Such lovely plants in their tiny little floral section!!! I've bought some of my best houseplants here! There's not much to say when reviewing a grocery store, especially if it's a chain (even though Hannaford is a small chain of stores), but I do prefer Hannaford over the other chain grocery stores in my area. They just seem more like a local, friendly store, and in most cases, their "every day" prices are better than competitors. (Though competitors sales can undermine Hannaford prices rather easily.) I don't know how to explain it -- I simply like Hannaford better.

I’ve shopped here for about a year and can only describe the store as middling in its merchandise selection. The neighboring stores are comparable. You would think with Shaws and Price Chopper so close there would be more of a competitive differentiators.I would love to see this store up its game to the level of the New London Hanaford. I was there yesterday and found it remarkable- the merchandising and selection was head and shoulders better than W Lebanon. .Full disclosure, I move here from the Boston area and while I did not expect to see the breadth and quality of stores given the demographics, I did expect a little better. Burlington vt and concord/Manchester are the only places that match that. I did think that Lebanon has an opportunity. Good luck to you.

Mike I say one thing about Hannaford's they have everything you need a daily the area for your produce and vegetables everything you could think of frozen food in a nice area and a pharmacist and stuff that you could buy for the home and not just that there's your favorite for most people some like beverages and it is not very crowded and the hospitality is great and cleaned and produce and everything is put up really nice so don't forget to come to Hannaford's plenty of parking good for handicap plenty of baskets and it is clean and tidy and not just that you'll meet the nicest people there in good hours and availability for all access and parking lot I got to say one thing it is a great place to go I love it and the prices are fantastic

I like this grocery store. I like how they changed the alleys and made it so much easier to see everything. The only thing I don’t like is how busy it is or gets but no one can control that.

Sure wish this store was bigger. The hard working employees do their best to keep the shelves stocked, but, there are so many folks who shop here it's practically impossible. The location is great, but, they really need a much larger store, or at least more warehouse space on-site. I bet the owner of the place next door REMAX UPPER VALLEY would sell his building so they could rearrange the parking and roads to make the store bigger.

Very crowded. Parking lot was packed in the mid-afternoon.I thought it was interesting that the first thing you see when you go in was what was in the picture and I thought it was odd that it was there because if these items are such a hot topic. I would think that they'd be pretty easy to disappear honestly so close to the door.This was a very crowded entry experience near the produce and two employees were debating whether they should actually take a cart that was overfilled from the floral area or leave it for the person who is on break? It was blocking the aisle!Prices are quite High significantly higher than they were last month or last week.I found it hard to find things I searched for quite a while for the seafood section which is very limited. I didn't end up buying any seafood because of that.I noticed that the price of sliced meats was extraordinarily High unaffordable.I couldn't find the chicken that I wanted however they did have some very low price chicken which was surprising. I didn't buy any but it was surprising.I actually went into my flowers but I couldn't get to them because the cart was in the way and the employees were debating whether they should move the card or not.Generally they have a good bakery section, an excellent deli section, a very good meat section.They also have a pharmacy and this is the first time I've ever been in it I did not find what I was looking for either! There was no one to ask. So pretty much I guess I'd say this was disappointing.

I used the drive up and go service, and I really liked how their app was laid out. I also really liked the person that brought out all our groceries, very friendly and professional. Opened the trunk for us so we didn't have to get out at all, which I appreciated because it was really cold and I just picked my partner up from the airport, so I could order all the groceries 4+ hours ahead of time! They have a wide range of items we can't find in Springfield.

It's a nice store with good selections. Decent produce, decent meats, good store brands keep the costs down. The lines can be long, usually four deep, but the cashiers are quick. The staff are all quite nice. Good store, overall. We've been using they're To Go program lately and we love it! We do our shopping list on line and then pick it up in the parking lot.

Nice grocery store! I think out of the 3 on West Lebanon on Plainfield Rd. area this is the nicest one. Really clean, up to date, large variety of goods. Priced reasonably.

Two issues: Number 1: This place is likely racist. There are store workers who help customers bag their grocery items at the end of the checkout lanes. Giving them benefit of the doubt, granted there are more checkout lanes than workers who help bagging, I still feel that they selectively help white customers. I'm an asian female who weighs 110 lbs so it is fair to say that I'm far from the most muscular customer of the store. However, over the past 2.5 years I have shopped here (each time I buy 1-2 weeks' worth of groceries, including milk and other liquids), I have only been helped twice. Today, for example, I bought more than $100 groceries including milk yogurt and soda. When I was in line for checkout, the white couple in front of me, who were both bigger than me, who looked very young (grad students or college students with college hoodies on) received help with bagging (of all their grocery items) from a white male store staff. However when it was my turn, the white male store staff walked away to the next lane to help another young white couple. This to me felt intentional and malicious. Problem Number 2: even after the bird flu and the egg prices all over the country already dropped, their cheapest dozen eggs was more than 6 dollars. I mean.... Come on... a dozen of organic eggs at Whole Foods market is less than five dollars now. I feel like they took advantage of the bird flu and jacked up the egg price and refuse to let it come down to normal. How unethical!

Claremont NH branch, best damn cake I have ever had. I would almost get married again just to have this cake. Three layers of the moisted cake and generous amount of the lightest, angel like butter cream frosting. it was amazing.

Typical grocery store. Smaller than most. I'll never figure out why the store layout would put wine on one end of the store and beer on the far end. Do you really think I will be buying more by walking through the store. Doesn't work for me.

Usually a good selection of fresh fruits & veggies. Prices for apples are consistently low, but other items can be more expensive than other stores in the area.Wide variety of meat and fish cuts, as well as deli options.Checkout can be slow depending on when you go. They have four self-checkout kiosks, though they're not large.Staff are always friendly and helpful and happy to check the stockroom if something is missing from the shelves.

Find it's the most cost effective grocery store in Lebanon. Have great veggies & fruit, also really like the bakery. The things that I don't like is the meats are very expensive & the Lebanon store does not do pick up. I'm mobility challenged so would love to have pick up here.

The employees are always attentive and helpful.Prices remain consistently competitive with other supermarkets in the area, and of all of them, this store is my favorite to find quality items, produce, dairy, etc at modest prices. A very pleasant shopping experience.

This store is unfortunately suffering like every supermarket in the Upper Valley, and probably most of the US. Many bare shelves and was stunned at the dairy aisle and how little there was, especially eggs. I give them kudos for doing their best during the Pandemic. The cashiers here are quite efficient and we moved through the checkout line quickly. The meat, fish and deli counters are sufficiently stocked. This is still a great store regardless of all the challenges.

I was there just prior to noon in Enfield NH, one person was inside waiting on an order to go. I selected the original Chicken Bacon Ranch pie, caramelized onions, broccoli, chicken, good quality bacon, and tomato rings... it was fantastic! And I have to say the flavor of this pie was better than the main restaurant in West Lebanon... Roy waited on me, great customer service, and was helpful suggesting a beer to go with the slices...

I have found that each Hannaford location stocks the same brand but different specific items. If I can't find a specific item, an acceptable substitution can be ffound. A fair amount of Vegan options can be found on the shelves, refrigerator & freezer. The bathroom at the New London location had a nice smell of rosemary and was clean and well supplied (toilet paper & soap. One designated male & one female.
