The women Courtney who works there has a very poor attitude and is very rude to customers. Will never go back to this store. Such a shame I stop there every single day after work and have had such a good experience until we ran into Courtney today. Even asking for her name so we could call and complain she flipped out and said she’s calling the police for stalking ? Very uncomfortable experience. Hope your day gets better Courtney.

I have recently walked to this circle k at 6:32 pm in freezing cold temperatures 21 degrees and the door was locked. This been happening often lately. Especially when I walk a very long distance just to go to this store because of the deals and the ice cream drinks but now I walked out of my way to go here to a locked door ao now need to walk back towards town where all the stores are opened and the doors aren't lock during opened hours. I feel like there is something that someone can post saying it's closed so people that don't drive or came to this store on break and now no smokes because the cane here and need yo get back towards work

I do love this store and it’s the only place I get gas but I rated it 4 stars because of 2 young women employees. 1 especially should notbe in customer service.She treated me very badly and threatened to call the LPD and have me removed from the store.All because I was in the bathroom more than 5 minutes!!! If it wasn’t for this rude, disrespectful and obnoxious employee I would’ve given this Circle K five stars.

Currently(10/30/2021) Circle K is the "convenience store," open the latest in Laconia. They close at 11pm. I went in tonight for 2 small items(a drink and something behind the counter) at 10:55pm. Clerk checking someone out immediately yelled, "we're closed. I'm finishing him and locking up." Cool...early? I get it; it's late. I don't want to be the 10:59 customer. But I knew the time, what I wanted, and it could have easily been done in less than a minute. Will make sure in the future, to make it to another "convenient store" earlier.

They are closed early. Again. It’s not even 10:45pm. Several times a week they close early, you can call ahead to ask what time they close that night and they’ll snarkily say, “It depends on if my relief shows up in an hour”, then less than 15 minutes later they’re closed and he’s already walking to the street hollering at someone down the block to wait up. This is not the kind of weather in which to be pulling such unprofessional and selfish behaviors. “Convenience” is not at all accurate, nor is 24-hours. I understand staffing issues, but this is clearly a staff issue.

I luv this store out of all the circle Ks the bakery items are made perfect they are never hard and stale and I was reading a couple comments about workers having attitude problem unless you worked behind the register you have no idea it takes some sort of patience so be easy I always crack some kind of jerk joke about us jerk costumers they laugh and everything's good

Great selection of food and drink items to buy, including unsweetened Brisk iced tea from the soda fountain. Most locations around here don't have it. If you haven't taken advantage of the Sip and Save program, you should definitely do so if you're out and about a lot. You'll get one free fountain drink or coffee each day for a month for $5.99.

Worst store in the area. Had an issue today with a broken air pump so after they refused to give a refund for the money i lost i posted on Facebook just warning others that the pump was broken and not to waste money and a worker came into the post calling my wife a liar and deeming us a karens even though all we did was leave after they said no refund and warned others it was broken... absolutely not an ok way to treat customers.

Covid is over with. Why is this store open until 8pm only. Especially when the website says 24 hours?Just last month it was open until midnight all month.

Wow, great staff and service rite now. Not easy to keep laconia claen and you are doing a fantastic job. Coffee is hot and fresh and great as well as the food.
