They are very friendly staff as well as the pharmacist who help with my questions that I have. And make sure that all my medication is filled in a timely manner so that I can pick it up as soon as it is ready. I usually get a text message from them on when everything is ready as well as when it needs to be filled again

Everytime I go there they done have enough money to do western unions not even 100 dollar pick ups. You can’t advertise for western union pick ups if you can never do them. I’ve tried 5 diffrent times within 3 months.

Went to the West Leb store and had a very pleasant experience. Holly was a wonderful employee who was incredibly personable, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. She was a great person to chat with and continued to work hard even while talking with us.We will definitely be back and hope Holly gets the recognition she deserves as an outstanding employee!

Limited help here in west Lebanon store.been waiting a long time, only girl on is ringing up people said.she will be right with me but that was 20 customers ago. I guess they don't want to sell a 100 dollar bottle of perfume. So I am Leaving.

The pharmacy manager likes to argue about your medication being sent there when it was. They clearly don't want to do their job. I've heard numerous stories of other people having the same problem. The doctors send a prescription and they claim it's not on file when it is! Refusing people their medication should be illegal. Rite Aide in West Lebanon NH needs to be held accountable!!

After switching to the West Lebanon branch due to a move, I was hesitant. I had been driving 35 min to continue with the other branch I dealt with for many years. I have had such great experiences with all the pharmacists and techs, they are helpful and patient. Also, the store clerks are wonderful. Always friendly and available to answer questions. If you are looking at another pharmacy in the area to use due to labor shortages causing limited hours at others, I highly recommend Rite Aide at the Shaw's plaza.

Employees are always very helpful, nice and friendly. Pharmacy staff is terrific, especially Kelley. I have automated prescription service and it is always ready when I get the notification to pick up. Efficient, friendly service every time.

I got a Covid booster the other day. There were three people in front of me at the pharmacy line, and it took 15 min till my turn. Once I signed in, I still had to wait another 15min or so for my shot. Pharmacists were very friendly, and they may be short staffed, so they cannot be blamed. But I was there for about 40 min to get a shot, and that felt so long.

Wonderful experience! Linda was a fantastic lady. She not only helped me to find the correct isle for the medicine that I was looking for, also she helped me to get a deal on the same by checking and creating a new wellness card just before 2 Min of store Closing!

Arrived at the store just after 8 am and stayed until 20 past. The lights were on inside but the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone, not sure if anyone was there. Very frustrating to have wasted my time when they're supposed to be open. Me and four other people sat waiting in the parking lot. Please update hours or be open when supposed to. I recommend calling to see if they're actually open before going.
