Treated horribly at the Drive Thru- told I didn't have an order, when I actually placed a mobile order for pick up- the worker (this happened on 12/2/23 at 3pm) then angrily grabbed the order from another worker who had the order we placed- she mumbled angry words at me and my young daughter and I told her there better not be any spit in it, as it was for my young daughter and she chuckled and handed it to me. And of course the coffee had a big wad of spit on it. Never, ever going there again. Management should at least speak to their drive thru worker about treating their customers kindly.

We are not DD regulars. The few, rare times we go here, I'm reminded why (though I don't really need the reminder 😝 I am perfectly capable of making our own breakfast & coffee for a fraction of the price, thank you very much).We can never understand it; at certain times of the day the drive-thru line will be 10-15 cars deep - we like to amuse ourselves by counting when we drive by. 😆We rarely come here, like I said, but for our youngest's birthday breakfast we surprised her with donuts (which we never do so it's fun for her on the rare occasion she gets them) and, because it's more fun to look at the donuts inside the case inside the shop, we went inside. She was wearing a "Happy Birthday" crown. The cashier looked at her, looked at her crown, read it, & said nothing to her. Charming. (Too bad for her, I was watching her & she clearly read it & chose to say nothing; if she took 2 seconds to wish our daughter a Happy Birthday, I was going to leave a big tip, because I can & because it would have been nice. She chose to say nothing, I left nothing in response. Her loss.)Lemme back up here; the customers are rude, too. Construction guy came in behind us (at least that's what his truck said, great advertising by this jerk). I cheerfully told him we were going to be a minute so he could go in front of us. He couldn't even be bothered to nod or grunt his appreciation; it was like I wasn't even there. He walked past us, head down, face in his phone, completely ignored me, greeted dude he met there. Da fuq??Anyway...My husband asked if their veggie egg bites had dairy in them. Took several people to say they could check the ingredient labels but one of the workers said, "I don't see why they would..." (Yeah, it's not worth my time to explain how dairy subsidies work so...) They came out & said "I don't know". Um, what? Don't the premade things have ingredient labels, you know, like, by law, for customers with food allergies?? 🤦♀️Like I said, thankfully we only come here 1-2/year. But even then, the needless frustration really isn't worth our time.They do put up pretty decorations in the lobby. But they treat customers who walk into said lobby so poorly, what's the freaking point.

They never get my drink right! They keep asking how many creams I want in my latte. Zero! Lattes are made with milk, not cream. Can the manager please inform the staff how to make simple drinks?! I used to work for Peterborough Dunkin. If they really don’t know, there’s a recipe for drinks, right on the espresso machine. Also, it’s been months now that I get someone asking how much cream and sugar in my latte and have heard other people say they’ve been asked the same. So clearly someone needs some more training.

Ordered through the app. Drive over to get it. They didn't have what I ordered. Didn't refund the money. I asked for her name was told no. Asked for the managers name was told no. Asked for the franchise owner info for told no. So they took my money have no product and refused info. Then they told me if I didn't get out of the line they were going to call the police.AVOID AT ALL COST

This isn't one experience it's many- many times going here to have my order made incorrectly by someone who seems bored and angsty that they have to be there. I try to patiently work with new workers and be understanding but it seems like they make zero effort to complete orders correctly. Order a large ice coffee with 5 oatmilk- get a large mostly black iced coffee. Order a chocolate frosted sprinkle donut, receive a vanilla frost donut in the bag frosting side down so it all ends up on the paper bag- I have gotten 4 separate hot coffees that have had the lids not put on them so they spill, either in my car or on my hand when I get out, or on my stairs coming inside. The issue here isnt the mistakes, it's the look of annoyance when asked to correct them. I drive to rindge if I can afford the 15 extra minutes, and I wish it was different.

I wish there was a zero star option, not recommended. Go to Rindge Dunks. I ordered a maple bacon sandwich and received 2 burnt plain bagels instead... also this location could really use a change in management. Employees look horrified and annoyed when I ask for a correction... The drive though line is almost always stretched down the road, mainly because employees are too busy making their boyfriends free coffee out the back amongst other "things"

This conveniently located dunkin' donuts has a drive through and also has walk-in service. The inside of the store has been recently renovated. The staff is friendly. Our orders have not always been accurate, but The staff has always been willing to make a correction. We always check our order before driving off but are really glad to have this Dubkin close by.

I don't normally leave reviews but since this is closest dunkins to work I need/hope it does better. Today I asked for my usual french vanilla frozen coffee no whip cream. Typically no problems. Sometimes they forget and put cream on top. Sometimes they throw me an attitude when I ask them to remove it. I don't care as long as it tastes normal.Today they made it twice. Both times incredibly dark and icy looking. The second attempt I had to just take it because by then I was already at the window a good 10 minutes and had to rush to work

I regularly use the DD. But no more, I am so tired of going in and ordering and then be expected to wait while they do drive through service, today I placed and easy order, and then waited while they served 6 cars and I still had not got my order, so clearly drive through is the priority. And walk is not, plenty of other DD"s

I attempted to get coffee inside the lobby at 4:10pm (give or take a few minutes) on a Saturday. One of the girls who was working literally ran to the door, tried to lock it prior to my reaching the door handle, and then ran back behind the counter. I was a little confused at what had just happened and pulled the door open (she apparently didn’t even lock the door correctly). Her co-worker then sheepishly explained that I could go through the drive thru when I asked what was going on. Rather than acting like five year olds, it would’ve been helpful if they had just explained that they were closing the lobby and would prefer that I went through the drive thru. I left and won’t be returning.

If the girls working were more focused on making our drinks instead of laughing and trying to use different accents in the drive through, we probably wouldn't have had to wait 5 mins before someone took our order. Then the girl slapped labels on our cups and ran back to the drive through that had 2 people already working it. Another girl came over looked at the cups, looked for the cold brew only to discover they ran out and proceeded to still leave our cups unattended. Finally a 3 girl who seemed have just started her shift, explained they were out of cold brew. My husband just took reg. I ordered a small refresher that had a couple of extra pumps to many of syrup making it so sweet it was pretty much undrinkable.

Staff this morning (10/28/21 5 am) was horrendous. Between the blond and brunette. Blonde at the order window got noticeably angry as soon as we asked to have food made. Coffees taste nothing like they usually do, and my bagel did not have what i asked for. Brunette basically just threw the bag of food at me from the window, so sad you had to do your job. 2 stars only for the few staff that are polite and make sure orders are correct.

Been going here for years and it has just become an absolute joke. The order line is always across the parking lot, they never get the orders right, servers always have a sh!t attitude and quite frankly the food isn't that great to start. Sad, 5 years ago it was actually quite a good fast food joint to grab a quick bite.

May 23rd1:06pmOrdered two drinks and one was correct however the simple one wasn’t correct. The sticker was correct but the person who made our coffee didn’t put any hazelnut in the coffee giving me an iced coffee with just oat milk, no flavor and I don’t like it so I just waisted my money and it’s too out of the way to go back. Every time I go to Dunkin they mess up at least one thing about my order.

This place is not okay. I have worked at MANY fast food places but this place discriminated against me because I have seizures. They wouldn’t hire me then when I went to the corporate office to put in a complaint the Manager Kelly had the nerve to go to my sister who works there saying I was being a child and that I am a danger to THEM and HER work place. I am 21 years old and I have been working since I was 15 1/2. This place isn’t okay if I could give them 0 stars I would. I really hope they enjoy the lawyer I’m going to be hiring. ☺️ not to mention the only have minors working there. There are only 2 adults. The manger leaves by noon each and every day causing those teenage girls to work the store alone.

Ordered 2 items and nothing was correct.... small coffee with 5 cream only.... got a black coffee with sugar..... toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Asked specifically for cream cheese to be spread on both halves. Got bagel with cream cheese only on 1 half... would not take back wrong coffee till I placed it on counter and drove away.... she kept saying I can't take that back and I kept saying I am not taking that coffee it is not mine..... get it together!!!! I will be visiting Peterborough instead of Jaffrey and see if they can get a simple order correct 😉

Was in town for a week visiting family 4 out of the 5 days we got it our order was wrong. The staff spends more time chatting the. Paying attention to the customer(no wonder they get it wrong) when I called and complained on the 4th of paying for something h and not getting it I was told I would be given a free half dozen for my inconvenience. When I went in the called the manager and she did not honor it and when she finally agreed she was going to dock the person's pay that told me that. The manager needs to be fired and a lesson on customer service then maybe her team would do better. Good services starts at the top.

Asked for a dozen of donuts, it took 4 of them to make it and there was only 11 in the box, turned around right after to get back in line- was in line for 30 mins while the guy in front waited 10 mins for 2 cups of water. We try going to the Rindge one since they have a nicer staff and better service but they were out of donuts, I would have rather not getting the donuts. The donuts looked like they were roughly handled so they looked very unappetizing. I try my very best to avoid this place for this reason- the staff is unorganized and I hardly see a manager there. Should not be letting kids run a store without an adults supervision!!

There was no reason to be waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes at 3pm. No one was moving past the ordering line yet no cats were at the pick up window. They also never get my order right, no matter how often I repeat it.

We are locals and have never received an order right. It got to the point where I filed a complaint with corporate and the owner responded and was extremely pretentious and as argumentative as his employees. He pretty much told me if we didn't like it not to come in . Staff is always changing which is a huge warning sign at any business and the staff that is present minus a few are always stoned out of their minds and ask to repeat orders multiple times only to be given be wrong items and coffees. The staff gets argumentative when you ask for your correct items. We have also told to have a nice day without giving you half the order clean and then have them argue that they did give you the items up your acts Jaffrey DD

Rude! Orders never right! When I got sugar in my iced coffee, after they repeated my order back to me, I actually got "huffed" at by the worker! Another time I asked for extra ice, yes it was repeated back to me, I had about 6 ice cubes in it. When I said I asked for extra ice and there's barely any in my cup, the response to me was...." If it melts, come back, we are open till 9!". Really?! This place is a joke! Get better workers!!

I am allergic to eggs so I order sandwiches without. Almost every time, there is egg and no cheese. I have come to the point where I need to speak slowly and clearly to make sure they heard me right. Last week, an employee apparently thought that was rude. I received a nasty note written on my bag in the drive thru. Went in to speak to a manager, the guy still works there.

First of all I don't understand why Dunkin Donuts that are in the relatively same area, Don't carry the same products.. And secondly, What sense does it make to put GRANULATED sugar in a damn ICED coffee?? Anywhere that I go beside Keene, NH or Brattleboro, VT I get handed a coffee with GRANULATED sugar sitting in the bottom. I don't know anyone that wants to chew their coffee!! Do they put the liquid in the hot coffee now too!?
