Well, it's official. Listen "Thrift" store now officially charges more than a Goodwill. I'm not sure what happened between the last time I visited and today but don't call yourself a "thrift" store if you're going to charge full retail value. I know donations get made to cancer research, but as an end stage 4B cancer patient, who supplements their SSDI as a vintage reseller, I simply cannot afford these prices. I'm guessing most low income households, which thrift stores are supposed to help not hinder access to goods, probably feel the same way that I do. It's a pity. I don't think I'll ever go back, because as someone who is low income from having cancer, I simply cannot afford full retail price for anything. So good job on being worse than Goodwill and not understanding who you're customer market is and thus losing customers. In my opinion thrift stores shouldn't charge more than $20-$30 per item no matter what the item is. If you're a single parent with multiple kids looking to buy stuff for family skip this place. Anything that was worth buying was overpriced. Seriously, change your name to Listen FULL RETAIL STORE. RIP.

Lots of clothes, children’s items however collectible items were sparse and the prices were not “thrifty” and not as good as other places. I did find a couple of items to resell but took lots of searching and careful selection. Staff very nice!

The young woman who helped us with the jewelry was very helpful and nice to us. She knew what she was talking about also.Thank you and sorry I didn’t get her name, but she had black hair. The place was chock full of great stuff. We’ll be back and we’re from Albany, NY.

Clearly states they are open at 9am and posted as OPEN online. Drove an hour, walked into an unlocked door at 9:10 and got the boot. Bummer! I won’t be returning considering I travel a lot and my time is precious in route. I would feel different about returning if the employee would have acknowledged some responsibility for correcting the misinformation online. But she blew me off very quickly in regards to my being misinformed and detoured significantly which costs me not just time but money! Hello. Hah I had a lot of items I was seeking and would have spent a pretty penny more than likely but oh well. Cute building though

Very poor experience, my grandma called specifically to see if they had the solar glasses. She was told on phone yes so she said she would head out to listen, when arriving she was told no they couldn’t give her any. They could only give to staff. It’s the fact that she drove 35 to 40 minutes because person on phone said yes and staff not exactly pleasant.

First time visiting the miracle mile location and am very impressed with how they have grown. Very helpful and friendly staff. A great selection of both men's and woman's clothes. Also a good furniture selection. Donation is easy and fast.

LOVEEE this thrift store! One of the best vintage jewelry cases of any thrift store I've ever been to. Lots of high quality sterling silver pieces for $15 or less. Most clothes are $3-10. Found some amazing 90s leather pants for $20, a colorful vintage sweater for $8, an Adidas hoodie for $5, and a few wood frames! So glad my grandma lives by this awesome thrift store!!!!! Definitely prioritize this one over the smaller one in White River Junction (though I did find some sick designer boots for $15 there, so hit up both!). Happy thrifting!

Great selection of books and only $1. Everything else is very overpriced. You could shop clearance racks at retail stores for a more affordable price. I don’t really bother looking for more than books.

I used to love this thrift store, but as others have noted, their prices have increased dramatically! For a not-for-profit, their items are super expensive. I found a beautiful shawl that I really liked and would have bought....until I saw the $100 price tag! What???

Leaving the area due to not being able to afford it, turns out I can't afford to donate the things I can't afford to bring with me! Despite being right by a bus stop, wildly inaccessible. Don't bother trying to get rid of good items if you don't own a car. Someone got hit once so now they give us vehicle-less peasants no options at all. Felt humiliated by the staff for even asking. Sorry, I didn't know I have to buy into class signifiers to interact with a thrift shop. Who are they listening to? Guess I'm not rich enough to want my items to go to good use.

With this new store there seems to be a new pricing policy. I mean $2500 for a thrift store couch seems excessive. $255 for a used drone that can be had online for less then $100. I understand the profit goes in good causes but these are all donated items. I've been going to Listen for years, way before the new stores, I think they are coming off my list.

Very picky about what items they accept and when they accept items. Lebenon store has very expensive merchandise not affordable to all. Other stores just get junk. Very pretentious

I used to love going here but the prices have gone insane! Im almost paying retail price for a pair of used boots! For being “non-profit” it seems like they are raking in money.

I like listen but the prices are too high for what a thrift store should be cheaper than anything else please lower prices a little

Last summer I volunteered here for a couple of hours. Honestly one of the highlights of my summer- the staff was incredibly friendly and layed back, and my group got a discount on everything we bought later. The pricing is incredibly generous and the selection of clothing is very high quality. Next time I am in the area, I will absolutely be coming back!

For the size of this store and how busy it was, I was pretty disappointed. Everything looked picked over. The few things I found that were interesting were overpriced - $5,000 for a couch? $6 for a canister that still had its original $2.99 sticker on it? I left empty handed which is extremely unusual for me when it comes to thrifting.

Unfortunately the prices have gotten out of control. Lots of resellers shop at your location and when you price items higher than retail value, we'll they just sit on the self. Some really crazy prices. Prices should be at a percent of retail value which should be determined based on past sakes not what Google lens or Ebay sellers are asking..You

Love this place! First time going there on Wednesday. Staff was friendly and helpful. I usually have a hard time finding jeans that are comfortable and like and they had a great selection to choose from! I do wish you guys had a bigger tennis shoe selection. Found a couple nice pairs but were too small.

This place is incredible. It’s essentially a thrift SUPERSTORE. Huge selection, and lots of furniture too, which is rare. In full disclosure, they’ve got some junk in there, too (I only buy high quality second hand stuff) but if you overlook the junk you’ll find tons of treasure. Great place, especially for clothes. Sometimes you’ll even come across something cool like a saxophone or a spectacular antique living room set, or something as kitschy as an Elvis painting or an old 1970’s toy. Spend an hour or two here & you’ll leave with a car full of goodies for just a few bucks.

The store is big but the product was not good or if it was decent it was over priced. Also the clothes were in no particular order, not by size, color or anything.

It's a fine thrift store, my issue is their donation times and days. Most people work during their donation hours, which leaves only Saturday so if you are moving during the week, you are better off just throwing your stuff away, they refuse to take anything. I miss the donation bins and dumpsters that you can put things in after hours. It's frustrating because Listen pretty much has a Monopoly here when it comes to donation places. I wish we had a Goodwill Dumper/Large Bin donation center. It's disappointing. Their probably is a reason why they don't, but it's still my issue 🤷🏻♂️

I love this thriftstore. I made some donations and I buy in here all the time. It's a big store, the prices are amazing and the staff are lovely! For people that are kind and environmental, I totally advice you to visit this store. All the books for one dollar and some treasures to find. They accept all kind of donations, so be kind and donate! 😊

Lots of goodies, but prices have risen dramatically in the past year or two. 90% of their Walmart/everyday cheap brands cost more than they would brand new. They should just stick to the 1/4 price model unless absolutely necessary like every other thrift store in NH.

Very busy place. Seem short on staff. Many things not priced. Act quickly cause things fly off the shelves.Gotta really look at clothes, designer clothes can be great finds but compare on line. Some prices are much higher than expected. I've gotten some decent bargains but found that it's difficult to get a staff members attention.Parking is a challenge because it's so busy.I still like the other Listen better in, White River Junction. Staff is not as stressed as this busy place.I bet they could double the size and still be busy.Got this beautiful jacket there. Lots of compliments.

If you're thinking of driving there to donate goods--call first. Do Not Trust the Website! Packed up a truckload and drove a half hour only to find the donations were closed. The website was wrong!Doesn't really matter if its incompetence or staffing issues...its disrespectful to those whose donations keep the non-profit going!

I have shopped here in the past 4 years and found it to have a wide variety of item. Not super organized so you sort of have to look through everything. Typically the prices are ok for a thrift store. Today the prices were really high for what you would expect to pay at a thrift store. It was closer to a consignment store price or if it was a private online sale such as ebay. A pair of old snowboots, not designer, $12. A pair of slippers in new condition $8. Most coats and jackets 20-50$A pair of used socks $3.Seriously???? Yep Im done. I kinda feel like its ripping off people who need to shop for low priced items

Big place. Watch your distancing. Should b fine with6'. Lots of great winter boots of all kinds, kid's too🎉wheel chair accessible -friendly- with push button open doors. Well organized. Seems well ventilated -no dust detected in the air. Plenty of parking.

This was my first time in a Listen thrift store. I am so excited they added this location - it’s so convenient! Tons of product to browse, loved the furniture and home goods section, prices are competitive (and often way better!) than many local consignment shops, so why not put your money where it does some good? Check out was speedy and the cashier, Neil, was friendly and efficient. I have worked in retail many years and I was impressed, I didn’t have high expectations going in but the experience was excellent :) BRAVO!
