I came here a few minutes before opening and decided to wait only for the manager to come and tell me to leave the property because he thought I was loitering. I explained to him that I was waiting for the store to open so I could do some shopping. He then told me that didn't matter because he was late to open and I was to leave immediately.I still had shopping to do so I moved away from the door into the parking lot.When he did finally open he refused me service saying it was because I didn't leave like he told me to.What kind of person does that to a disabled senior?Family dollar used to be a great place to shop but I'll never go there again!!

Right after I bought a fan that was packaged in a box while I was still in the store right by the register I noticed that the top of the box looked slightly open and mentioned it to the employee. The employee stated "maybe it was used as a display " mind you this is still while this pandemic is still happening. Then when I got it home and pulled the fan out the box I noticed that the fan is used and broken. So I immediately put it back in the box. When I tried to return it the employee wouldn't even stop what she was doing (stocking or whatever, she was not even with a customer) the employee wouldn't even listen to me and hear me out. They just kept repeating to me that they have a no return policy. I felt this employee didn't even want to listen that they sold me a used and broken fan they put on the shelf. I felt that she was acting like she couldn't believe I would be doing this and wanted nothing to do with it. I will no longer be shopping there until this resolved.

It's a typical Family Dollar but could definitely use some updates... It seems a little skeezy... I'm not sure if it's the store's management or the owner of the entire Miracle Mile Plaza complex as the movie theatre in the complex is even worse.

Great store with some really decent prices. The store is always well kept. Staff is always friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

It's a typical Family Dollar. I go there for certain staples that I know they have & at cheaper prices than other retailers. I also found the staff helpful.

Got a bit of everything but the prices are not something to celebrate. Lighting is a bit on the scarce side and cashiers seemed idle.
