I have been happy getting my golden groomed here. Saying "do what you guys did last time" is not advised. Last appointment, they nearly shaved my Golden. I suppose the notes on the card were not great so the person that did it I assume read what setting they used on her feathers then used that all over. I will be much more specific next time.

Eve and her team are awesome! My dog Libby has anxiety and they make her feel right at home. She looks so beautiful when I pick her up!! They are very affordable as well.

When we picked him up, they said something about how he jumped off the table and hit his groin and that he had a bruise there. But he didn't have a bruise, it appeared more like razor burn and it kept getting worse. The vet said it was razor burn that got infected because he kept licking it so much. We ended up with an expensive vet bill for antibiotics and steroids only 6 days after he got groomed.It is a pain to drive all the way to Concord to get groomed but that's what we're going to do from now on. It's bad enough that they did a poor job grooming him, but they lied about it as well. Pathetic.

Affectionate, don’t believe it. Picked my dog up after they groomed him and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know they cut him while clipping his nails. Halfway home I looked in the back seat and there was blood everywhere. I tried to stop the bleeding when I got home and it took at least an hour. Now I have blood on my porch, rug and couch! My poor dog is walking around with a sock on his paw until it heals! When we talked to them the next day they said “sorry, it happens” they are right it does happen but professionals let the owners know when it does happen.

I brought my labradoodle there to get a trim and specifically ask that they not cut her hair short/ shave because if she is cut too short her hair outer fur will not grow back. They cut her body fine but now it looks like she has a bald spot on the top of her head because they cut her hair wrong. So upset because her outer fur will never grow back. Would not recommend going there if you have a dog with a double coat.

My three dogs go to APS, all different breeds and cuts, and they all look great and are treated well. The staff always try to accommodate special needs. I would recommend them highly.
