A dirty mess in thier and poor staff. who doesn't care about customers and found it all a joke when confronted. had trash on the floors out back where food is being made and even the lobby as well as checkout was dirty,lettuce all over the counters and food. just no class whatsoever. I highly wouldn't recommend coming, if they can't take things seriously and not laugh at customers as well as not caring that the environment is nasty. Then it's not a place I'd want to eat from and it's a shame because jersey Mike's as a chain is great. but due to that me and two of the people I was with walked out and cancelled our orders.

Good sandwiches enjoyed by all 4 of us. The guy who was the main sandwich maker did a good job and was patient with us since my wife and daughter had never been to JMS before so they didn't know their process of building their sandwich. He did a good job and was pretty much training some of his help at the same time. I had the #14 with everything but the banana peppers.

Great food. However, the service can be terrible. I don't know how money times I get a sub that has onions on it and I specifically state to not have onions on my sub in the comments section. Also, everytime I order extra meat, I either don't get extra meat, a sliver of extra meat, or once in a blue moon a lot of extra meet. I finally complained via email but I have received no response in return. How can service fall so short on a consistent basis? Now management appears to be falling short.

A pleasant sub shop to stop by for some delicious subs.We stopped by here today to enjoy some good subs and what better place to have a sub than "Jersey Mike's Sub's"Here at this location you will find a friendly staff and great food. Your choice you can dine in or just grab your order and go.We decided to try their "original Italian sub", also their "Big kahuna Philly cheese steak"They we're prepared perfectly and tasted just as good.We definitely enjoyed ourselves here and plan to return and try something else off of their menu.I would recommend you try their " original Italian sub"Thanks and have a wonderful day! 👍😃

I worked at the Keene location for 3 weeks until I walked out. I was working with another employee in the back when we witnessed Gabi the manager pull out a huge piece of meat out of the already full trash put it on the disgusting sink then wrap it and put it in the walkin to reuse. The following day the employee I was working with went in and threw it back out. I was forced to use rotten brown lettuce in the back for online orders. The young kids that work there help themselves to the bacon with no gloves on. The pans that the bread is on in the front of the store was never washed while I was there. They let one of their employees come in early before opening and he helps himself to the steak and makes his own steak grinder. Everyone uses the register so no one knows who steals money out of it. One of the younger kids one day in front of customers took bread and made it look like it was talking saying time to make the grinders. I've seen rotten tomatoes be used as well on grinders. state laws says 5 hours you are entitled to a half hour lunch break that does not happen I worked 7 hours one day without a lunch when asked to go i was told no that i had to wait. They treat people like they don't know what there doing.

I love Jersey Mike's, but this place has to go! The day shift is COMPLETELY disorganized! Line out the door with one person making subs. The other three people just getting in the way.If you must have a sub, I suggest ordering online.

I can be very picky about my food. So I decided while in Keene to try Jersey Mike's. The staff was very friendly each asked if I needed help while looking at the menu board. Step by step they cut the meats. Asked if I wanted certain condiments or more. The staff was great. Now the food. The bread the Rosemary cheese bread (sorry forgot the actual name) had a nice flavor. The meats & cheese freshly cut have a better taste when you bite into them. The tomatoes were freshly cut (could tell with a bite. The skin still had snap to it. But, to me the final perfect touch was the vinegar and oil. So many places use cheap vinegar or a white wine vinegar and a cheap oil. Oooohhh! But, the Red Wine Vinegar and Olive Oil they use with the Oregano, salt, & pepper actually makes the sub so perfect!So overall it is a 5 stars!

Best sub shop in the area. This place is run like a well-oil machine. They treat their customers with respect. They also make a right if they make a mistake. This is all my leadership of the manager. I believe his name is Sebastian. Just want to give you a shout out. I know I said I would give you one but I haven't had much time considering all the bad experiences at other places I've had to give reviews on but this place says what they do does what they say and I appreciate them. My fiance and I regularly have Jersey Mikes as our sub stop. Yesterday was the first time we both encountered disappointment with our sandwiches. I ordered ahead for pickup. 1 LG steak and cheese and 1 REG BLT. When the steak and cheese was unwrapped we were greeted with a cheesy mess. I understand steak and cheese subs are not the neatest; but historically we didn't encounter this mess before. The BLT was the worst. The bacon was cold and rock hard. The worst thing was it was inedible. I picked out 3/4 of the bacon they gave me.. very sad.

Loved my sandwich it is very impressive that the young staff could keep up with such a high demand at lunch today. One young lady that stood out to me was Pairs. She was so polite. Had a stressful situation and she handled it very mature. You have some great front line employees

Food is usually a ten until I found out what I was eating. Soy and other gross chemicals in the meat , bread and cheese . Just like all the other food chains. Disapointed. Thought this place was different and being more of a healthy choice. Just a different presentation. Soy and the other chemicals out in the food just cause cancer and soy is filled with estrogen. No thanks . I'll save my money .

I use to live in Jersey and this sub is one of my favorites ever. I was waiting for the store to open so I could get some Sandwich for the roadSomebody came to me with a black Chevy pick up truck. The best sub shop I've ever eaten in. They offer a mini sub which is just perfect. Everything cut fresh right in front of you!! Excellent since eating at jersey mikes they are the only sub shop I'll eat at now. Absolutely deliciousWent today 5/4 for a mini sub. It was excellent. Their food is always fresh. Made to order!! This was very good after traveling for 6 hour's. I had a large steak and cheese sub, and my wife had a chicken and bacon small sub. We really enjoyed this. Should be more Jersey Mike's closer to our area. I give a thumbs up to this place. 👍

Soon as I stepped in the door I felt welcomed in a great atmosphere. The music was good, the team behind the counter was perfect, from taking my order and asking detailed questions, preparing the sandwich, asking what toppings I would like (I had the turkey club Mike’s way, was Delicious) to ringing me up and finally bagging my sandwich. Asking me if I’d like something to drink, all was done well. Besides the ingredients were very fresh and the sub was assembled perfectly. Super helpful and friendly staff, who took the time to explain details to me as this was my second time there. Bread was freshly baked, and absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside and delightfully soft inside. Roast beef was sliced right there! I only gave 4 stars, cuz it was a little dry, but I wondered if maybe the cut is just cooked longer than I prefer? I like roast beef to be a little more juicy. Veggies were fresh, and generously piled on! I will have to remember to go here more often!

The place was very slow as there was only one other person inside when we arrived. The subs were good and the bread was fresh and I have no complaints about the food. The dining area and floor were disgusting, food all over the tables and floors and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It was gross and completely unsanitary. I just hope the area that the food was prepared in wasn't as disgusting as the dining area was. The place had kids working the counters and apparently have never been taught what a broom is.

Coworker recommended this shop and I'm glad they did. This is definitely one of the better sandwich shops in New Hampshire, which is sad to say considering it's a chain. I've had a bunch of their different sandwiches at this point and they have all been very good. The Italian is pretty spot on from anything you would get around Philly or NJ. I would definitely recommend to anybody who wants to get a hoagie around this area.

Incredible subs - done the RIGHT way!! Perfect portions & full of fresh, delicious goodness. We got the BLT, done Mike's way with oil, vinegar, and dried herbs. Also the Philly Steak & Cheese, cooked to perfection with the cheese all melted in-full of deliciousness!! Service was great, young happy folk. Highly highly recommend this gem in Keene, NH.
