A busy busy store! Initially I couldn't find boot spikes and when I asked an employee he just said they probably don't have them. When I went to the checkout I told John I didn't find what I was looking for he knew exactly where to look. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Great store with even better prices. It's busy so be prepared to hunt for parking.

Love this store! It’s like an outdoors/gym version of TJ Maxx/Marshalls A large selection of clothing. A large section for dogs and small home section. The brands are high quality as well. You can shop online and get them delivered to the store if you spend more than $39? A must visit for great prices!

Typically love this store but tonight was beyond ridiculous. The little girl at the counter turned the lights off inside the store while there were several people still inside. We of course rush to finish because of that. We go up to the counter to checkout and ask her how she is and she ignores us. She then asks a question, I have no idea what though because she talked so quietly neither me nor my partner could hear/understand what she was even saying. I asked her to repeat herself several times and she not once did that. She also gave me the nastiest look when I asked her to repeat the total because, again, neither of us could hear anything she was saying. Her manager is right to the left of her the entire time and does NOTHING. Love the store but the employees are awful and so so rude.

Good place to pick up discounted outdoor gear. Very seasonal, so look for winter gear in the fall, ect. I'd recommend this place for outdoor clothing and shoes. The rest of the gear (sleeping bags, hammocks, sports gear, fishing) is very hot or miss.Fun fact: if you see something you try like but they don't have your size, check the online version of the store. They ship to the store for pick up. Neat!

This place is amazing. They have $100+ shoes for more than half the price. They also carry men's carrharrt clothing cheaper than any other local store.

The women's section is just a continuation of TJ Maxx. The deals just seem worse. They do have good backpacks for hiking though, and overnight hiking/camping food.

So I have never been to Sierra before and I expected another over priced sporting goods store. What I found was not what I expected, the prices were very reasonable on most items and some were down right cheap. It's definitely worth checking out if your on the fence. The store is new and opened around the time Target opened about 6-12 months ago. The employees are nice and knowledgeable about most products. All around 5 stars on my score card.

Solid store that does a lot of business and keeps things pretty darn well organized, but mostly I'm reviewing to give praise to one of their managers, Ethan. I had an issue arise where another customer's cart got charged to my credit card at the register (long story). I called in a week later when I saw the inappropriate charge on my card and Ethan went above and beyond, taking a good half hour out of his work flow to find the charge in their system, confirm the register/people involved/mistake, and get my refund issued. Hell of an effort for a big retail chain.

We were there on the stores opening day… November 13! While we were not the first customers in the door, we were treated as if we were. All of the associates were really helpful. The store was really well organized. All of the merchandise was competitively priced. We came to look around, and ended up leaving with a full shopping carriage! Welcome to West Lebanon!

This store has surpassed EMS as my favorite outdoor store. I Aman avid hiker and have found countless great deals on everything from hiking boots to earphones. Now as for the service here... the store in Keene seems to be better stocked than the on un West Lebanon. Both stores are staffe by people who seem to live their jobs and are service oriented. Stop in and see why these two stores are my favorites. I bet yoh don't walk out empty handed.

Great store, great selection, found exactly what we needed, left very happy, drove the 45 minutes home after spending $5/gallon in gas only to find a SECURITY TAG STILL ON THE PANTS. Lazy cashier nearly wasted more than twice what the pants were worth in gas. Luckily we were able to saw it off with a hacksaw in the workshop. Very disappointed in the customer service.

I do love this store it was a little frustrating because I wanted to buy and look at a cooler but they security tagged all of them shut so that was kind of inconvenient but other than that the store has really good stuff if you're an outdoorsy type

This store is dangerous. The potential to walk out of there having spent more money than you meant to is high especially if you're outdoorsy.Inventory is hit or miss. On some weeks there's nothing interesting, on others there is excellent stock. Prices are good but not as exceptional as TJMaxx.

Have you been to one before? it's like a REI or eastern mountain sports that Marshalls put on. i love the process but it's hot out miss if you need something specific to go mountain climbing, Go here is you are planning to hike or camp, just go get first, than Walmart, than REI, the process are the best, but you still have to hunt for it. This is still as good tjx branded store.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The store itself is fine, other than the ridiculous lines because the registers keep crashing. The products are great, that’s not my main issue. It’s very clear the management of this store needed way more experience before running this store. I know multiple people who were hired at this store and everything was great, and then management allowed another employee to harass them, even after being shown proof and receiving multiple reports about it. On top of that, the amount of employees that were hired at this job, do not even come close to the amount of employees that are being scheduled. If I had to guess, there are maybe 50-ish employees hired at this store, and from what I’ve been told and shown, only about 20-25-ish of them are actually being scheduled because “business is slow right now”. If business is slow at a certain time of the year, the smartest move would be to STOP HIRING MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES WEEKLY during that time of the year, if you can’t even schedule the ones you have now due to slow business. It’s not fair to the people you hired, who think they will be making money for their children/cars/food/rent/etc..and then just now be out on the schedule for weeks on end, or for LESS THAN 10-15 HOURS A WEEK?! How is anyone supposed to live off of that?! I’d love to know. This store would run much better with new management.

Great addition to West Lebanon! Bargain shopping on seasonal clothing, shoes and hiking gear. Columbia jackets for under $100 compared to $250. My new favorite clothing store from overpriced Kohls. Small store but lots of bargains, clean for the most part and fast checkouts which is rare in this town.

I recently went into the West Lebanon Sierrra and was considering buying a mountain bike they had in the store. When looking closely I noticed the bike gear box was damaged. I then asked for a discount on the bike and was told they would check with the manager. The manager then stated she tested the bike and it worked fine. When I asked if she was a mountain biker she stated she used to work in a bike shop and has determined the bike to be safe. I rode the bike myself and can tell you the gear box was damaged as it was shifting hard and would need to be replaced in the neer future. I am writing this review to inform others of the dishonest customer service the is being displayed in our community. This is not what we are about and who we are. A bike that they were selling for $200 would have cost me significantly more had I trusted their word. They thought they could lie to me because I was wearing a dress and had my nails done, because I didn't look like I knew anything about mountain biking.

I love Sierra though it'll never be Sierra Trading Post. I came here for a neck gaiter and I left with a nice hand soap housewarming gift, two squeaky toys for doggos and a new pair of ski socks. The only neck gaiters that they had were really poorly designed such that they can't stay up on your nose, or they are very thin; maybe they're to protect against sun(?) Idk, New Hampshire is colder than it is sunny.
