I cannot brag enough about how sweet the staff are here. I have moved to the area permanently and this is my go-to shop for self bath and dog treats! Even with a major competitor minutes up the street this is still my go-to.

They really do have everything you may need for your pets needed a surgisuit for my dog after her spay surgery and they had many where the big box stores you would have to buy it online and then wait ..where as they had it in stock that I could buy and take home then and there.A+

Amazing place to go. I went for a whole new tank set up. Service was amazing and with everything I bought I was able to get information for to make sure it fit with my previous fish and new tank. Will be going back for sure for anything I need pet related. Much better service and product quality than bigger stores.

Not positive but most of the employees are teenagers! They do great u as soon as you get in the door. Blown away by with the knowledge these kids have about just about every thing!I bought my kaytee ferret cage there and that also have a great selection of all natural ferret food too! Don't forget to say hello to "Maxine" the blue n gold maccaw!

Went in with a friend, and it's easy to see the animal are *extremely* well taken care of. They have a cat that's 20 years old, and yet still has clean and soft fur, they have a Macaw that's over 30, but has no sign of any scratching or picking at its feathers. The rats and guinea pigs have clean bedding, and lots of it, all of the fish tanks are very clean with no smudging or growth on the glass. I was very, very impressed with the obvious care they put into their store and animals; highly recommend this store.

I have nothing but good things to say! I visited this store from out of state, and I saw a beautiful aquarium set up that I really liked. The owner gave me an excellent deal on the set up and was super helpful with all the questions I had about the different products to buy. Everyone was very friendly, and the staff helped measure my car to make sure it would all fit, and then carried it out and loaded it in my car for me. I was very impressed with the selection they had, and the customer service. If you're in Laconia, I highly recommend stopping by this store! And don't forget to check out the red bellied Piranha!! Thanks for the great service 😃

We have always come here and always will. Even though we moved to Concord, we still drive up. This petstore is worth it. I've bought quality insects for my reptiles, quality feeder rats and mice for my snakes, amazing no grain catfood for my cat, quality fish when I had a fishtank setup. Everything living is very healthy and everything they sell Is high quality. I'm happy we have a petstore this good in NH. The staff was amazing and always made me feel like I was talking to friends or family. And their store mascot, a beautiful cat, is an absolute delight.

I love coming here. I have never had a bad experience. Everytime I come in employees are smiling and ready to help. Very knowledgeable about animals, products they sell, etc. Prices are slightly higher than the big box pet stores, but I'll gladly pay a little extra for the amazing service and products offered here.

We are new customers to Laconia Pet Center and have been really impressed. We only have salt water fish and coral and the staff have been incredibly knowledgeable and appreciative of the business. We met the owner on our first visit and he could not be easier to talk to. The adorable young woman who cashed us out was so pleasant. The last visit a younger guy I believe was named Rick checked in on several times while we were browsing and the happily chatted about coral and supplies. We will be regular customers

Love going here. Staff are friendly and willing to provide information on aquatic plants and fish. Though the fish selection is smaller than what I see at my more local pet store they look healthy almost all the time. Their display tanks are awesome as well. Will continue to come here

I shop here all the time, the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased both Saltwater and Freshwater fish here and have had great luck with both. They are willing to order anything they don't have in Stock and always help me out whenever I run into a snag with one of my tanks.

I am a handicapped senior lady and all I have to do is pull in the parking lot and ask for curbside service. They are always very enthusiastic about helping me. They come to my car, find out what I need even take the payment inside and bring me back out the change or the credit card slip. Locally owned and operated I am more than happy to support this wonderful business. They always go over and above what most businesses would do. Thank you for being in our community.
