This November we visited Santa's Village in NH for the second time and it did not disappoint! The park is well-maintained and is staffed by some of the kindest people you will meet! We have two children with special needs and we found the park easy to navigate, full of age-appropriate rides, and it is not over-stimulating which is always a concern of ours. It's hard to not get excited about the holidays when you visit! We had so much fun that we stayed from the time it opened until the time it closed. The only suggestion I would offer is more vegan and vegetarian food options and more coffee stands for tired parents! We will be back!

They nailed it! Family fun is what they promote and it really was enjoyable. FANTASTIC STAFF! I think the pricing from start to finish was reasonable and there was a lot of enjoyable activities. The food was good and the rides were on point. Lots of photo ops. I hope this place is in business for a very long time - it feels like a family tradition!

This is a great family place in the White Mountains. There is so much attention to detail here for Christmas. Everywhere you look, there are beautiful lights that shine in the cold night air. The park is so clean from the grounds to the bathrooms. The rides are great for children and many for adults also. Santa, of course, was in high demand in December and is so real looking. There are real raindeer in the Raindeer barn. There is a new roller coaster opening next year being built. While viewing the large lights show musical tree (This is a must-see at night), we could see the waterpark which was closed. We will plan for a summertime visit as it looks supper fun. Everyone was having a great time, and smiles were everywhere.

Went on a weekday when the forecast was calling for heavy rain all day—it didn’t rain til we were ready to leave around 4pm. I have young children and they were able to go on nearly every ride. Sweet and small with Christmas music playing throughout the park. My preschooler loved the Elf University (visit as soon as you enter) where you receive a punch card and punch out letters of the alphabet at different Elves throughout the park (this seemed to keep older kids engaged as well). We weren’t prepared for the water park area but it was very clean and fun on a hot day. All of the ride attendants were older and seemed like they had worked there for years. Everyone was super friendly and the park had pretty flowers and cute little shops throughout the park. Lots of picnic tables so visitors could bring their own lunches etc. If you have upper elementary children or children who like high thrill rides, this is not the park for you. If you love Christmas then dress up in your holiday duds and enjoy a sweet day of simple fun with your family.

The family and I had gone up to the white mountains in New Hampshire for vacation, and during our time, we paid a stop to Santa's Village. This place holds a special spot in the childhood of my girlfriend and I, and so we wanted to have the kids experience it as well. Getting in was easy. Ticket prices were more than affordable, and there was more than enough parking. There were plenty of staff on hand to accommodate the crowd, which wasn't bad at all. I recommend getting there in the morning as well as purchasing tickets in advance. The rides and food options were great, and the park was clean and well kept. There were a few rides that had wait times that looked to be caused by the way they were managed as opposed to having large crowds, but all in all, we had a great time and will definitely go back.

Absolutely far exceeded our expectations!! My son is 10 and daughter is 8 and they liked it better than Disney!! They were able to go on many rides several times. Staff was amazing, kind and helpful!! Park is clean and kept up to date and it was wonderful to experience some of the things I did as a child 40 years ago, like the antique cars.

Great family park, a very happy place! They did many improvements and additions over the years. Added the water park and improved the Great Humbug Adventure. (I got 238,000 points and was so proud of myself, until I found out the record is over 700,000 🤯😂).The boat ride and a couple small rollercoasters are great and just a right level for me and those who are afraid of big falls and crazy rollercoasters, but still want to experience it.The ticket price is very reasonable, also keep in mind that they can be purchased only online. You don't need to pay anything extra for any ride or the water park once you are admitted to the park. The food is very good! I highly recommend to try pizza, it is always great there! All photos from July 2023. Around 3 pm many people with little kids left and we had the park to ourselves 😅We just love coming back, even the kids are all grown up now. Actually, the kids ask to go back. 🤭We all (the grown up kids and adults) participated in the Elf University, which gives you a task to find all 26 letters of the alphabet and to punch holes through your personal card. If you complete it, you get your personal Diploma and a prize (a cute key chain). We do it each time, so much fun.Highly recommend for all! 🤩👍

I went to Santa's Village with my 4 year old son and he loved it! It was only a day trip but I could see possibly spreading it out to two days if you want to spend some time in the water park. We went on a Thursday in August and it was pretty busy. So definitely get there early if you want to try to do everything in one day.Don't forget to stop in at Elf University at the very beginning of the day. There are Elves all around the park that you need to find and get your card hole punched at each one to get a graduation certificate and a key chain when you leave the park. My son had a blast looking for them. He also loved feeding the live reindeer!

It was so much fun for my grandchildren, ages 5 & 7. The park was very clean and well-maintained and the food was surprisingly quite good. My grands' enjoyed the water park the most and I was very happy we didn't have to pay a second entrance fee. Only 4 stars because I doubt children much older than 10 would enjoy it as much if not going for the water park.Park designers have thought of everything, even having the trash cans hidden inside penguins. Elf University offers task-oriented children like ours the opportunity to find elves all over the park that punched their alphabet cards. Finding all 26 sent us home with diplomas with each of their names on them.We drove 2.5 hours to reach Santa's Village. I doubt we will do that again but I think it was worth it for today. If the water park were not open, it would not have been worth such a long drive.

Been here a few times. Kids are approaching 3 and 4th grade so we are aging out. Park is very clean and well run. Pizza is excellent. Big water slides were closed at the water park due to an unfortunate structure related issue, which was a disappointment but I get it. Flume also closed while we were in line due to a switch issue which also was bad. But overall it’s a good time. One thing I noticed was that the park cleared out as the afternoon went on (we rolled in with everyone else at 9. ) So we did a lot more rides on the PM side and hit the water park on the earlier side. This is the last year of one of their roller coasters. Also pizza is great. Great all around. The NH State Police Trooper doing the detail outside is awesome and was very friendly to the kids crossing.

Just wow! We visited Santa’s Village during one of their June promotions, where all of the food and concessions were included in your ticket entrance price. I don’t think I need to tell any parents how amazing that is when you have three kids under the age of 11 the weather was a little bit chilly, but overall pleasant all of the rides in the amusement park I really geared towards the younger crowd of under 14 years old. They have a great variety ranging from small roller coasters to very slow kids rides that my four year-old was able to handle with no problem or fear at all. All the rides are based on height and both my nine and 10 year old were able to ride on all the rides, I believe the minimum requirement for the largest ride was around 48 inches tall. The facility itself is absolutely gorgeous. They made sure to keep as many natural trees up while they built the park. The buildings are very clean and the entire park is very well kept and tidy. The staff was super friendly and always there to help you with a smile whenever you needed it I highly recommend when you go there to immediately go to the elf workshop to get your kids their badge there are ticket punching elves located throughout the amusement park, and if your child is able to punch all of or most of the holes, they will be able to turn it in for a certificate of completion and a keychain at the end. It also serves as a very good way to get your kids to move along in the park as they search for these elves. We go to New Hampshire every year around the same time and I can’t imagine us not making Santas village a regular place to visit until my kids get to the point where they feel. The rides are a little too young for them.

An incredibly fun, full day family experience! We arrived right when the park opened and stayed until 15 mins to close. It was pretty busy, almost too busy, but there always seemed to be shade to rest in or a picnic table to eat at. Some rides had super short lines, others were pretty long - so you have to weigh your options. Our toddler was able to ride most rides comfortably with an adult. The Elf University's punch card was a great, interactive seek-and-find activity as we made our way through the park. Everything was clean and well landscaped - I didn't even realize the penguins were trash cans until halfway through the day. Like most other families we used the water park at the end of the day to cool off and relax. I appreciated the free parking, complimentary strollers (for tired toddler legs), and the option to bring in your own food and drinks. We'd come back!

This place is awesome! I've been coming here since I was a little girl. My daughter's OBSESSED with this place! It's nice because this year she was able to ride some rides alone. Most rides if you're 36" you can go on with an adult. They have a spot where your kids can decorate gingerbread cookies and also a fun little hunt for elves. The kids love finding all the alphabetical elves. They enjoyed the train ride and feeding the reindeer. They recently added a waterpark area with waterslides and lots of spots to cool down. They even have a little splash pad for the little tots. It was so much fun!

I have loved this place for my entire life. I took my son there when he was younger, and we still visit now. Beautifully maintained throughout the years, with a lovely and welcoming staff each and every time we visit. I have been impressed with the improvements and additions over the years. Every time I visit, I am impressed like it is my fist visit all over again. This place is great for young and old alike. There are rides that have height requirements, so I would encourage looking at the website for more information. All this said, it is ALWAYS worth the time and money to visit. This is my all time favorite place to visit, and it has been for decades, literally.

All the kiddos loved Santa's Village! Great for all ages. The catch is that if your children don't meet the height requirements and you need to go on with them, you may find yourself in a tight situation! The park could use some larger rides since my oldest (almost 9) could have used some more exciting rides. His favorite was the Rudy coaster, and they're "retiring" that one at the end of this season. He loves the "roar-a-soaraus" at Storyland so I can see some room for improvements. Don't get me wrong... If your children are under the age of 9, they're going to have a blast.

Went today for a birthday party and as cold as it was it was amazing. The kids were able to get a gingerbread man/woman and decorate it, they were able to ride all the rides but no water. My youngest was just barely tall enough to do all the rides which was amazing she was so happy to be able to ride everything. She loved to drive the cars, the log ride, Himalaya, the chimney etc. The food was amazing and my friend was able to rent a cabana for her daughters birthday party and we were able to have alone time. The only downfall of your planning a big party at the cabana is make sure you have a lot of help bringing things in as they won't allow you to park next to the cabana gate to just bring in gift ....plan ahead.(oh ya and the flowers are beautiful)

Our family had a great day at Santa's village. We have a 9 yr old, 7 yr old and nearly 2 yr old. While the little guy had to sit out a lot of rides, he ended up having a lot of fun at the water park and there were still quite a few rides he could do. The big kids loved everything and didn't want to leave (naturally). Seeing reindeer in July was fun, as was chasing down the Santa's village diplomas and exploring the various workshops and gift shops. The only critique I have is that the food options weren't the best as it was pretty basic fast food fare.

Well worth the 4 hour drive! First of all, for the grown ups, the views up here are amazing. Secondly, Santa's Village is just great. It's relatively affordable, there's so much for the kids and families to do together, the lines are not that long for wait times, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had such a great time! If you go during the Christmas season, which I highly recommend, be sure to layer layer layer. And layer some more. And if you forget the hand warmer little things, no worries, they sell them for $2. The lunch and dinner isn't all that spectacular but it's hot food that your kids will most likely eat and it's affordable, not 18 for a burger like Six Flags. My husband snd I spent roughly just 30 for us and our 2 kids for lunch. That included a drink for everyone and a hot coco for everyone. Get fudge before you leave! It is so damn good. The reindeer are so cute, but don't be creeped out by the one with the weird eye.We had such an amazing trip and this is probably going to be our Christmas tradition every December!***do not stay ay Cabot Inn. The game room token machine doesn't spit out the quarters the games use. And half the games don't work, they just eat your quarters. The pool looked a bit shady to me. The decor is very very very outdated, which is fine, but the beds are hard as cardboard. The pillows are flat, the towels are so tiny and so crunchy. The front desk lady was very nice but this hotel needs more love, needs to be updated. There's other hotels closer to Santa's Village for the same amount of money and closer, regardless of the 4 minute ride from Cabot.

We went to Santa's Village yesterday and I was legitimately blown away by the quality of the park... I feel bad for thinking this in retrospect but I hadn't been there in 30 years since I was a kid so I was expecting it to have gone the way of so many other smaller amusement parks that have gotten dilapidated over the years... That could not be further from the truth. This place is phenomenal. Everything is in pristine mint condition, from the cleanliness of the park, to every painted surface looking brand new, it has the feel of a place that's just opened this Summer. The major standout for my daughter was the water park. I'm not certain when they added it in, but it rivals Six Flags or Water Country in terms of activities for kids. There's multiple sections that are all extremely well designed for kids up through young teens. I can't overstate how much fun your kids will have in the water area. Even the changing rooms were astonishingly well crafted and maintained.... All of the rides are fun and there's enough to do that no line was super long, even on the packed day that we went. One last thing, I had to do a double-take on the food prices, they were actually (God-forbid) reasonable. I'm used to going to Six Flags or Disney where it's cost prohibitive for the average family to have a meal. All in all, we had a magnificent time at Santa's Village. It's obvious in every nook and cranny of the part that the people who own, operate and maintain it are deeply invested in providing a quality experience for every family that attends. A+++++

Santa's Village is one of those bucket-list places you have to experience with your child before TikTok bereave their innocence. The first thing I noticed is that the grounds are kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The majority of rides are for the smaller ones, but there are a handful of rides that you or your teenagers will also enjoy. Overall, it is a fun experience that you and yours will never forget.

I came here when I was a kid and now I’m bringing my daughter. I had never been at Christmas time so we bought the “go Saturday afternoon and come back all day Sunday” pass. I much prefer the park in winter and it’s even better at night. The lights are incredible and it feels like you’re walking through a Hallmark movie set.The staff are all so nice and the rides are surprisingly good. I mean, they are in the young side. I’d personally say this park is more for kids under 8, but it depends on the kid. I loved it as an adult! My only criticism- you’re a self-proclaimed “family” park and there are more smoking spots than there are restrooms (exaggeration but not by much). Pregnant women, babies, young kids, the elderly, people with allergies - they don’t need to be sucking down secondhand smoke every 5’. It’s not 1985 anymore. As a pediatrician, I’d recommend moving the smoking spaces farther away from the main paths and maybe lessen the number. Disney is a family place and they put the smoking areas away from where the target audience (children) will be exposed to it.Other than that, I thought the pricing reasonable, the wait times were fine (the sleigh ride in the sky was our only real wait), and lots of food options (would like to see some more salads here and there haha)

We brought our five year old here for her birthday and it was perfect. She was able to ride almost everything. The lines weren't overly terrible. The staff was super nice and friendly. We have been home for two weeks and she is still telling strangers all about our trip! They have a alphabet scavenger hunt that kids can stamp a card and she loved doing that on her own. They have swing play areas through out that helped break up standing in lines. The water park has a lot of options for all ages and was a lot of fun.

Every family should go at least once especially with your children. The park is clean the staff is friendly and there is a lot to see and do even though by today's standards it's a smaller park. The pizza and ice cream we had was great but the real food star was the mini donuts, which were eaten before I even thought to take a picture. On a hot day the newly expanded water park was great and even though it was busy it didn't feel crowded. Overall I highly recommend going. Fun for all ages. And Christmas lovers.

My 2 little ones had a blast! They were excited about this trip and loved the experience. The rides, the game to collect all elfs' letters, the attractions were fantastic for my kids and I. The only regret is that there wasn't enough time to visit their water park. Maybe next time. There will be a next time for sure!

My family enjoyed this amusement Park more than we’d anticipated we would! We found it very well run: well staffed by friendly, trained individuals, short lines, efficient and reasonably priced dining and gift options. We visited on my son’s birthday. Read on their site that they give kids a ‘gift’ on their birthdays, so I filled out the form two days in advance of our visit, and my son was given a personalized sticker at a shop when we arrived as well as a gift bag containing a personalized ornament when we visited with Santa. Such a lovely gesture from the park!
