While shopping for a few things here I had an encounter with a man that identified himself at mike the district manager. He was giving me some information I was asking about but was rushing, and everytime he’d finish he would try and walk away from me even though I still had more questions. He made it seem like I was a burden on his soul at that moment. Some of the other people there are great but it made me feel very uncomfortable. One of the least favorable encounters in this store to date.

Tractor supply always is a fun quick stop. Anything from dog food, to Carhartt clothing, to wood pellets for smoking delicious meats, this is sort of a one stop shop. Staff at this location are always super friendly

Very helpful staff and reasonable prices. After searching a few other similar stores and not finding what I needed. This store had it in stock and I was able to get a few questions answered about it as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful, highly recommended location.

Just a convenient place to get a limited amount of merchandise. Almost everything in these stores you can get cheaper online or somewhere else. I have walk out with nothing a few times because they didn't carry something . Also the staffs knowledgeon the stock is little to nothing in my experience. Not very willing to help.

I went into the miracle mile location looking for a bulk tank hose adapter for my camp chef camping oven. The cashier was as helpful as she could be. She took me to where the item should have been, and it wasn't there. That was all fine, but when she tried to get a manager to help me, she was ignored. I didn't mind so much they ignored me, but when they ignored a co-worker asking for assistance, that was it for me. She apologized to me, which she didn't need to do. The Management's attitude to her was what made me leave.

Employees are friendly and helpful.Have found some good deals but sale objects are not always marked as such. I almost missed out on a flower sale and only realized they were on sale when checking out.

Mackenzie when above and beyond when trying to help me fill my propane tank she was friendly greeted me upon entering and asked me if I could use some help out to my car with this heavy tank the epitome of customer service she was wonderful

Went here this morning and almost no customers were wearing masks. Apparently despite the mask mandate in Lebanon, which extends to West Lebanon, Tractor Supply has decided they’re exempt (from the LAW) and are just going to do what they want. I used to come here regularly but I will never be coming here again and I will be encouraging everyone I know not to either. I will also be letting the police department know

Great store and Great Staff. They were out of the dog food I wanted so they took my name and number to call me when it is back stock. This must be a TSC thing because I went to another TSC which only had one bag of the food I wanted and they called me to tell it was in and they had the 3 bags I wanted. Someone is always willing to help. And shockingly they know what they are talking about.

Great store and friendly employees.However.... I do have a problem with the environmental impact this location leaves.Styrofoam blocks from the trailers being shipped as well as TSC bags and retail related trash litter the woods around the store.A little annoying they make sure their landscape is pristine but stop at the property boundaries picking up their trash.Meanwhile the wetland out back by the rail trail has decomposing styrofoam blocks and plastic packaging everywhere that’s blown from their lot.

Fun place to browse. Nice staff. Got lots of stuff fort farming more so than for like, general hardware or pets. There's some small engine stuff but mostly for larger machines.

Very poor management. That does not help any carriers on getting unloaded. THIS PLACE NEEDS PPL THAT WANTS TO WORK AND GET THINGS DONE QUICK. MAYBE THE OWNER CAN TRACK WHO IS THE MANAGER ON 04/30/21 at 10am AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT DOING WHAT THEY ARE PAY FOR

Poor customer service. Drove an hour to pickup $500 item that was "in stock" just to be told somebody had put another customers name on it out back... Told me I could order another one and wait.
