I went in to buy a unit because im trying to quit smoking. The gentleman who waited on me was not very pleasant. Every time I ask him a question, he made me feel like I was irritating him, like I should know the answer or something. It seemed like I was bothering him or something. The unit I bought itself is good, though It took me an hour to figure out how to use it he never bothered to explain it. Overall, if that gentleman is there in the future, when I go in, i'm just leaving. I will go somewhere else to buy my vape juice, or if I need a vape unit in the future. The thing that bothered me the most was that I was the only customer at the time, so it wasn't like he was busy or something.

Best place in keene for anything vape related, everywhere else is overpriced!! Just picked up my favorite juice today, Blueberry By The Pound, some Lunar Harvest and some Falcon coils ($5 apiece or 3 for $12). First time trying Lunar Harvest but so far I'm in love!!! ❤❤❤❤ I'll never go anywhere else again!! 😁😁😁😁

Solid selection of juices. Knowledgeable and approachable staff. They have a nice bar type set up for pulling up a seat and reviewing products to figure out what suits your needs best. They also have created a really nice ambiance with places to lounge and zero pressure ever. As an added bonus their rewards program actually translates into free merchandise quick. Extremely happy with my Breeze II. All around really glad to have them in town.

I'm lucky to have stumbled upon Monadnock Vapor, and it has been my go-to shop since I relocated to the area. They have ample knowledge about all of their vast selection of well-priced products, and even during the COVID pandemic preventing customers from physically entering the store, they personally cater to customers with personal care and satisfaction in mind over the phone to ensure the safety and fulfillment of every order to exceed expectations. Their curbside pickup method is also fast and easy, making the process all the more convenient.I'm extremely grateful to the staff of Monadnock Vapor for their compassion and consideration as a business, and beyond impressed by their sales knowledge given the wide array of products and juices they carry. Their prices are unbeatable in the area, and, above all else, so is their customer service. I return to this business not only for the quality and range of product and pricing, but also for the professionalism and helpful nature of the friendly employees who ensure the happiness of all those who patronize their store.

Great place to get vape juice and honestly the only place around that is a true vape shop, who actually knows their stuff! I drive 45 mins (since in another state) to this shop, load up (only because of the drive) each time I make the trip - which is a couple times a month!Great service, great pricing and rewards. Only shop I know that has what I am always looking for!Appreciate the great service Monadnock!

Monadnock vapor still has a good selection of $10.00 clearance salt juice. Their products cost 3/4-1/2 of the competition. I use their App card & I'm always getting free product. It's so worth it. The App is also so simple. The staff are amazing. They remember when I 1st started using a vape! They are amazing at recommending flavors for you, as they know what you usually purchase. I will never go any where else! #1 VAPE STORE IN N.H.!!! While organizing to continue downsizing, I located about 10 different vapes. I even have vapes that I never used due to I was not able to put tanks together. The staff volunteered to assist me now that I'd located all parts. I believe this would be a time consuming task. I'm sure it's a lot easier for them. Monadnock Vape in Keene has very educated, friendly & patient staff. I always laugh & make them laugh with every visit. The prices have remained steady while all others are increasing. I can't recommend Monadnock Vape enough. If you've never been, go. They will answer all your questions.

Great place. The workers are the best personable and helpful. I've had a really excellent experience here. I'm hoping they'll stock an eliquid I like because online Vape sales are being federally banned at the end of March.That's not cool at all. We are going to really depend on our local vape shops. Only retail can purchase online.

Their selection is unmatched, their point system is terrific and worth while and the employees are knowledgeable and laid back. They'll know what you want without you having to go through the store trying to figure it out yourself. Every time they have recommended something to me they have been correct. Great service. I went to purchase my first vape stuff on Saturday and the guy behind the counter did a great job explaining everything from juices, to coils, to all the other stuff that was new to me. Didnt feel like he was pulling a 'used car salesmen' on me and knew his stuff. Knowledgeable and friendly people.Definitely going back there in the future.

This is the best vape shop in Keene hands down. Great staff, very helpful and non judgemental towards someone like me who isn't super into the vape scene. They help me out every time. Great selection of all kinds of devices and liquids. High quality stuff. I just wish they had prices on the liquids as I spent way more than I had budgeted for on some Key Lime juice (amazing) without knowing it until I checked out. At the same time it was worth the price. I just didn't really have that kind of money to spend on that this week. Y'all definitely have a loyal returning customer in me. There was a cool dog there today as well.

A great selection of juices & Mods. Spot on the recommendation of juice with the flavor profile I gave then. On our last trip to Keene (downstate New Yorkers) I really needed a new mod as I have a tendency to drop or fall with mod in hand, so I normally have to get a new one every yr or so - they recommended a Aegis Geek Vape mod that will survive the beating I tend to give them :) Super friendly staff & they're great for having a lil music chat with!

I've been going there since they opened for everything vapor, they helped me quit smoking cigarettes after 20+ years of smoking a pack a day. 😊It's a very comfortable environment for all ages (above the legal age of course) and they are very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. Also, they have a rewards system that moves really fast towards free things, like big bottles of juice. They run a lot of sales and will send you a text to alert you about one if you want them to.These guys are great, and they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend Monadnock Vapor to anyone looking for a nice vape shop in a clean, relaxing, friendly atmosphere. 😁

I drove all the way from Massachusetts’s to get here and my GOD I’m so HAPPY I DID.The gentlemen working behind the counter was so helpful, immediately knew what coils I was looking for and needed, kindly helped me pick out new flavours and didn’t get the least bit annoyed that I was standing there like a deer in headlights unable to choose an E-Juice. Has no problem answering my questions about why my vape was too hot and was really friendly and chatted with me when I started rambling cause of my anxiety 😂 Prices are cheaper than anywhere I’ve ever seen and I would ABSOLUTELY drive the 2.5 hours again to go here. Would 10/10 recommend going here for your vape needs & I 100% will be going back for anything else I need in the future. If you’re the dude who sold the goth girl TFV10 coils for my MAG is reading this, you deserve a raise. Thankyou for making my experience so pleasant. ⭐️

Okay this is definitely one of the best vape shops I've been in. I went in for a new tank, the staff was knowledgeable, helped me out quite a bit, but did not push any other products. The store has a very relaxed environment.Also, I went in a day later for a USB charging cable that I'd lost and they gave me a new one for free. Awesome place.

I have been coming here since they opened. I started with no knowledge of the products but they were great! The couple times over the years somthing went wrong with equipment due to manufacturers error they completely took care of me immediately with care and understanding. These guys that work here are amazing! I would recomend them to anyone who's been at it a while or new to vaping... good peeps!

The selection of juices as well as hardware never leaves me wanting,and if you are unsure of any detail just ask, and you will be promptly enlightened. Most of all, on a personal note, I am a service connected veteran of the Iraq war. Not only have I been personally thanked by the owner, but they give all of us with a va Id a 20% discount on everything across the board! Always helpful. Boys that work here are on top of things and are there to help you find what you need. Many juices and salts to choose from and devices. I think the best in Keene. I like the rewards program also they have. I have gotten a lot of free items for shopping here.

I used to recommend this place highly. Their liquid selection is great. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Some staff are very friendly while others can be very rude and snarky. Don't let my bad experience be the judge go for yourself a few times and you'll understand. With so many new vape shops opening up it should be imperative to have amazing customer service, however they missed the mark.
