The ladies that work here are so wonderful and delightful I’m actually happy to go pick up my prescriptions instead of dreading it. They typically have what I need and fill it pretty quick but again the ladies that work here are just pleasant and wonderful!

Went to purchase my favorite beverage and they rarely are in stock. So when I saw them I grabbed 4 12packs and brought them to the front of the store. When the cashier scanned them they said the bar code wouldn't scan. So we walked to the back of the store and she pointed out where I had taken them from, was the 8 pack price on the shelf. I said ok, what's the 12 pack price? We don't sell them as 12. These need to be sold individually. I said, "can't you just charge me for 6 8packs?" Nope. Even asked the manager (who coincidentally was the one who put them on the shelf) said "no" and I said then why are they on the shelf with the 8 pack price is?? He said, "I just needed somewhere to put them".

Update: My review was grand opening day and since then the store has maintained some cleanliness, more employees and restock on merchandise. Still some employees have no knowledge of items or locations. Great thing that there's more than 6 self checkout terminals, hardly have to wait in line. Still overpriced.

Every time I go to this store, there’s some ridiculous annoyance that I’ve never experienced at any other Target. I’m not sure if the place is just cursed, but it would be nice if corporate checked in with them. I basically only ever go here if I have no other option. I was so happy when they opened in this area, and now I just dread ever having to go to this location.

Wow it’s hard to believe there is a target in Lebanon! Super busy as it seems everyone wants to get a look. Parking spots are pretty small and the lot was packed. Shelves were moderately stocked. Lines were long and staff were friendly

Target was fantastic for Christmas I went in a few times but I got to tell you one thing there's place for handicap because I have a handicap sticker and the people are courtesy in the baskets are inside everything is tidied up they didn't order too much they ordered everything what they need it and it was so nice not to be crowded the prices were good and the people who work there were courtesy and helpful there's a place to shop like produce and other access area makeup area clothing purse shoes toys Electronics household goods and many other things you could think of whatever crosses your mind the checkout was fantastic and it was supervised very good there's many other stores after you're done there to go out because it's like a small Mall out there and down the street you could do more so I got to tell you one thing I will go back and I will keep continue going back because of courtesy and the cleanest and the niceness of all and everything I want it was there and the prices were fantastic

They only get two stars because they have a starbucks. They have almost nothing when it comes to boys clothes (its so bad). The toy section is almost always cleaned out. Why is it always so busy?

They very rarely have any men's clothing in my size. We can never find anything for my son (size 2T), it's always girls clothing when we try to look. Other than that, and their prices on some items, it's a fairly nice store. Clean and friendly staff (if they even acknowledge your presence).

i tried to reach the grocery department multiple times (between 6:30 and 7 PM), but no one will pick up the phone, and there’s not an option to leave a voice message. it just hangs up on you. i understand if they’re busy but there should at least be a call back option

Love the carside option..only takes 2 hours to get your order together and you can pick it up a few hours later, unlike most of the stores. The associates are always friendly and upbeat!

Store is absolutely beautiful! We’ve been waiting for a Target in this area for years and it’s not disappointing. Staff seem nice

This was the messiest Target I've ever been in. It had a very poor selection of clothing and all of it was kind of trashed on a Sunday afternoon. Place was not busy so it seems like the staff could be sorting and organizing a bit better. What is the deal with the poor selection? Have you given up selling in the store?

The staff use the accessible dressing room for extra storage space for stock and supplies, against ADA compliance. Do better Target. People with disabilities deserve equal access to your amenities.

The store is always disorderly. Saw some employees on cell phones. Just not a pleasant shopping experience.

On the phone shopping in the dollar section, store greeter: um if you were not on your phone you would know where the carts are! Me: oh yes I know where the carts are thank you though store greeter: WELL OBVIOUSLY YOU DONT!…. I just got into the store can we relax?

I'm not really happy with their selection of clothes and fresh produce. They seem a little pricey. I also don't love the layout. There's a very large makeup section. House decor is one of the best features.

You can ignore most of the negative reviews here. They're all complaining about a brand new store that has only been open since around Black Friday. If shelves were empty it's probably because... Oh I don't know... People were Black Friday & Holiday shopping, on top the store trying finish getting up and running and get their Inventory stocked to begin with. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. As for everything in Electronics being locked up, perhaps if people didn't steal, things wouldn't have to be locked up, and employees wouldn't have to run around unlocking everything. It's no different than any other retailer in West Lebanon. I don't blame them for wanting to secure their merchandise. As for staffing, everyone is having a hard time staffing, so leaving rude reviews about it isn't going to get them to hire anyone any faster. Thanks for coming to my Tedtalk.

Would prefer a slightly larger store, but I'll take it. I've also found a lot of prices for some of the groceries are less than at Hannaford. One issue I often encounter is that items do not scan at the register with the price on the shelf, but they always fix it.

As much as I wanted to enjoy this new store I just can't. I can get over the bare shelves and higher prices, it's holiday season, an it's hard to get and keep employees. But one of the employees in this Target was extremely rude. I accidentally knocked something off a shelf and she was so hurtful I left without purchasing anything. When employees are rude to customers, especially differently abled customers it reflects on the entire store.

I need to be up front, this is a low review because of several factors but none of those factors are related to employees. The employees that we encountered there were working hard and helpful. I will, however, never be going back to this Target. The entrance and exit share the same door to the outside, which makes it very congested and slow to enter and exit. For a store of this size, having such a small area to enter and exit feels dangerous. If there were an emergency and the store was full, I don't feel like I could make a safe exit. Also, it feels very claustrophobic inside. The aisles are very narrow and hard to maneuver a cart around, some of the aisles I couldn't go down from one end because there was a pillar in the way. Once again this isn't any employees fault, they were working hard, but whoever designed and approved these plans made some odd choices.

Not as depressing as the small format store in Burlington. There is a CVS, groceries and a Starbucks, very nice looking and cleanI really like Target but I went here once and don't really think about it. good to have the option I supposenot a giant selection of stuff, infant section is fine, electronics not so much, clothing aisles are small.. basically they have a little of everything but obviously some things are missed.

My 1st trip to THIS Target store (even though it opened about a year ago & is actually closer to me my home than it's "closest competitor", Walmart. I was shopping for a couple very specific things that I wasn't able to find/but at Walmart just minutes prior. I've been to lots of Target stores around the country & assumed this one would fit the typical mold. And it does in some ways but I felt like I was walking into a different store, something more akin to a Kohl's or JCPenney's, only due to the initial layout upon entering. The fact that it's a store with food products, pet products, household cleaning products, etc, wasn't readily apparent upon initial entry. Of course, it has those things, but the layout was so different than a Walmart or other mass merchandiser. They had the items I needed (main item I had to find was a pair of shoes for an outdoor wedding later that same day & I had some decent options to choose from), but the prices are & always have been, higher than Walmart & supposedly the quality accounts for that difference. Perhaps that's true in the apparel sections but obviously the universal products, like Clorox wipes or diapers or detergent that are national brands, there's no logical reason to pay more for those items when there's a Walmart and 3 grocery stores within ½ mile. So that's sort of my problem with Target. They are more expensive for unknown reasons when the exact, identical items can be found for less within walking distance. The clothes are more comparable to Kohl's than Walmart & I feel like I'm being asked to pay more for everyday items simply because they project an image of being more upscale. And that's why I don't make Target my regular "household needs" shopping site -- I feel manipulated by "our clothing is higher quality & our facilities are more modern" -- I don't care. If I need Dawn dish soap or paper plates, I couldn't care less about the apparel sections or store design. I have always felt like Target wants to promote this "upscale mass merchandiser" and therefore feel justified in charging more $$ for "the experience". Target is a backup for me for when I cannot locate appropriate items at Walmart. This doesn't mean I dislike them, I simply do not choose them as my primary source for much of anything. Even for clothes, shoes, home decor, etc, this particular Target is in the same plaza as a TJ Maxx and around the corner from a Home Goods, which are definitely more direct competition for those genres of goods. I just think it's a tough sell, for me personally.

Store associate John complimented my Hawaiian shirt and it made my day. John had a very nice red Columbia fishing shirt himself, so game recognizes game. I hope John does well.

It might be small, but you still get the Target experience. (It’s the same size issue as the Walmart in Lebanon, medium. The cosmetics section is quite expansive. The food section isn’t shabby either. Fresh food is available and a fair amount of vegan options. They lack in the clothing section and clearance. They have a Starbucks, but they don’t have a sitting area or “cafe”.Their curb side pickup is free and has plenty of parking.Overall, it’s nice to have a more relaxing and overall appealing big box store.(I’ve seen reviews talking about how Walmart is so much cheaper. Which is partially true.Walmart is known for being a toxic work environment. Overall, Walmart has more questionable ethics. No corporation is without faults, but Target is a bit better. Shop local when possible!)

If you’re going to lock up electronics items, staff the area. Asked two employees for help, both got on the radio and someone told them they’d be right over. After 15 minutes I left to go buy my item at Best Buy.

First, Scotty is EXTREMELY rude. He was completely fighting with me about what the own Target website said. I wanted to purchase an Xbox for my son, and he repeatedly kept telling me I wasn't allowed to. Eventually after pulling it up online, he said "fine, I will let you if you give me a good review". Ummm, ok?Second, the back hand comment as I was leaving the store. "You're welcome for that by the way" was absolutely insane. This is the THIRD employee I had to find because two others said they just started and knew nothing about where anything was. Do they actually train people there? I understand this is a new location, but the lack of training, the lack of polite employees and the total disaster of a parking lot, I will drive to Keene.
