Funky old house with tons of room and great views. Dining room had tables that we could rearrange to suit our numbers. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked with cookware, dishes, crock pots and a great inside flat top grill for cooking breakfast. In between the fog and rain, we were able to check out the beautiful mountain views and hike around the grounds. Great family get-away with space to spread out for playing games, doing puzzles, and just relaxing with family.

We took our children and grandchildren for a four day vacation to Applebrook. All 18 of us enjoyed the spacious home. There was enough room to spread out. The adult children watched movies and enjoyed board games in the large living room while the grandchildren played in a nearby room equipped with lots of toys. The kitchen is well stocked with any appliance you may wish for, even a bread maker! There is an awesome coffee bar with a kettle for tea and cocoa. It snowed while we were there and the younger children enjoyed sliding in the yard with their sleds and making snowmen. We visited the town of Littleton and found the world’s largest candy store, Chutters. The children also enjoyed tubing at Great Glen Trails, which is about 20 minutes away. All in all, a wonderful weekend spent making precious memories!Rooms: Lots of bedrooms, most with their own bath. Comfy beds and enough pillows and blankets.Noteworthy details: This house is off the beaten path but a great place to renew and revive family ties!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. There is plenty of living space and there are many of bedrooms with bathrooms so you don't need to lump different groups within your party together. The property is stocked with absolutely anything you could need - kitchen equipment, coffee station, games, and more. It is super family friendly, with cribs baby gates, baby tubs. The host Wally is a pleasure to deal with - super responsive and reasonable. We are already planning our return trip:)

We had a short one-night stay between hiking a few northern NH mountains. We were welcomed at the door and had a great cozy room. Breakfast was simply amazing! We hope to have another stay in the future. Very recommended.

What a great place to stay! The host was sweet, accomodating and friendly. The house was neat and clean and decorated perfectly as a New England home. This was a great choice. I hope we can return.
