I was visiting the area and had some poorly fitting glasses I had bought elsewhere. Not only did Pro Optical’s friend offer to adjust them to fit properly without an appointment, they did so without charging me a cent! Two thumbs way up!

What a pleasant experience. The arm fell off my glasses and I taped it so I could drive to get it fixed. l had lots of anxiety they'd fall apart if I moved wrong. He took one look and said the arm was not fixable but that he thought he had some parts. In less than 5 minutes he had a new arm on my glasses for a nominal fee. It doesn't match and I don't care. I needed them fixed. Such a very nice man.

Pro Optical gives great service! I finally decided to go with progressive lenses for the first time ever and it was an adjustment. After about a month I returned to see if there was anything to be done to help. Dan put some new nose pads on and adjusted the angle that the glasses sat and I no longer had the fish bowl feeling. I double checked my prescription with my eye doctor to be sure, but it was correct. The fine tuning adjustments made all the difference and I can now see clearly at all distances. Thank you!

I have been going to Pro Optical since I first got glasses in elementary school. When I first got glasses it was dreaded. The staff at that time reassured me that it wasn't the end of the world and that glasses were actually cool. Not easy for a ten year old to accept.Over the years I have had many eye appointments, adjustments to my prescription and have always had a pleasant experience. My questions are always answered. When getting my frames and lenses the staff has always chit chatted and made me feel as though I was sitting with a friend rather than in a business.I have been to other eye places here and there to check things out. Pro-Optical just fit me better and makes me feel confident in my eye glass choices.Thanks!

This is one of those businesses where I'm proud to support the local, small town 'shop'. I'm always greeted with smiles and a sense of willingness to help. What I thought was going to be an annoying task -- replacing my glasses that my dog mistook for a chew toy! darn dog!! --was soooo easily remedied! They pulled up my file, got my prescription, mentioned that they have the exact same frames in stock, AND could have a replacement pair for me within hours. Done. FANTASTIC. Great place! Thank you!!

I have been with them since 1998. The staff is always friendly,honest and very helpful. If a style truly does not suit you they will say so. still your choice of course.anytime I have need a quick fix or adjustment,it drive the 45 minutes and they do whatever needs doing with a smile and usually no charge (parts not included). They are an awesome group.

I'll never go back there again. When I received my glasses the progressive line was way too high. They never told me the anti-glare was going to be tinted yellow. I asked if I could get my old lenses put back in. They asked if I had them. I said no, I was never given option of getting them back. So when they redid my glasses I asked for the anti-glare to be removed. Do you thing I got a refund for not having the anti-glare? Nope! They seemed more interested in making a sale than in the customer. They were not interested in asking me any questions about what I wanted. Worst customer service I’ve ever had!!!!

I would never recommend this place to anyonegentleman was rude told me "screw you to " I have called to check on something that was told would take 2 weeks its been over a month to replace one lenses, staff doesn't wear mask and seems very unknowledgeable at all, use to do a lot of business will never go back again, thinking it time the old guy retires
