My friend and I went here to get a little snack after dinner. The staff was extremely friendly. The only downfall was that the blizzard seemed extremely melted even though it was cold out and we ate it in the parking lot after we received it. Also, I got the pecan turtle and all it was was chocolate ice cream and a few pecans. Where is the turtle? No chocolate chunks or caramel.Parking: There's normally enough parking but on busy times, the parking lot can get filled very quickly.

Although the Google My Business listing says his place is temporarily closed it is actually op today. On the first 69 degree day this year we had to have some ice cream dessert-tasted great. We drove around the corner to enjoy a lake view while enjoying our ice cream.

I recently did a mobile order. I went to the window that is suppose to be for mobile orders no one acknowledged me. So i hoped back in line told me it would be ready by 8:11 pull up to the window by 8:12 and its still not ready. Once i got the two blizzards the ice cream was melted and one of them didnt come with a spoon. I never write reviews i was just not really happy

Another dairy queen who did not flip the blizzards...if they did it would have run all over the place. Very soft and soggy. We ate them just the same. Not sure why this keeps happening people

Well, ordered and paid for 2 small blizzards at the window. Order came out as one small and one mini! I said they were both supposed to be small. She took it back and returned in a few seconds, all she did was transfer it to a small cup! I knew this because it was melting and didn’t fill the cup! Very poor business practice, will not be returning to this location!

Pretty good ice cream workers and good ice cream y'all have a pretty good additude most of the times my family always goes here late spring and summer except sometimes you guys don't moderate what some workers are doing I have heard people in the drive threw and line up place complaining about additude the ice cream is good here but some workers are way to mean to work here sometimes I wonder why they don't get fired but everything is good but the prices are way to high to buy like the sizes are way to small most times and I could buy a medium size ice cream at happy cow for 6$ at a large size other than that everything is good but if you actually fixed some of those stuff than you would have earned yourself to more stars

I went to Dairy Queen after being told by Dairy Queen that I could bring a box of nerds and they would make me a large nerds blizzard so i went out got my nerds and went and they refused saying its a health hazzard. To who really!!!!! I work with the public everyday and thru the pandemic. Never once did i ever tell a customer that i cant take that from you cause its a health hazzard. Dont say one thing and then go back on it. Terrible customer service.

Did you DQ today? We stopped by an old favorite. I got a mocha-chocolate shake which was delicious. I also ordered a tri-berry smoothie which I was skeptical about, but certainly NOT disappointed! It was fruity all the way through with no hints of ice other than my frozen brain for drinking it too quick! 3 others enjoyed their ice cream too w/o any dissatisfaction. There was a note saying that they would not be serving anything upside down. Sorry! It didn't detract anything from my visit, tho! 😀

Last day of season was today and I really wanted an ice cream, no where did it say they were closing early and always closed at 8:30. We went at 7:30 and we saw 2 girls walking in from what looks like they were either shutting the menu lights off or possibly trash. We sat at the menu for 5 minutes and not once did they answer or at least say they were closed. Really wanted to get one last stop at Dairy Queen before the winter but guess that’s not happening. Not impressed.

We ordered two Blizards of the same size. One barely filled the cup, the other towered over the rim. Seems one of us always gets "more".Tasty, quick window service with a few tables and benches. Also a drive through.

The last few times last year we went and purchased turtle blizzards. When we got home the blizzards were not mixed all the way to the bottom, leaving just vanilla ice cream. For the price they need better quality control or training of employees. I mentioned the error the next time I went in, but there was not any way of proving it.

Coupon reader couldn’t work and that’s the only reason why I went there. Asked if there was a way to manually take it and they would not do it. If it’s on their end and the coupon wouldn’t work, I would like to think they would offer some kind of discount! Any place is cheaper around here for ice cream. Always busy and parking is a mess. Will not go back.

Went last night 5/15. They messed up my order so I went back. Young lady gave me attitude and redid my suppose to be medium hot fudge sundaes to small instead. Didn't find out until i made my 2nd trip home. We are local and loyal customers. Didn't appreciate the service.

Service was not that friendly for an ice cream shop. The serving size of the ice cream is very small for what you pay. I would suggest Happy Cow they give you a good serving size for the price that you pay and their service isn't way more friendly to children

Where to even begin? Soupy blizzards, cold hotdogs, the owner Mike Merrill is the rudest, most unprofessional human I've ever met. Yells at his employees, has anger issues and feels like he can talk to his employees anyway he would like, confirmed by multiple former and current employees. I will never go to any dairy queen again if that's how an owner of one can act. Good things there are multiple ice creams shops up the street that actually care about there employees and customers.

My four year old son needed to use the restroom or he was going to pee himself. The manager refused. Not a very family friendly thing to do, not to mention it is against the law. All places where the business of serving food to the public is conducted shall be equipped with toilet and lavatory facilities convenient of access for the use of patrons. Separate toilet rooms for each sex shall be provided for patrons of any restaurant designed to seat 25 or more patrons at one time or for patrons of any food establishment where alcoholic beverages are served. Wasn't aware this was a limited menu DQ... They done have a grill and they do not serve burgers here. Ice cream was awesome though!
