Went to these guys for gear after purchasing my first bike. Great selection of helmets, gloves, jackets etc. They have a good sanitization policy to keep gear clean, and they were very accommodating when I needed to swap out gear that didn't fit quite right.

Excellent customer service. Doug took his time helping me purchase the correct helmet and educating me on all of its features. Pricing was good.Staff was outgoing- I also lost my Hawaiian sapphire and diamond earrings while in the shop... needle in a haystack to find and they went out of their way to find it and did!!!! Thank you guys!!!!

Up from Texas for the summer and needed a general tune up on my victory. These guys are great they went over everything they did with me and were very thorough with my bike. Of course my bikes like my baby so noticed the care he was taking of it. Got me in within a week of when I called, the owner even offered to show me how to use some products I picked up and to give me a ride back for the drop off, and I live 30 minutes away from this shop. Seems like guy who genuinely likes bikes and everything that comes with them. 10/10

I brought my Suzuki there for a carburetor rebuild and a tank clean. It took them over 2 weeks before they would even look at it. They originally claimed they had all the parts they needed to do the rebuild but as time went on they kept pushing back the promised finish date. Finally after a bit over a MONTH they say my bike is done. I attempted to drive my bike home thinking it will be okay but I was wrong. I only made it 1/2 a mile down the road and it was running like garbage. I brought it back and they fixed it again. Since then the bike is running good now. But overall I wouldn't really recommend this place for big jobs if you want it done quickly.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP-OFF!!! Brought our bike in for two very simple and very cheap fixes, all of which were supposed to take a few days. Weeks went by of us calling them repeatedly with no answer just for them to finally tell us that it wasn’t ready because they had broken parts and had to order new ones to fix it. All in all it took a month and they charged us for their mistake and the parts THEY BROKE, did unnecessary work that was not discussed, and up charged us for a RADIO bringing our total to 6x the expected amount. They refused to work with us and even got defensive.I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR BIKE TO THIS PLACE. They do whatever they please and then don’t even take responsibility, you’re better off taking it ANYWHERE ELSE. I would give it 0 stars if it were possible. Save your time and money and keep looking.

This is by far the rudest and most unprofessional business let alone bike shop I have ever been to. I was asking for an update and I was hung up on! I asked if this is typical customer service and they blamed me. I am paying them to repair my bike, not be insulted. Read the response to the review from Mr. Dillon Froias, It was his fault. I am a combat veteran here to warn my brothers and sisters, keep away!!

I was on vacation and needed to replace my rear tire. I gave the employee or owner, not sure which, the tire size that I needed over the phone. I went in and waited 2.5 hours, and he then came to me and said that he got the wrong tire size. I told him just put a tire on that will fit the bike. A few minutes later he asks me to look at something. I go back where the bike is and he shows me I need to replace the pads. I ask if they have them can they do it while it was apart. Well they didn’t have them. When I went to install the pads the that I got from somewhere else next day. I found that 1 of the caliper bolts was backed out about half way. I was fine with the work up until this. This mistake that was made could have cost me my wife’s and my life if that caliper came off. I would NOT go back there because of this.

careful they have no return policy. so even if staff push selling and charging you for a part then tells you its not even in stock you're stuck. icing on the cake was paying $2 and change more for the same exact oil 2 Days later because they got in a new shipment and that's how much it went up just because of the new shipment on multiple products. act like they're good local company just trying to make it by not looking to screw over other locals and what happens at least I know Walmart's going to screw me

I called on a Monday @ 4:15pm asking about gettin a tire changed on my 2006 Honda VTX 1300R. They said "bring it tonight and it will be done tomorrow. When i got there to drop it off they offered a ride home (I live 25 miles away). They changed my tire and made some minor adjustments. These guys are the real deal, their knowledge is surpassed only by their service. In an age where so many bike shops don't care about customers, and do the minimum, these guys stand out and are a gem!! Thanks Doug and crew!!!

Brought my bike in multiple times. New bike owner and bought my first, albeit not very nice, bike. And the staff here had helped me tremendously with getting it all set up and able to pass inspection. Even with loading and unloading it as I couldn't drive it yet. Even took the time to explain to me everything that was wrong and needed work. I didn't feel like I was ever talked down to or taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. Each of the staff I have interacted with has been very nice and very helpful.

Have been in here a few times browsing and bought once probably closer to a year ago than six months now. The selection of firearms was not terrible and the counter was 100% focused on customers. Prices on firearms were on the less competitive side and they were not willing to budge so I was a little disappointed there. I understand times are tough in the 2A community right now so I didn't really press the issue. Overall a good customer experience.

My visit was a positive one, Doug helped me with a firearm of my choosing (xds/9) it was not in stock but could be ordered pronto. He gave a quote on it and I feel it was a fair price as well. Unfortunately I had to back off the deal, financial reasons on my part. I do believe, he and the dealer are straight up people and when the wallet allows they will have my patronage.

Went here to look for a firearm. Met the owner, Doug who was very pleasant, and more than willing to help me. After researching and finding my item with a lot of nice conversation, Doug ordered my item. Went to pick it up yesterday and again, Doug was AWESOME! We chatted, had fun, and I felt as if I were a long lost friend. Met Doug's helper who was just as friendly!I HIGHLY recommend ATM in Keene for friendly courteous service.See you soon.Thank youSteve

We have a Harley with a California sidecar trike conversion kit that had a broken shock. Called and talked with Doug, Made an appointment to get it repaired and serviced. What great customer service and communication. Drove 4 hours to drop off the trike. He even let us store our trailer they. The best service we have had in a great while. Kept us informed on every step of the repair. Yes we have found a new shop for service and was worth the 4 hour drive. Thanks to the staff and Doug we will be back

Excellent staff and very educated. I'm a regular customer here and every time I go in everyone is always very friendly. Anytime I have questions about something they either have an answer or they figure it out. The quality of the products and their customer service is outstanding.

Lots of inventory to choose from and help available. Everyone was very friendly. Place is a little tight and has a bit of a "junk shop" feel to it, but don't let that dissuade you from checking it out!

My father recently brought his R1 into this place for an oil change and had also ordered some extra parts that aren't necessarily needed but he wanted to tune up the bike. Since the weather has been so nice he wanted to go and pick up the bike until the parts came in so he could enjoy riding it. When he called (on speakerphone) he spoke with Doug, who couldn't tell him when the parts were going to be in and to me sounded very annoyed and barked at him that these were genuine Yamaha parts. Not sure what that has to do with the amount of shipping time but my dad told him he wanted to come and pick up the bike and asked how much he owed for the services already rendered. Doug told him there was no way to know that. My father asked him to just add up whatever work was completed and give him the bill for it. After a long sigh and some shuffling and more utterances of how this task was apparently beyond his mental capacity, he hung up on my dad. My dad called him back and asked why he hung up on him. Doug told him, "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! I have a meeting to go to later." Like my dad was asking for the blueprints to a space shuttle or something and refused to give him an estimate. Completely uncalled for and unreasonable. We are just going to pick up the bike tomorrow, hopefully 24 hours is enough time for him to learn how to subtract.

Very disappointed with the service and communication ☹️I called to have new tires put on my dirtbike and my main question which I asked 3 times, was how much is it to replace dirtbke tires. All three times over the phone I was told $25 per tire. So I headed down to the shop to do so, very polite and I got in quick. I provided my own brand new tires and once again asked to make sure the price was $25 per tire, and was again assured it was $25 per tire. So I dropped them off and I was contacted about 3 hours later that they were done, for a busy shop that’s pretty good. But when I was handed the bill I was furious! $201.62!!! I was charged $25 per tire, $85 in labor and another $65 for heavy duty tubes and rim strips that I did not ask for!!There was no discussion about anything other than changing over the tires which I was assured multiple times would be $25 a tire. I asked why I received new heavy duty tubes and rim strips and I was told they were heavily corroded and were dangerous, so I asked for them back so I could inspect them myself, the rear valve stem had surface rust and was easily cleaned with a wire brush. This was all last season and I’ve just replaced my rear tire myself and I was horrified by the mess I found in my rim. The “HD” rim strip was a cut peace of an old tube and was torn along with the HD tube that was permanently deformed because it was placed underneath the rim lock!! If it was not a HD tube it would have definitely popped.I cannot recommend ATM for tire service. But if you must, make sure to have a full conversation about there process and all out-the-door charges and inspect there work after if possible!!

Great customer support located exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. The time spent by Doug and his staff greatly exceeded my expectations. They have earned my business and will be my go-to dealer of choice.

I started going here a while ago purchasing some dirt bike parts, a helmet and other odds and ends. I got a few oil changes and a new tire and this year got a full tune up. Everything was explained prior to me bringing the bike in and then in full detail when picking it up.I have read a few negative remarks on here but in my experience this place has excellent service and very helpful employees. I would recommend it to others if asked.

Summary:charged me $120 to replace a $13 rear tire tube on my motorcycle. They either damaged or replaced my rear sprocket with an old beat up sprocket. The owner met me in the parking lot and told me off because i complained about my experience to the guy behind the counter.Whole story to the best of my recollection:Had a flat tire on my motorcycle while driving into Keene. Because American trike was the only motorcycle shop I could find in Keene, I dropped it off with them in the morning. They said they would be happy to fix the flat tire that day. They called me after looking at the flat and told me the tube needed to be replaced and the tire was fine. When the bike was ready, they called me to say the bill was $127.00. They proceeded to tell me that my rear sprocket also needed to be replaced. When I told them that the sprocket was only 1 year old and couldn't possibly need to be replaced, they told me I would need to sign a waiver because the sprocket was dangerously damaged. When I picked up the bike, I saw that the rear sprocket was not only badly worn, but prongs were actually broken off. I went in to pay the bill and told the guy behind the counter that not only did they rip me off by charging 120 for a $13 tube, they also either damaged or replaced my rear sprocket with an old broken one. When I went outside the building to drive my motorcycle home, the owner (I believe his name was Doug) came out after me. When I put my hand out to introduce myself he said I don't want to shake your hand. He then began telling me off! I pointed out the fact that not only were the chain and sprocket only one year old but the front sprocket still looked new. I also explained that charging a person $120 to replace a rear tire tube that only cost $13 was robbery. I had no choice but to pay these people, but hopefully this review will save someone else from ending up in the same situation. I should have read the reviews of this place before letting them touch my bike. There appear to be many others who have shared my bad experience.

Biggest rip off in the area. The owner is a con artist. After looking over my bill they charged 30% over MSRP on parts. Avoid the dumpster fire at all costs. The repair of the rear carrier and bearings lasted a year. I finely got around to ordering the parts from Troy powersports referenced the part numbers and unfolded the price gouging. Stay away. Secondly I told them at the time of my needed repair what I wanted and needed done. Later found a diag charge on my bill of $44.84, $12.85 to test my battery which was near new and many other charges right down to setting my tire pressure. They charge you for chain wax being $9.95 which is $6.96 a can and maybe uses 1/10th of it. Unless you want to get burned seek another option.

I just paid 500$ to reconnect the factory hand switches on a 20 yr old bike. 150$ a side! And a whole array of things I didn't ask for and were never discussed. the hand switches work (for the money they should make me levitate), but now my headlight doesn't work. I got a whole shpiel about how fancy the sauder job was, and that's all wonderful, but now I have to tear into it to fix my headlight, a problem that never existed before. This invoice is a the stuff of legends. Charging extensions, spark plugs ect. All I wanted was the switches to work on my old bike. This trip broke me financially. They made sure to blame faulty wiring on the invoice, that faulty wiring got that bike to over 50,000 miles. UPDATE- I've had the bike back for about two weeks now maybe a little less. I have had nothing but problems from a bike that I never had a single problem with before. I wish I could list everything, but there is no time. One great example is having to change out my speedo cable because it was so badly crushed under the tank that it kinked. That's right boys n girls, a "reputable" shop sent me out with no.speedo, half my dash lights, no headlight at all, I had to tear the bike apart to make it road worthy again. These fuys are parts swappers at best, if you love yr bike drive directly past this money grab of an establishment. I'm sure the excuses are coming, but there are none. As a contractor if did this kind of work I'd not only end up n court, I'd hand up my tools because I would not be able to live with taking advantage of the trust of my customers. I am very angry.
