An ableist pharmacist named Tom decided he knew more about my wife’s health/disability than her doctor and refused to fill one of her medications citing ‘You need to start on a lower dose’, despite acknowledging that she had already been on this dose. My wife’s doctor was disgusted and sent the prescription to CVS instead, who had no difficulty filling it.

This location used to be my favorite. It has declined dramatically over the last two years. Staff roll over is high. It seems like their high standards left with the previous employees. The store isn't as clean as it used to be, the staff at the pharmacy seem less knowledgeable and the environment just isn't the same. I miss the pharmacist that knew us and was more personable. I miss the friendly associates. There doesn't appear to be much pride left. We were appalled to see the cooler during our visit last week, it was disgusting and extremely unsanitary. We are considering changing pharmacies after almost a decade. Sad.

Come here almost daily. Just left and there was a large line of customers to check out. The young female associate with the brown hair allowed a man with gift cards to cut the line to check out even though I said that he was cutting the line. Not impressed.

The absolute worst rite aid pharmacy. I swore after my son was hospitalized at 18 months because they're refusal to serve me do to a personal conflict with one of the techs, that I would never come back here. But of course they are the only pharmacy that has the neb my baby needs I had to. 3 hours after I verified they had what I needed and 2 hours after my ped called in the script, I come to get it. Guess what... sorry we need 20 mins!! My son needs a breathing treatment and I'm looking at the machine but nope can't have it. Come back later.

I walked in at 8am sharp today for a medication that was due for refill today. The pharmacist was very pleasant, filled the medicine and I walked out before 8:10

Total incompetence. I will not ever have a prescription filled by these boneheads ever again.2 days of saying we have it or it will be in and still aren't capable of calling when it's not.

Store is fine. The pharmacy is horrible since they changed staff. Switched pharmacies today. Messing up medications is dangerous.

They have THE slowest cashiers in history. Don't expect to go in there and pick up one item QUICKLY. It'll never happen.
