Had an appointment for vaccination. Forty-five minutes after the appointment time, I was still waiting. No one else was airing, Clearly, Walgreens’ online appointment system needs some work, as they are not able to accurately estimate times.

This is possibly the worst drug store on the planet. I have never had a good experience and wait times to fill simple prescriptions are far beyond acceptable (I once waited 45 minutes to fill an antibiotic pill script late at night when it was not busy). My most recent experience however is a really great example of just how poorly managed this location is. I placed a site to store order for pickup and got the its ready email. My girlfriend was headed that way the following day so she attempted to pick it up. After speaking with 3 people and waiting 45 minutes for the order to be brought out she left. I got a call 45 min after she left (an hour and a half minutes after arriving for the pickup) that they couldn't find me in the parking lot. A few days later I attempted to pickup again. No one could find the order and insisted it was picked up, which it wasn't. I planned to call the 800 number to arrange a refund, but the day after my attempt to pickup I saw a refund on my card and got an email that my order was cancelled and refunded because no one picked it up. Avoid this place at all costs, if you need a 24hr pharmacy Dartmouth now has one over by the hospital way better service over there.

Beware! After using the vacuum delivery system in the drive through my credit card was visibly stuck in the tube. They promised me they would get a technician to remove it and call me with a day or two. 1 week later I called and spoke with the manager who said they hadn’t called a technician but would see what they could do…. 2 weeks later I called again and they had no recollection of my card being lost and could no longer see it. They promised they would ask all of their employees and return my call. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible management.

Dropped of scripts to fill and was told it would take 30 minutes. Returned 50 minutes later and they had not filled the order and asked me to get out of line while they located the scripts to fill. At this point I had no confidence in their ability to properly fill the scripts, my patience was exhausted with their undelivered promise and lack of customer courtesy. I was able to go elsewhere and have the scripts filled within 30 minutes.

This review is for the pharmacy. Thank you so much to the lady working the counter and the pharmacist and the other two ladies working there today. My wife was having a very bad asthma attack and they all worked together to help us get the second part of her prescription and avoided calling an ambulance or going to the emergency room. Our “former” doctor was less than helpful in the situation because of the holiday. The team at the West Lebanon pharmacy went above and beyond. They called around to another pharmacy to try to assist us in our search. They were able to get us the second medication. We were probably less than pleasant working on next to no sleep and the fear of not being able to breathe, but none the less they still helped with a smile and reassured us it would be ok. Again can’t say enough good things about the people working in the pharmacy today.

I ordered a memorial canvas in honor of my toy poodle Bear and it was PERFECT!! It was also ready the same day I ordered it. This service is AMAZING especially when most store chains are getting rid of their photo services. Give them a chance to make your memories last a lifetime!!!

Walgreens Pharmacy lost my covid test. I drove 2 hours to get a specific test required to move to Hawaii. Instead of 24 hours, results came in 8 days. Ended up costing me $200 to get a second test elsewhere. They were nice though- extra star for that.

Tonight I was helped above and beyond by Baylee in the pharmacy. They were obviously very overwhelmed, my RX wasn't ready, it was already 8:40, and I wasn't going to be able to make it to the pharmacy again for at least two days. I'm embarrassed to say that I got a little emotional. Not bc it looked like I wouldn't get my medication. It was just a bad day. But everyone that was working was SO kind and helpful, especially Baylee. I just wanted to say thank you so very much. You are doing a really great job.

The worst pharmacy in the world. I have been in line for 45 minutes, and only 2 cars deep. It shouldn’t take this long to get prescriptions. There are now 7 cars in line. I have been using Walgreens for years and this is the worst by far.

The pharmacy is horrible. I called twice tonight to be put on hold for more than 20 mins both times and when someone did pick up they said one word and then hung up on me. I called the actual store and spoke to a Susan and complained and she took down my name and phone number and said she would have someone call me right back. This was almost an hour ago. So not impressed. All I'm trying to do is get my meds fixed since they have it wrong. I might just switch over to price chopper pharmacy since I work as a cashier there.

I purchase items from this Walgreens frequently, and generally things go off without a hitch. However, there's one cashier (pink dyed haired and elderly) who is very "subpar" at her job. She's constantly very rude, and today she was completely unwilling to call any help over when the register glitched out and froze when trying to run my card. Instead, she grabbed my item, and shooed me out of the store proclaiming "I don't have all day." What the hell is that? Very frustrating. Again, the store is decent, but as long as they have employees like that, they'll keep getting reviews like this.

I have been on hold the first time for 30 minutes. Then it was my turn and it rang through and I was hung up on. So I called back was put on hold again for another 30 minutes and have not been able to speak with the pharmacy. I finally hung up. I was supposedly in line next but know one wanted to answer the phone. What is going on. Apparently you need more help. Will go elsewhere.

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would. The total incompetency of this pharmacy should be criminal. I have spoken with the pharmacist, I have spoken with the store manager. Why they cannot seem to fill prescriptions correctly is a mystery to me. I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy, unless you have the time and energy to manage their staff yourself.

Last week I purchased Sensodyne toothpaste, Biotene mouthrinse, & meant to pick up the Biotene mouth spray. When I got home I realized I had picked up the Biotene toothpaste (which I did not know existed) instead of the spray. The next day I exchanged the toothpaste for the Biotene spray. At the time of original purchase, 4000 balance points were offered for $20 of the above mentioned products. When I was filing my receipts, I noticed that during the exchange the 4000 points were taken off - my guess is 'cause there wasn't $20 worth of the products @ one time on the receipt. I returned today & explained the situation to Dustin, the manager. After some thought, he understood (I donate my balance points to the local Humane Society when I reach 40,000 ($50) & shop for whatever they need, so when an item is offered w/points that I regularly use, I stock up). He was so kind & apologetic & explained that the register wasn't properly programmed for such an exchange. He was able to add the 4000 balance points back on my record, which made me greatly appreciative. I have had other situations @ this pharmacy where prices weren't correctly rung up or needing to get 'rain checks' and ALL the management staff has been very kind, helpful & understanding. In my opinion, they ALL deserve a raise for they excellent customer service . . . & I know I can be a difficult & quirky customer.

This pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They continually lose prescriptions sent from the doctor claiming to never receive them. Staff is just downright rude with no regard for customer service or even doing their job properly. The general managers attitude was that they are understaffed. No excuse for lack of professionalism.

There's nothing special about it, it's your everyday Walgreens. But I think everyone knows that they can have some really good sales. And if you're a member of their little club thing, their rewards program, you can shop selectively and do well.

The store it’s self is fine but I can’t stand when I have to use their pharmacy. Only ever one person at the check out window they take FOREVER. I’m usually in line at least a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes if not longer. The staff is friendly but omg understaffed and slow as heck. Frustrating.

Got a Covid booster. Service so poor. Long lines both at pharmacy and check out. Staff not helpful. Inefficient. Waited a long time to get the shot. Terrible terrible service.

I pick up all my prescriptions here and I really like it the stuff is nice and remains calm and collected under the pressure there under with all the problems with staff the COVID has caused

If zero stars were an option that's what they would get. I have called them numerous times to talk to someone in the pharmacy and have been on hold 30-45 minutes at a time. And then when you do get to talk to someone its like you are a huge inconvenience to them.
