One of the best little local spots in the Lakes Region - we stop in a couple times a month. They are only open for lunch - but at that they are experts. Wide selection of sandwiches, not just roast beef — but the best roast beef anywhere. My favorite is the house special in an onion roll, which has both their bbq sauce and horseradish. The horseradish adds interest but isn’t too spicy - just right. I’ve loved everything I’ve ever ordered here. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. Sit at one of the outside tables in the summer!

The house special is the BOMB!!! Absolutely delicious! The owner and his staff are so friendly. Def stop here. You won’t regret it! They even gave our dog a side of roast beef! The Mt Washington sandwich was very very yummy also! We will be back for more in a couple days!

Visited here while we had cruise trip at Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. We tried Big bear sandwich, Trailblazer wrap, chili, coleslaw and Macaroni salad for lunch before boarding. The taste was pretty delicious. Service was good and fast. A nice experience...

First time here and it won't be the last. Hubby had the house roast beef with cheddar cheese, minus BBQ sauce. I had the Bruschetta and cheese on an onion bulkie. Both sandwiches were great. They offer soups and salads, drinks and desserts. Located beside CVS. Great service!

Love this place, we go here all the time and always bring friends and family at least once when they visit us. Tons of sandwich options, most of which can easily be made gluten free. They are knowledgeable about cross-contamination and even have a dedicated toaster for HOT gf sammies! While the gf bread is the same size whether your order a small or large, the large will be absolutely LOADED with fillings- well worth the large size upcharge. (For regular, non-gf breads there are a variety of sizes and options.) Quality roast beef is obviously the draw here, but please dont sleep on the other offerings. And everyone who works here is a peach, especially the owner.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free/celiac friendly

I was excited to try this place based off of the reviews and was super disappointed. We ordered:"The Laker"A warm, tender grilled chicken breast topped with BBQ sauce, melted cheddar cheese and a slice of bacon on a toasted bun.We ended up with a sub roll, barely toasted and McDonalds grade chicken and bacon that literally didn't look like real chicken. Definitely NOT freshly grilled. I called to ask about it and I was just told "ya I don't know what kind of chicken we have". Super grossed out. Definitely wish we went elsewhere especially after how much we spent there!

Although we have lived in the area for more than five years, this is the first time we have tried Jon’s Roast Beef Deli in Laconia NH. The sandwiches were good, and plentiful. We had cold sandwiches and would try hot sandwiches on our next visit which I think will be better. Interesting that a small sandwich shop such as this takes Apple Pay. My conversation with the business owner indicated that he also accepts Bitcoin as payment.

Jon's is absolutely awesome. Every staff member is happy, friendly, kind and puts service first. The food is fresh and everything is made to order. The staff all say "thank you for your business" but I want to say "thank you for being IN BUSINESS and serving great food with great prices"!!! This is our go to spot for subs, soups, salads and all the sides....hands down. (The cookies and brownies are great too). If you are in the Laconia area and need some lunch this is your place!!! Visit and Enjoy!!!!

Bill and his crew are always friendly and respectful. The food is fantastic and never disappoints. When my kids get to pick a place to get a treat, 9/10 times they choose Jon's. The BLT and the House Special are excellent and the homemade peanutbutter cups are out of this world. Go check Jon's out. You won't be disappointed.

Don't think...just go... the house special is the house special for a reason...and It delivers...perfect sub roll, thinly sliced delicious roast beef, covered in homemade sauces, topped with cheese and toasted... I'm often a tinkerer...I like modifying and adding... but I see no need here. It's a perfectly crafted roast beef sandwich. Don't forget to grab a cup of Portuguese sausage soup while youre there, you'll be happy you did.

One of my top 10 sandwich places in all of New England. Generous sandwiches made from a good variety of fresh breads. I've been there a few times where the owner was working the cash register and he is a genuinely friendly guy.

Well, I've eaten here twice, and I can say that the food as well as the service was great. I'm from the south and have a very high expectation for roast beef. These guys know what they're doing. You definitely won't be disappointed here.
