My dog loves this store!Well stocked with pet and farm supplies.I think that the garden center isn't as well stocked, but there seems to be more of a focus on house plants than outdoor plants.The staff aren't the friendliest, and the restrooms aren't that clean for the volume of use.

Very nice selection of plants, but Barry, the cashier that checked us out, was very rude. It’s Mother’s Day and my mom was excited to get some new plants. We went there, grabbed a few more, and she asked at the register about the soil out back. He wasn’t welcoming to begin with, but made it seem like we asked the world of him by simply requesting to order some soil. We’ve gone to this store for years and usually have a decent experience, but the way he made us feel was unacceptable. I’ve worked in customer service for years and no matter how stressful the job gets, you should be treating each person that comes through with kindness.

Always has a ton of great products and the staff are very knowledgeable but in the spring and summer I always feel like they are short staffed. Nobody is available to help simply cause they are all running around helping other customers or stocking shelves. But the prices are decent and the selection isn't bad.

So I showed up and felt like I was a total burden to the staff. I walked in and asked to have two propane tanks filled and got "I knew you were gonna ask for that." The associate then tossed my debit card back at me. I totally get that everyone is short staffed and that employees are asked to do a lot more. I don't mind waiting longer or is places are short staffed. The bottom line is that I just don't want to be treated like a burden. I don't think I'll be back to this location.

Not a bad store. The prices could be better though. They have a nice selection, but some of their prices are just crazy. I would go back to look, but you have to be careful what you buy.

I have to say - I grew up near a wonderful Agway location, which is why this location in particular leaves such a bitter taste in my mouth. While they offer products that are convenient for home, garden, and pet care needs without having to drive far from my home, anyone who shops here must pay close attention to the true value of what they're buying. Achille's Agway seems to have prices inflated on so many of their items unnecessarily, leaving it difficult to make a decision as to what's worth it and what isn't for the money - while there may be a few good deals, you'll need to sift through a lot of other, overpriced options to find them.If this was the only issue, I'd probably overlook it and shop here anyways, but only for the things I knew they had for good prices. Unfortunately, this Agway in particular also has two other MAJOR faults that make me more than happy to drive the extra distance to buy whatever I would need from them elsewhere. Firstly, their product freshness is nonexistent. The number of near-death, ill-looking plants I've seen in there with full price stickers on them disgusts me because of the rampant overpricing. The products aren't even kept fresh or cared for to be worth the extra money. Second, the customer service at this location is arguably some of the most arrogant, careless, and shockingly ill-informed about their own products. They treat you with a condescending tone for asking questions, and often do not know the answer, or make suggestions based on the item that is highest priced. The staff is all incredible terse and harsh, and their helpfulness is beside nothing when compared to their belittling attitudes and lack of wisdom about their largely ill-kept, overpriced products.

Unfortunately the garden center is not up to its normal offerings, it could be that the purchase by Runnings has influenced their selection. Other possibility might be that there are not enough employees to water and care for the plants and shrubs this year as what they did have seemed to be needing more care.

A good place to buy bird seed & potting soil. Although I was a little disappointed when I went to pick up a new house plant (limited choices) I suspect it was just this time of year. I always buy most of my outdoor plants here every Spring & Summer and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly & helpful.

Employees were very nice, smiled and make you feel very welcomed! Top employee though... definitely Rosie the cat!!! ❤❤❤❤ Love their mascot! Lol Got our bird feeder and can't wait to start seeing the birds enjoy the food!!!

The manager Chris in Keene store was very helpful and the ladies in the walpole store went totally out of her way to find the product I was looking for! Their all wonderful! Get working team

why does my family member, senior with health issues, have to pack hundreds of pounds of wood pellets on his own every time he goes there?! signs in the store say masks required but the people paid to load dont wear them and have refused to when ask?! the manager responded nonsensically about he wants to retire

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The equine line of supplies is limited but their other supplies, bird feeders, gardening items, plants...wow! Sometimes I like to go and simply look around at what's new. Wish I'd taken photos! They still have some chicks...growing up now....they need homes!

Really a great place with a ton of products related to farm and home and garden. Very nice selection of plants and trees and flowers for your yard. I buy grain for my poultry and goats too. Nice people! Good prices.

I just needed a small amount of grass seed for a cemetery plot and didn't want to buy a big bag or a whole bale of straw, and a very nice gentleman helped me find exactly what I needed. It was the perfect size and had fertilizer and mulch included. Great advice!

Great selection of plants, a bit on the pricey side and staff did not seem eager to help find specific plant I was looking for(actually seemed like they had no idea). When i got inside i was excited to see they had a large variety of dog supplies and a very friendly cat roaming the aisles(unfortunately im alleric)

Last minute lawn planting on a Sunday and needed some mulch. Was going to get a bale of straw and they only had one but recommended another mulch that worked perfectly! Yard person had some more helpful tips also. Great job!

Went in for loam for garden and the man was clearly irritated (okay not here to make friends) get the dirt home and proceed to garden....wait! Why am I finding little piece's of garbage in this dirt? I have found little pieces of balloons, plastics, aluminium and materials I am not sure what it is. I took out what I could find as I went along and now fast forward roughly a month later, I have thrown out many diseased plants and so much more time and effort. I will never shop for anything at any Agway nor will I shop for my clients (Iam a landscaper) at these stores!

In February I spotted the 'sugaring supplies' sign, so I went in and picked up a quadruplet of taps, with fast friendly service at a decent price; there is always something good to get, so much life, last year I picked up packets of pumpkin seeds and grew my first backyard pumpkins! amazing

Very disappointed. I went to the garden center ready to buy bushes, climbing vines etc. My daughter went in to ask for help. She waited in line for ten minutes. Finally, the guy walked to the door told her they had no blue hydrangeas (we found eight). She asked where vines were he waved his hand and somewhere over there and he went back inside. Gee thanks. We will go to another local nursery thanks.

Single mom of two. Went there and saw a used pet gazebo and asked the price. They told me 230 but can discount it to 184. I went online and on 3 different sites, even the brand it came from, they were selling brand new for 126. Couldn't believe how this store wanted to rip me off. Lost my business and reporting to the BBB.

I love this store. Beautiful plants and an abundance of needed items. Unfortunately they always run out of the feed blocks I want. Hence I have to go elsewhere.
