7 check out aisles and no staff? Reconfigure and remove the useless check out areas. I was disappointed. The store was not overly busy, yet all those folks piled together to do Wal-Mart's job.
