While trying to get a prescription filled, I was informed by Walgreens staff that a request to refill was faxed to my doctor's office 3 times. I called doctor's office and was given a different fax number. When I called Walgreens, I spoke with a woman who introduced herself as the pharmacist. I gave her the new number and waited a couple days. When I looked on Walgreens website it stated script was filled. When I got there I was told there was no script. I explained about the conversation with the pharmacist and was told by your staff that this pharmacist was just filling in. They also said they were cleaning up a big mess that this woman had left. The pharmacist name was Linda Coate. She did nothing with my script. And your staff telling me about the big mess did not instill confidence in your pharmacy. After a week, I am finally getting my meds.What kind of service is that?

I’ve been shopping here since the day it opened, (20+years?) Now we are attended to in the pharmacy by a freak woman with satanic symbols tattooed all over, wearing satanic symbol jewelry and black finger nail polish. Is it appropriate to have a person who worships the Devil providing medications? Aside from this abhorrent behavior, she was completely incompetent. After being told the prescription would be ready several hours after placing the order, I returned to find three people in the pharmacy leaning and chatting and then told “oh ya, that will be ready in five minutes” and then I was instructed to have a seat. Then to top it off I was sold an additional drug that a did not request.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I won’t shop in the store, crazy expensive! I have always loved my pharmacy, up until lately. ALWAYS different pharmacists now .called about my prescription card Tuesday evening and they were very rude.they gave me a hard time. Went into the pharmacy on Wednesday evening and it was 2 different workers, who were absolutely great. Ever since this Covid stuff started, they’re way too busy for us regular customers !

Terrible and rude customer service. Ordered an online order, clicked the “I’m here” button on the app when I arrived like it told me to, said to go to the photo center which I did. Stood there for 5 min, no one was behind the counter, cashier ignored me. So I walked around the store looking at stuff, went back to the photo counter about 10 min later, waited another few min, then an associate shows up. Can’t find my order, goes to find someone else, this new person is a “lead” it says on her name tag. She finds my order and then starts complaining how I took too long from when I pushed the button to say I was here to when I actually showed up. Continued complaining how they will be in the red now and it will make her and the store look bad! I reminded her that I had been standing there about 15 min ago and no one was there to help me but she could care less about that. Had to again tell me how she’s sick of customers taking so long to pick up items once they check in to the store. So I had to wait almost 20 min to pick up an item that should have taken two min. Don’t even care I didn’t get an apology, just couldn’t believe I got yelled at for something that wasn’t my fault. Never will go to this store again. And if I do, I will be sure to “check in” about half an hour early next time!!!

Nice store with a wide variety of products. Great sales most times saving a decent amount of money. Upper management very knowledgeable However, at this particular location the employees are constantly changing. It seems they keep bringing in younger people with zero customer service knowledge/experience making it difficult to get help if needed. Also more than a handful of times I was blatantly followed around the store giving me the impression that these kids thought I might steal. I get that it's probably hard nowadays to pin point thieves and what not but there are certain guidelines and procedures in place for things of that nature within the workplace that employees are expected to follow. Not entirely sure some of these guys got the memo. Conviently meeting me In every aisle I was in , going out of there way to ask me if I needed help more than 2 times definitely made me feel targeted. Not quite a comfortable shopping trip to say the least.

Been a regular customer for years and in the last year the service in the pharmacy is utterly atrocious. With the COVID shots make a appointment to wait for a hour at least. Will definitely be looking for a more professional pharmacy, would give zero stars if possible bring back employees that actually want to take care of customers

The worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Rude staff. The claim I don't exist in their system and have lost my prescriptions I had forwarded from smiths pharmacy in Heber City Utah. I will never shop a walgrens again.

BEST WALGREENS EVAH!!!! I was very pleased to see a wide selection of giant squishmallows! after driving 35 minutes in hopes of finding some we found two giant ones that were on sale for 10 dollars! (extremely affordable in the squish world iykyk) also not to mention the hot dorky vulnerable guy who was working at the cash register. he was very nice and helped us out greatly! overall the staff was polite, helpful, and offered us such a great deal on our prized squishmallows! thank u walgreens (you are wayyy better than rite aid ever was)

Since I've had my baby, four months old, I've ordered pick up from this store twice to get opened products previously used or expired. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BABY OR YOURSELF, DO NOT SHOP HERE! There is complete neglect by employees and management alike towards the care and safety of babies and others. If I had given my baby these expired and opened products and something had happened, an "I'm sorry" will not cut it if she was hospitalized or something worse happened. If this has happened to anyone else I would be willing to file a lawsuit for neglect and public health and safety concerns, especially during a pandemic, when people are relying more and more on pick up orders to help them through these tough times. ONCE AGAIN, IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND YOURSELF, STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES! THE MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE IF THEY PUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AT RISK!

David was kinda weird. He gave us his whole life story. I think he needs help. Someone help him. He used to have a girlfriend. He needs one to give his squishmallows to his friend thinks he has to many. Don’t bring up when he was 16. That’s a hurtful time.

I have used Walgreens for over 20 years and obviously I was happy with them. Until I moved to this area and made the mistake of using The Laconia Walgreens. Absolute WORST pharmacy. 3 months consecutively messed up my prescriptions, without a concern.

Just left this store, cashier had a bad cough, no mask, seldom covered her mouth! Now that she bagged my items after coughing once into her hand, I'll have to sanitize everything, including the Father's day card.

Laconia nh store refused a artisum and epileptic 9 year old boy his medicine due to his doctor approved it , wouldn’t give him a few of his seizure medicine , and this child has insurance , to get him by till Monday , ridiculous , I don’t use Walgreens myself because of this , this is my grandson, I use CVS and they give emergency medicine even though if they are waiting for the doctor
