Hands down the worse place to work in the upper valley. Literally treated like slaves for minimum pay. Dont care about the employees health(people have died!) or anything in general really. I have never been so degraded in the workplace until working here. Absolutely disgusting

I work closely with Hillary in the Unifirst Lebanon office and she takes great care of us. We can often call at the very last minute and she somehow always makes it work. She is so great to work with and always has such a great attitude and makes her customers know their business is appreciate. Highly recommend Hillary!!!!

If you are looking for a win-win partnership with a vendor, this is not the company. This spring we will be ending our 25+ year relationship with Unifirst, because somewhere along the line they slipped in a 5 year, self-renewing and self-increasing contract. When I brought this to their attention 4 years ago, I expressed the desire to eliminate the contract, but continue the relationship. The declined. So they won the last 4 years, but now we are done. I hope it was worth it. There are plenty of vendors willing to do business on a 30 day out.

I depend so much on Unifirst to supply all my wedding linens, Jon and Hilary and the team there go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need, when I need it. They have made special trips to my venue to deliver the product if I've made an error in my ordering or they are short.Great group of people, great company, Thank you Jon and Hilary!!!

Amazing place to work. Great benefits. If you are looking to work for a company where you will have the opportunity for overtime, a set work schedule with weekends off then this company is the perfect fit. They value there employees and make efforts to show there appreciation. I have worked for many company's in a array of different fields and by far this company is the best company that I have ever been employed by. I highly recommend Unifirst for anyone looking for longterm employment with a established, respectable company that you can grow with.

Garfield's Smokehouse has been a Unifirst customer for over 20 years! Hilary and Jon at Unifirst are reliable and very helpful. If I run out of something Hilary gives a quick reply and we figure out how to get my supplies fast. They also carry a really great line of cleaning supplies that make cleaning and sanitizing all my food processing equipment quick and easy!

He recommends products we may be interested in when they are on sale, easily walks us through the process, and converts a sale on items we may never have given a second thought to. Long story short, I applied at this establishment and they had me waste time to come up there and burn through my gas to go to the place to be sent home Friday and today. I was told that I would hear something by the end of the day both days and heard nothing. So I called up there to see what the issue was and they told me that they decided to go a different route. Telling that to the employees saying another day would be rescheduled and I would hear back from them. I told him that it was very unprofessional to have me thinking I would still be employed there if I wasn't. He said well I'm the manager and we didn't want you here. You came up here without my permission and proceeded to give me attitude and throw a tantrum. If this would've been explained on Friday then I wouldn't have wasted my time, energy and gas going up there to this "professional establishment".

Love our local rep, very helpful and friendly. We get prompt and affordable bi-monthly rug pick up and delivery. 4 stars rather then 5 because I've had several unpleasant experiences with their customer service via phone. Never cheerful, seem disorganized and disinterested. Wish the people that answered the phone were as great as our salesman and the delivery workers!
