I want to send a HUGE thank you to Maria. I stopped in the West Lebanon Benjamin Moore store to start the process of selecting a paint color. I had my almost 3 year old grandaughter with me. What a great time she had getting color samples, having a special snack and playing with toys that they provide in a basket. Maria was so patient and helpful. It was a rainy afternoon and we spent almost an hour in the storeTHANK YOU MARIA!!!

Worst I’ve ever been treated by a business… bought two cans of gray paint but it was bright pink. No offer to return or replace because I didn’t keep the receipt. It was clear this was their mistake. Unreal.

No big box paint departments for me. I will always buy paint from a reputable paint store like Lebanon Paint. I feel comfortable asking questions, sure that the person answering me is knowledgeable and honest. Nothing else for me other than Benjamin Moore paints.

This is a great paint store. Helpful staff, great selection of painting tools and supplies, and quick service. They have even mixed orders for me when I've called ahead, so everything was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Highly recommended.

I sent my mother here with high hopes for excellent service and high quality paint. Her experience with DJS (according to receipt, long hair, blonde, RUDE) gentleman behind the counter was horrendous. He was unprofessional and rude and made this new customer extremely frazzled and uncomfortable. Sneering at her, no real hospitality. She tried to appease him by accepting paint she did not want, because apparently the paint she did want would apparently “fly all over the store - because there would be too much paint (7mls) extra in the can” - All to make his job easier she changed what she wanted yet again, he huffed/shrugged and hissed anytime she asked for input or asked questions. He bullied her into changing her mind 10 different times with his negativity, out right saying his life would be made difficult by making the paint she wanted and disgusting attitude. He even went as far to say “well, now I AM mad at you” all because she changed her mind and wanted a FLAT finish… She did not want to inconvenience him in any way but by the end of the conversation it was clear that everything she wanted, no matter what it was, would inconvenience and annoy this gentleman. This man humiliated and belittled her in public and brought literal tears to her eyes. This gentleman needs an attitude adjustment and a haircut. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever after this. Disgusting.

THIS IS A GOOD PAINT... SHOP IT HAS ALL THE ACCESSORIES needed to create a perfect room in any color including wallpapers.... Best SERVICE they offered me... Is an account that keeps track of the paint you purchase or free pints they offer every Friday. Unsure how long this offer will last but check them out you won't be disappointed...

The staff here is always helpful and courteous. Yes, the prices for paints and stains may appear higher, but from my experience the value is also high with the Benjamin Moore Regal and Sikkens products. The Regal is hands down the easiest paint to use. I will not use any other paint.

This is a full service paint and window treatments shop. They can take care of the biggest contractors and the smallest do it yourselfers. The entire staff is knowledgeable about their products. You can not go wrong at Lebanon Paint.
